We order from this Wingstop all the time and have stuck beside them through the initial growing pains and numerous staffing changes. Although the wings we ordered today were piping hot and fresh and the service was good, this review is largely attributed to the fries we received, as they were not the traditional fresh cut fries we have come to expect from Wingstop. These definitely didn't seem fresh, in fact they almost tasted like frozen fries. Hopefully, this was a fluke and they will return to the delicious fries that we have come to love! read more

I was craving wings and remembered that I used to like to go to Wing Stop before the pandemic. My boyfriend said that there was a fairly new one located near his house, so we headed that way. When we arrived the girl at the counter already had an attitude, and was very lacking in customer service. She kept saying huh every time we'd say something. After finally being able to order we filled our drinks then sat down at a table. We asked to eat there, but when it was ready it was bagged up as a to go order. That's kind of frustrating, but I overlooked that. I'm sure she wanted us to leave and not eat there, but we had already planned on eating there, that's why we told her it was for here and not to go. I ordered bone in wings, all flats with 4 with lemon pepper and 4 with regular Buffalo. I also got an order of fries with my order. My boyfriend ordered chicken tenders, lemon pepper and he also got fries. He started unpacking the bag and noticed that his order wasn't in the bag. He went to the front and told the rude counter person that his order wasn't in the bag. She then walked over to the table and demanded to know everything that we got and wanted to look into the bag that had already been emptied. At that time I told her that we weren't trying to steal chicken, and that it was very rude for her to come over to us like that. She just walked away then came back with my boyfriends order. Didn't say anything, just walked away. It had been a very long time since I've experienced customer service that bad. My wings were decent, but the fries were awful. They tasted like they had been sitting out all night long. My boyfriends fries were the same. My Celery was dirty and I had to wipe it off to get the dirt off of it. The ranch wasn't as good as it used to be. It was pretty much a bad experience. I'm grateful that at least my wings were decent, because nothing else was. Today it was free wings day. I ordered the freewings promo & was unaware that it required a combo to get the deal. I ended up placing two different orders. At fault of my own, I messed up both times! I explained to the manager before the wings were made that I meant to order boneless, not the bone in combo. She let the cooks know, but the order still came out as bone-in. I was alittle annoyed that happened that as I tried to correct it beforehand. I let it go, and didn't say anything. The manager came up to me and asked whether the wings came out okay. I told her that they didn't, but that was okay because it was my fault to begin with. She insisited making me new ones, even though it was peak hour, I declined. Incompetent people work here. Ordered a 10 piece half bone in half bone out. I got all bone in. Also While I was picking up my meal I went to get my drink and the machine was out of Ice. I told one of the guys working there, and he acknowledged what I said, then started mopping the floor. I'm like WTH! The employee that initially helped me went to go get the manager, I heard him say "well did she get her food?" The employee said yes but she waited an hour for it. This place is a joke. Called in my order at 6:14pm was told it would be 18 minutes. Arrived at 6:40, paid for my food and it wasn't ready. She never put in my order that I had called in ahead of time. Asked for my food at 7:12 and they hadn't started. Asked for a refund and that took almost 30 minutes because no competent adult works there. They had to call someone on the phone and I had to ask for cash instead of a card refund because they couldn't figure it out. And had my 8 month old with me during this shit show. read more

I live around the corner and LOVE Wingstop so I was super excited for this location to open but I have been very disappointed. Both times the fries were soggy and had ZERO seasoning, even after requesting extra seasoning. This past time our wings were so hard I couldn't even break a piece off with a fork. One top of that, the fact our wings had zero sauce. They were dryer than the lemon pepper wings which are supposed to be dry. We work late so I scheduled our pickups to be at 10pm. Our son arrived exactly at 10 and was in the door at 10:05. It was apparent our food has been sitting in the bag for some time, I feel that if I have a certain pickup time, the food should be placed in the bag AT that time to make sure it is fresh. I know this is a new location, however I would expect the training manager has been around for sometime and knows better. Hopefully it will get better or I will be ordering from Barker Cypress. read more

We have given this location a few tries and they have failed each time. I was hoping it would get better with the wait time and having food ready when it says it will be ready but nope. It said my order would be ready for pick up in 58-63 minutes. I should have gone with my gut and just not ordered. I got there exactly 60 minutes later and walked in to a place that did not greet me or acknowledge me and an angry customer at the counter plus several other customers just sitting and waiting. There were at least 5-6 workers and only 2 were doing anything. I finally got someone to find my order to find out it wasn't made yet. I had to wait about 15 more minutes. The flavor was off, didn't taste like anything and the chicken seemed undercooked. One worker went and got a drink then took it in the kitchen area and was just drinking his drink and talking. A guy walked in who I assume was a friend or off duty employee. He got a drink and went to the kitchen area to talk to his friends. This location is a hot mess and needs a manager to actual manage the place and work on customer service. I will drive twice as far next time to get wings faster and on time. Never again! read more

