This location is lackluster. I really want to write good things but can't. I have yet to have a correct order. They 100% don't know what is supposed to happen when you order online...by this I mean that they put it in the queue and prepare it right along with the in-store and drive-thru orders so it is ready when you arrive. It seems they instead start it when you text you are there. Fries and onion rings always soggy. Ordering the food was pretty fast and simple but once i got my burger i asked for no onions and no mustard but the put extra onions and no mustard, but when i asked to have it re done and i got my second burger it had no onions but mustard. I gave up getting a third burger as seeing these results from my burger weren't good. And there were crickets in the lobby. read more

This whataburger is alrightttt. At times they can take forever and the food is rushed and sloppy. Then there's times when it is awesome and the food is hot and fresh. It's a great place to eat with friendly workers. I enjoy eating here with family. I would give this place 7/10 stars. read more

I've been to this fast-food burger place MANY times, albeit not perfect, it was tolerable. There were times I had to wait for my order for about 5-10 minutes, but that was alright, since they never got my order mixed up! Their bacon burgers (my favorite burger) were big and the buns were lightly toasted, a food expert might find the bacon questionable, but i'm not much of a picky eater, so I enjoyed them. I know there are different choices of meals, which my family tried as well, and I can tell you that they liked them. The fries were a hit or miss, they could be lukewarm or hot and lightly crisped along with a bit of salt, sometimes I would have to get my salt back at home because there is not enough and by the time i'm back... they are already cold. I also enjoyed their apple pies, they were steaming and ready to go... it would even let me know this needs COOLIN DOWN, they had a nice crunch as well. Surprisingly I enjoyed them more when they were cold and stored into the fridge, which might sound odd but it is just my choice of preference. Their fajita tacos were nice as well, I wouldn't order it again without the bacon burger not being in stock, but the meat didn't feel lukewarm and was only hot. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was a bit sloppy, but I didn't mind to the point that i'd hate it. I hope that in the future i'll be coming back for years to come... but only time would tell. read more

Now I know what your thinking ... Who gives a Yelp review on fast food. .. I used to wonder the same thing ...but apparently I do.. Now. The girl at the drive through window was super nice and refreshing everyone in my car was like "wow she's so sweet". Was unexpected and surely appreciated. I'm quick to get on Yelp when I have a horrible experience but also just as eager to jump on Yelp when I walk away feeling great about where I spent my money. After 12 years in NY and non enthusiastic customer service I had be reminded of why my hometown is so pleasant. I asked her name and pulled up my Yelp instantly.... Kudos to Naomi, I'm hoping she brightens up other people's day. And as far as my food come on guys it's whataburger the best burger ever, I run to this place when I visit home from NYC it's my first stop from the airport. I always order breakfast and lunch (pancakes, sausage, burger and fries) and try to figure out how to eat it all, every time. Been to this Whataburger a few times since they opened and they've been on point every time. Food has always been fresh tasting, fries have always been hot, and the tea hasn't tasted old. The staff has always been friendly and the food has been coming out fast. They have kept the restaurant clean as well as the bathrooms. We haven't had any issues eating in or in the drive thru. Definitely one of our favorite Whataburgers so far. read more
