On one occasion, I was ordering only a sandwich and fries (to be thrifty). The employee went over two or three specials they had going on which actually turned out to be cheaper and was exactly what I had wanted. That employee was Kasey. Today I visited and was greeted by Maria and she, too, was so kind, professional and altogether pleasant!! I'm impressed with the employees - truly! I am a fan of DQ, but I have had horrible experiences as well, so this is so refreshing to come across! I'm a fan of the DQ Dude sandwich. I've never had a bad experience with that choice. I really enjoy their fries as well. I've had the Mocha MooLatte and several blizzards and they've all been great. The one item I wasn't impressed with were the onion rings... wish they served more.

I assumed they were just a little behind on orders so I waited a bit. After close to 45 minutes I asked about my order only to find out their online order system was down but it was quick to take my payment. I do not blame the employees but to some extent management should've placed signs that due to water damaged the system was down and no orders were going through on their screen. Whatever the case, I spent over all an hour and 30 minutes waiting for my order. The employees were courteous enough to apologize on the businesses behalf and offered a sundae while they prepared everything. I did suggest to put signs on the ordering kiosk letting customers know about the online ordering being down til further notice but they said they were not allowed to.