Great food and service. Wait time was met and I wasn't there long they gave me a quote time of 18-20 minutes yet my order came out in 15. The staff is very friendly and they all greeted me once I walked in even the staff from the back. My last order was short a large fry, veggies for 2 group orders and a side of strips. This restaurant location does not answer the phone. I tried calling at various times of day. It doesn't matter. The call will eventually drop after you select to place an order by phone. Bags were well marked with my name and sealed when I picked them up. It's frustrating and just messes up a meal I was looking forward to enjoying. I get it that fries and veggies are not the main event with wings but they really round things out. I usually go to the 249 location but found out this was closer to my house and i have to tell you the worst experience ever...It's football we ordered 15 wings and fries and the wait time was 50-60 minutes.. cool i ordered through the app so it tells me when it's closer to being done, so 10 minutes left my mom goes and picks it up....the fries are COLD as heck and the wings are just burnt and looks like it was cooked in bad bad oil and tasted disgusting...the wings were lemon pepper. I wasn't going to go back but i spent 30 bucks so i didn't think to take the fries but i called and the guy said i have two options bring back the wings or refund...i brought back the wings and they re did them but still something in that oil just looked funky and of course we couldn't get fresh fries because i didn't bring them back....when i usually go to 249 location they look delicious and golden this color was off! I wish i would've took a picture yes i do know they were busy BUT we wanted fresh fries and wings and even went ewrly to pick it up only to find out that it was cold and nasty! They drop my food on the floor when I confronted the young lady (a white/ Hispanic female worker) she said "No I put it in a different bag." She dropped food on the floor and giving it out. Clearly me and another customer saw what had happened. When the manager( African American male) was called over he seemed upset towards me and the other customer that saw and grabbed the food off the counter and "replaced it" I used quotation marks because the fries were cold when I checked in the car. I am absolutely furious. I have avoided leaving a review for this restaurant for so long because I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves but now it's too far gone. A few months ago I called in an order to be picked up at 8pm. They did not ask me for my card number even tho I specifically asked if they needed it before I come to pick it up and they told me to pay for it in the store. I was in my car on my way to pick it up when the store's manager called me and told me that they let someone take my food without paying for it. Then they had the audacity to request me to still pay for my food. They even implied that I was the one who took it without paying. I do not like being called a liar. I told him to do whatever he has to do but I am not paying for food that I didn't receive. I hung up the phone and he proceeded to spam call my phone 10 times in under 2 minutes. When I called customer service the next morning they filed the complaint on the wrong store so I had to file a second complaint for the right one. Then all that happened was they gave me a $5 gift card for Wingstop. That isn't all. This location also gave me severely under cooked wings the next time I had to go there. It was also cold when I picked it up. On Time I might add. This place needs better management immediately. read more

1st let me be clear when I say this review has nothing to do with the food quality. This was our 1st time getting food from this Wingstop location & it will be our last. My son picked up the order I made online. We quickly discovered that we were missing a 15 wing order so my son went back to get the rest of our order. Shae immediately gave my son attitude, accusing him of lying. My son then mentioned missing the cheese sauce cup which Shae quickly said she knows for a fact that was put in our bag so she was not gonna get us a cheese sauce... as she proceeded to make our wings we never received. I've been to several of the Wingstop locations in the Tomball/Spring area and this location is by far the best! They are polite, constantly update you on your order when you're waiting and when you call in your order they don't leave you on hold for 10 mins. The location is very clean and they are always cleaning up after customers. I love how they have an employee verifying orders as well before they're handed to the customer. Also if there are any issues they're happy to fix it without having a bad attitude. This location is about 5 mins farther than three other locations nearby me but they're worth the drive. Most importantly the food is hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly every time! read more

Our first time ordering here. Food was great, ordering was annoying, and wish delivery went smoother. Placed online order for delivery of 50 wings in 5 different flavors and all 4 dips. Using their quantity slider was beyond annoying. Just please let us enter the number of what we want. Wings came fresh, hot, and arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Even the ranch and blue cheese dips were cold and the cheddar cheese and honey mustard dips warm. We all Loved the spicy Korean (not too hot) and Louisiana flavors. Most wings were large and all made from good quality chicken. Surprised Door dash delivered (prefer not to use) wasn't mentioned at all until text with driver info and tracking map was received. Also surprised that driver didn't ring or knock on my door sooooo I'm very happy I saw order sitting outside door before we fed a band of porch pirates. After I explained the wrong order, the manager tried to blame the delivery driver. Then she hung up on me. Called her back. When I asked for her manager's name she wouldn't give it to me and said callback tomorrow. When I asked her for her her name she said she had no name. She then hung up on me again after telling me never to call back again. I will never order from them again. Requested on line a manager to call me. 72 hours later, no call. This was the worst restaurant I've ever stepped foot in. I was a walk-in customer and since I came in pretty early, there was maybe 2-3 other customers ahead of me who ordered online. There were a total of 6 employees and they moved at a snail's pace. I ordered 10 piece wings and it took about 40 minutes for them to complete my order. Within those 40 minutes I've witnessed countless customers coming back to return their orders or had problems with what they received. The main complaints were the soggy fries or they were missing food. There was one gentleman ahead of me who wanted his money back because he was waiting for a very long time. Once they gave him his money, he left and they threw all of the food in the trash. I was appalled at the amount of food thrown away. I finally received my food and because it was starting to look and feel like a war zone, I didn't even want to check if my order was correct because there were just so many angry customers the cashier had to deal with. My one star is for her efforts. Sure enough, when I came home, they got my order wrong. I ordered the spicy Korean sauce and garlic Parmesan and got teriyaki and they didn't even bother to toss the other half of my wings in sauce. Stay away from this place. Stay far away! read more

I had been dealing with a return through Wing Stop corporate for a month now and I called the Wingstop store directly and got connected to Shae. She got this issue handled in an hour! Not only was she super nice and helpful, she took care of an issue I had been dealing with for over a month in just one hour. She made my day. She also mentioned she had only been a manager for two weeks. I just want to say she is doing a great job! read more
