I do not blame the employees but to some extent management should've placed signs that due to water damaged the system was down and no orders were going through on their screen. Whatever the case, I spent over all an hour and 30 minutes waiting for my order. The employees were courteous enough to apologize on the businesses behalf and offered a sundae while they prepared everything. I did suggest to put signs on the ordering kiosk letting customers know about the online ordering being down til further notice but they said they were not allowed to.
