Every time I call in an order, I wind up waiting 40 minutes. I live right across the street (1 min drive). When you walk in, after the amount of time they tell you it'd be ready in, you will stand and wait. While waiting, you will be treated to watching the kitchen staff play on their cell phones and calling the register employee to come and look at something funny/shocking that they found posted on their social media. You will eventually get your small meal of 15 wings in about an hour from call in to receipt. No pleasantries, and the food is hardly ever accurate with the count of wings. I'll start making the trip 10 min down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings before I eat here again. read more

Not much of a fan of bone-in wings but the wings here are fairly good. There crispy then sauced. I like there Atomic sauce. It's not as hot as it sounds. I also like there boneless wings with garlic parmesan. Fries are seasoned well and always hot. Never had bad service but only have been a few times. Reviews were right on target. These were best wings Ive had since Ive been in Memphis!! They have alot of difference choices of sauses. The wings are great but the frieds are just as good! The food is good. This is pretty much the only reason that I go to this restaurant. The service however, is absolute garbage. On multiple occasions I have placed an online order, only to have one of the employees fail to take it off of the printer. On multiple occasions, I have placed a phone order and been told 20 minutes but it turns out to take 40+. Now, one would assume that it is an issue with the staff. I think it is more than the cooks/register person. The management is to blame here. They have cycled through employees multiple times over the past year and yet the service is still terrible. Someone from corporate needs to reign this location back into the proper customer service lane. If possible, you are better served by the one in Bartlett. The food is ALWAYS ready on time in my experience. read more

I wish I could give Wing Stop ZERO STARS. my family ordered 40 wings, and four fries. We order through DoorDash it took 2 1/2 hours for our food to be delivered to our house and once we opened the bags they were only for fries and a huge bag of sauce that's all no wings! We decided to go to the restaurant in person and tell them what happened our wings were sitting in the back cold and they tried to give us cold wings..... we asked them to remake it and they said it would take 20 minutes to remake our wings. As I was watching them make the wings, only one employee was wearing gloves!! THERES A PANDEMIC AND THEY ARE NOT WEARING GLOVES!!! I called the manager and he said that was their " policy" which is bullshit. It's the food industry. I asked them why they are not wearing gloves and the employees caught caught an attitude with me, started yelling at me, and called me a bitch. I will NEVER COME BACK ! This is the worst experience, so disrespectful, and inconsiderate to your customers. After four hours we walked away with nothing. We ordered our food at 6pm and it is now 10pm. The food is good. Best wings hands down. But the service needs improvement. I always call my food in but my food is never ready on time. I can get there 15 to 20 minutes after the promised time and I still have to wait. Then the staff attitudes needs improving as well. Always rude and dismissive and act like they hate their jobs. The customer service at this location has steadily declined over the last few months. Although the food is great, the customer service is a shitty mess. The African American females ALWAYS are the worst with their attitudes. Not to mention, they stand in the kitchen area and cook while wiping their hands on their jeans instead of getting a towel. We placed a large order online at 1pm for 5:30pm pickup. Received a confirmation email that the order was received. When we got to the store they said they did not get an order for us online and said they were busy but if we wanted to place another order it would be a 30 minute wait. Staff said their online booking process doesn't work all the time. Staff were rude and acted very indifferent to our situation. No service recovery attempt at all. read more

I love wingstop. But this location has gone downhill quick. My last few orders have been all screwed up. They forget side orders, give you the wrong thing, or simply can't follow what was requested. First of all I checked to see the hours of this location and it closed at midnight. So I placed my order at 10:48pm (since I worked all day) I was suppose to pick up my order at 11:18 pm. I pull up at 11:16 and was told they where closed. Now I'm pissed because I have a transaction on my debit card. When I called the store the next morning I was told because they where slow that's why they closed early. I was also told that my number I put in was incorrect because they tried to call me due to the fact they where out of boneless wing which I DID NOT ORDER!!!!!! I am so furious because I come to this store after work all the time and have NEVER been treated this way. I called another location and they happily prepared my order. Thanks to the Bartlett store!!! Stay far away from the Cordova Wingstop store!!!!!! The store manager (Quan) didn't apologize are anything. The thing is I'm a manager so I know the ends and out. WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I have been buying from them for 9 years and I placed and order today (on NYE) at 6:20pm and their system told me it would be ready at 6:43pm. Knowing that they would probably be busy, I gave extra time. I got there about 7:10. When I got there I was informed that they were extremely behind and it would be another 45mins. So I agreed and told them I would return (as others were doing). So I call back at 7:50pm and whoever answered the phone answered with the nastiest attitude and said they were not giving order statuses over the phone and that they closed at 8pm. I told him that the woman upfront asked me to return in 45mins, but he didn't care and said that they were closing at 8. Common courtesy would have been to at least call the people who add already placed orders or at least tell people that they were closing at 8. But if this is how they are treating customers now, you've just lost a 9 year customer. read more

Absolute worst Wingstop experience I've ever had. The staff was disgusting(the cook kept lifting his shirt and scratching himself, the cashier, who got my drink, stuck her finger in my Coke when moving it before fastening the lid etc.) they were unmotivated (laughing, goofing off, cursing, talking about drug use openly and loudly [there were kids in there] while five groups of customers were just waiting). I placed my order to-go online at 6:55, the website said it would be ready at 7:26. I arrived at 7:30 and was not served until 8:00. Totally insane. People who hadn't placed their to-go order until arriving were getting served before me and other patrons, the staff ignored me entirely when I tried to inquire upon the status of my order and instead of responding- they made racist comments towards "white-ass-folk" joking and carrying on with each other. After i was finally able to get the cashier to look up from her cell phone, I was told there was no manager on duty and after all of that, my wings and fries were undercooked. It was inedible. I will never be returning to this atrocious excuse for fast-food. What a horrible experience. read more

So Not Happy with WingStop right now. I put in my first order with Wingstop today. I made this order on line. Paid for it on line. I was told my order would be ready at 7:09pm. I arrived at 7:00pm. I was aware that I was there early. they told that they were still working on it. that's fine. Now it is 7:25pm. I approached the corner and wingstop associate told me they just dropped the wings. I'm still patient cause it was crowded. I finally get my order. The chicken was HOT when I got home and my fries cold, but that's ok. But the icing on the cake is that I received a call at 10:47pm saying I didn't pay for my order and I paid it online and received an e-mail from my bank BOA that it cleared. So not happy about that. That is so not acceptable for a corporation. I'm in my bed sleep. I'm full with my Wingstop chicken and enjoyed my night. Now I'm feeling some kinda way cause you woke me up with this mess about some chicken that I pre-paid for. Do not offer this service if you cannot control what when and how it is paid for.
