Meh. I didn't order any wings so I can't rate them. We got mozzarella sticks and french fries. I'm sure both are generic frozen food items. I actually ordered a small fry but was given & charged for a large which we didn't finish and ended up wasting. The waitress was still in training so I didn't bother arguing. It's bar food. Guess I shouldn't have expected anything more than wings and beer. I'll start with the positive things about Wing Champs. We were greeted right away and Alexis was our sever. He was awesome. He kept checking on us all thru dinner and brought our food right away as it was coming out. I really liked his service. The beer was cold. They have draft. Priced ok. Food came out hot. As far as the menu, it's chicken and burgers. They have allot of sauces. I'm sure they are good. We ordered chips and salsa. Chips were ok. Very disappointed in the salsa tho. It was all liquid and runny. Reminded me of the salsa from the bowl of charro beans. Also pricey. 4.99! And you don't even get free chip refills. That's another 1.50. so, never ordering those again. They do not have a kids menu. They do not serve smaller portions either. But the main reason I will never go back is because of their carelessness for our planet. Single use plastic cups. We are dining in. Why would you serve water and soda in a plastic disposable solo cup and foam? Every item was in it's own paper tray with paper lining. If my burger comes with fries, why not put everything on one plate. It's a lot of waste of paper and plastic. So irresponsible of them. Cannot rate the dine in experience due to the Covid-19 but the Food was below subpar. Nachos have canned cheese with what tasted like cold microwaved chicken. Traditional wings were well below average. Service was quick and staff was friendly through curbside pick up. read more

First time at this place and although our server was excellent, the manager on duty was completely incompetent. Our party was trying to use the 10% coupon here on Yelp once your check-in. First they said it was okay, then the manager says he called the owner and states that the coupon listed on Yelp was not there, even though Yelp lists this EXACT location. The manager didn't bother to come speak to us, he sent the server, in which we asked the server if we could speak to the manager. She came back with "He said he's busy". There is literally a total of 10 people in this entire place and he doesn't have time to talk to customers?! We asked her again and he finally came out and still decided not to honor their own coupon! Oh and the manager called the cops on us for this issue. Mediocre food , bad service and over priced drinks. I ordered a specific shot. The waiter returned with a cocktails.I explained I did not order this and he went to notify management (the owner) and he said sorry you miscommunicated. He said he would still charge me and then told me he was going to close my tab after just one beer. When asked why I didn't get my shot he said we don't make those , and I said if the waiter had told me they didn't make those in shots I would have never ordered them . I entered wing champs after a long visit back and noticed that business was not a busy as it used to. I was accompanied by a friend to enjoy some lunch. The meal in general was okay. I ordered an 8pc wing combo half lemon pepper and half Buffalo. The lemon pepper wings were cold when they were brought to me. The Buffalo wings were fine. The service was really the bad experience of this trip. The server did not pay attention to our table at all. My friend needed a drink refill and the server did not see or attend our table till the very end. We tried to wave them down but not one of the coworkers were paying attention to us not even the manager on duty. They were just having a conversation amongst themselves! I will say that not all servers at this establishment are like this but young teenagers may be there problem. We checked in because they offered a 10% off our first order if we checked in. The manager called the owner and he refused to honor it. He said that it was not for this location even though the address and name of the place was accurate. The manager was rude and unprofessional and actually called the police when we complained!! I will never come back to this establishment. The food was fine. Not the best. Some of the best wings. Just as good or better than some of the national chains. My favorites are not the bone-in, nor the boneless...its the tenders tossed in any of their sauces that you prefer. I especially enjoy the garlic parmigiana and the lemon pepper. I have been here at least 10 times. The service can be a hit-or-miss type of experience however and you may get your food within 10 minutes, Yeah!...or as long as 35 minutes...Booo. Place was horrible with the worst customer service! 20 minutes after we ordered we asked the waiter about our food, and then about 5 minutes he came back and laughed and said he forgot to put in our order. Sometimes people get busy and things happen, so no big deal. I asked to just get some chips and salsa in the mean time, but 10 minutes after that, I asked about the chips and he said he had just put the order in for that! Open fountain drinks but customers were not allowed to get their own drinks, waiters did that... ordered unsweet tea and it was powdered lemon sweet disgusting tea. Couldn't fix it because waiter was busy. Maybe if customers could do that themselves waiters could place an order! Then to top it all off, complained to the manager, she gave a half hearted cold "I'm sorry" and then charged us $8.62 for our 4 disgusting drinks!
