Ordered twice from here. Was thinking that just maybe the 1st time was a fluke but sadly it was not. Wings are seriously over cooked and dry. Extremely salty like they are trying to disguise the short comings of over cooking it to the point of no return. I gave them two chances but come on guys you need to do so much better. Ordered food there in store and was quoted 25 minute wait, waited for 45 minutes and still no food. Attempted to cancel my order after 45 minutes and manager was notified. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for the manager to cancel order. Went back up to register and manager stated order had been cancelled already. Eating on the job is understandable, been there before, but when you're straight up sucking off the spices from the wings you're eating in front of customers and then handling peoples orders/food, that's straight up foul. They constantly change the time your able to order at night they used to tell me I got to call before 11:30pm so I make sure to do so but today they really bothered me I spend ton of money there just to get denied over the phone because they stop @ 11pm and then again in actual store when there are completely staffed not short handed at all so they couldn't use that excuse this time it was 11:35 and was denied service by manger and employe saying that they stopped way before 11pm today because of how many orders they got today and that my wings wouldn't be done till after 12 so I can't get anything also they were already about to count money and close up early I spend so much money here stoped going to Ayers because there nightshift was horribly attitude hope this doesn't happen here at this location now with the night shit will be trying again tho because it's the closest location to me and also the love my wife has for their wings smh read more

Was one of the better wing stops I've been to. Case in point, how fresh and hot all my food was when I picked it up, from what I saw they were extremely busy from the Friday crowd. However they handled business very well, still had enough time to say thank you and have a nice day. The wings had just enough sauce and the fries were oooooh soo fresh perfectly fried and seasoned.
