I don't know how to separate the food review from the service review. The ambience in service were fine except the smoothie we ordered is not the smoothie we got. We've gotten the pomegranate plunge before and it tasted like pomegranate it was delicious you could tell that it had pomegranate in it, this time it's like strawberry all strawberry it's like pomegranate is more expensive than strawberries so they're filling it full of strawberry and being stingy with the pomegranate. We paid extra to get blueberries in it and if there's a blueberry in that, I'm Huckleberry Finn. Very disappointing given that there are over $7 a piece to order something that is normally so delicious and to have it be so disappointing. read more

I love Tropical Smoothie customer service was great on this place was greeted and welcomed kindly. To begin with the place wasn't that busy when I walked in it was my BFF and I ask two other people. The place was also very clean and neat over all. Moreover on one of my togo foods is the Chipotle chicken club which is amazing tasty. And the for the smoothie its called Health Nut its so good honestly. Also this is the only TSC that I've seen that has board games which is pretty awesome. Furthermore I recommend to come try TSC y'all won't regret it. read more

I ordered the green smoothie which was good but I wasn't such a fan of the wrap. I wanted something healthy but I didn't feel like the options were too healthy. Rice and beans in a wrap?! The Acai Berry Boost smoothie is the bomb! Did you know you can order them without added sugar (or with honey)? All that fruit is sweet on its own, and this smoothie is delicious. It was so large that I planned to save half for later (it would make an awesome frozen dessert), but yes, I ate it all. Few calories, great taste, wholesome ingredients, and even a lovely color. I can't wait to try other flavors. The staff was very helpful. Each one asked if they could help as we were looking over their extensive menu. They also said they can leave out the chicken in any of their many chicken based wraps, bowls, sandwiches, or substitute veggie chicken. I like this place mainly for their smoothies. Their flat breads are eh. I've only had them as delivery and the tend to get soggy and gummy on the inside. However the exception is the peanut butter, honey, banana and granola flat bread! That one is truly the .com! The smoothies are yummy, they come in one size and have a lot of fun stuff you can add on. Be careful tho, those little add ons add up $$. Of course I am lazy and easily presueded, so I pay $10 a smoothie. It makes me feel a little bit healthier ‍. Oh and their sandwiches on the ciabata bread are really yum! read more

Especially ordering DoorDash, if they are out of one ingredient of your smoothie they just deliver the rest not caring at all that you aren't getting what you paid for.
