I ordered 50 pieces and fries on line, the website said 21 to 26 minutes. I got there about 30 minutes after I ordered. I went in, told my name, the employee said my order was coming right up. about 10 minutes later, he said my order will be ready about 4 minutes, so I went to get gas for my car. I came back about 10 minutes later, still my order wasn't ready, I keep looking at me and said it's coming right up, several times. Finally I got my food, I asked him, "you guys don't start cooking the order until I get here, do you?", this was his response, "guess so.."! Now, this is the third consecutive time that it took about an hour for my order, I ordered just about the same thing everytime. I even tip them, but not this time. I figure they know me by now, but they were "playing with me", they could've been truthful about starting my order, but telling me several times "its coming right up", for a duration of 30 minutes. Bottom line is they don't give a crap, especially representing a national franchise company. It's not the company, it's the workers at this location (cordova, Germantown pkwy). OF COURSE, I'M DONE. too bad, I liked the food there. read more

Wings cooked perfectly with a variety of seasonings and sauces. A little pricey but good food and service.

Been here once for a call in order to go. Great.service. Food was good. The fries are the best. Have tried potato salad but didn't like, it had onions. But everything else is good. read more

Not much of a fan of bone-in wings but the wings here are fairly good. There crispy then sauced. I like there Atomic sauce. It's not as hot as it sounds. I also like there boneless wings with garlic parmesan. Fries are seasoned well and always hot. Never had bad service but only have been a few times. Out of those times service was attentive and friendly. read more

Food is good but twice I've been there in the past 3 weeks after ordering online. Both orders have been missing items, multiple items. What's worse is when I walked back in the girl asked if I was missing fries! I said yes and the she went back in to put the fries down, while the cook was apparently more worried about how he looked to the cashier girls! Maybe he could get the order right if they were pictures instead of words! These are the people wanting 15$/hour. Smdh read more

AMAZING honey barbecue wings I love it and their sides and boneless wings are amazing.

Placed an order online tonight. Went to pick it up and they were closed due to not having a cashier. And would reopen later tonight. I guess it's a good thing I didn't have to pay online. read more

Every time I call in an order, I wind up waiting 40 minutes. I live right across the street (1 min drive). When you walk in, after the amount of time they tell you it'd be ready in, you will stand and wait. While waiting, you will be treated to watching the kitchen staff play on their cell phones and calling the register employee to come and look at something funny/shocking that they found posted on their social media. You will eventually get your small meal of 15 wings in about an hour from call in to receipt. No pleasantries, and the food is hardly ever accurate with the count of wings. I'll start making the trip 10 min down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings before I eat here again. read more

Reviews were right on target. These were best wings Ive had since Ive been in Memphis!! They have alot of difference choices of sauses. The wings are great but the frieds are just as good! The have a sweet coating that I have never tasted before but they are fantastic. The employees were friendly and helpful and obvious they cared about what they were doing. Highly recommended. read more

The food is good. This is pretty much the only reason that I go to this restaurant. The service however, is absolute garbage. On multiple occasions I have placed an online order, only to have one of the employees fail to take it off of the printer. On multiple occasions, I have placed a phone order and been told 20 minutes but it turns out to take 40+. Now, one would assume that it is an issue with the staff. I think it is more than the cooks/register person. The management is to blame here. They have cycled through employees multiple times over the past year and yet the service is still terrible. Someone from corporate needs to reign this location back into the proper customer service lane. If possible, you are better served by the one in Bartlett. The food is ALWAYS ready on time in my experience. read more

The wings were a bit too salty. The customer service of the staff could also be friendlier.

The customer service at this location has steadily declined over the last few months. Although the food is great, the customer service is a shitty mess. The African American females ALWAYS are the worst with their attitudes. Not to mention, they stand in the kitchen area and cook while wiping their hands on their jeans instead of getting a towel. Today I visited and ordered my usual. The lady charged me for a roll instead of celery. So.... the rude female from the kitchen brings my celery and tells the cashier to ring me up for another roll to make up the difference. I advised her I was not charging my credit card for $.60. She went on to ask, "You don't have any change in your car?" Like it's her damn business what's in my car. And, as it if the cashier hadn't stated that it was her error. She had to audacity to get down w/ me about $.60 when I've eaten there five times in the last six days. Needless to say, I left the celery and today was my last day visiting. I don't care how great the food is, I don't do bad customer service at all. They can keep that. read more

I wish I could give Wing Stop ZERO STARS. my family ordered 40 wings, and four fries. We order through DoorDash it took 2 1/2 hours for our food to be delivered to our house and once we opened the bags they were only for fries and a huge bag of sauce that's all no wings! We decided to go to the restaurant in person and tell them what happened our wings were sitting in the back cold and they tried to give us cold wings..... we asked them to remake it and they said it would take 20 minutes to remake our wings. As I was watching them make the wings, only one employee was wearing gloves!! THERES A PANDEMIC AND THEY ARE NOT WEARING GLOVES!!! I called the manager and he said that was their " policy" which is bullshit. It's the food industry. I asked them why they are not wearing gloves and the employees caught caught an attitude with me, started yelling at me, and called me a bitch. I will NEVER COME BACK ! This is the worst experience, so disrespectful, and inconsiderate to your customers. After four hours we walked away with nothing. We ordered our food at 6pm and it is now 10pm. They also do not answer the phone. read more

We placed a large order online at 1pm for 5:30pm pickup. Received a confirmation email that the order was received. When we got to the store they said they did not get an order for us online and said they were busy but if we wanted to place another order it would be a 30 minute wait. Staff said their online booking process doesn't work all the time. Staff were rude and acted very indifferent to our situation. No service recovery attempt at all. read more

The food is good. Best wings hands down. But the service needs improvement. I always call my food in but my food is never ready on time. I can get there 15 to 20 minutes after the promised time and I still have to wait. Then the staff attitudes needs improving as well. Always rude and dismissive and act like they hate their jobs. The service needs to be improved to match the quality of food otherwise I can take my business elsewhere. read more

I just can't give this place another chance!!!!!!! This location has just gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for at least 6 years I was a 3-4 time a week customer but now the last three times I had to turn around and go back they got my order wrong. And the wings were not freshly fried taste like they refried some wings. Then this last visit was definitely the final straw I'm still waiting for the owner to call me back. As he said he would look up our order and call back.Do yourself a favor don't waste your time stay away from here read more

Tried Wingstop for the first time today and we'll be back! Because of my family's food preferences, I had lots of questions about their wings. Harold was very helpful and patient when he took my order. He even put some extra sauces in the to go bag. My family enjoyed the wings and the fries. Very tasty!!! read more

Damn good wings and excellent service you can't beat that. This will be the only place I go to if I want wings b-dubs has nothing on wingstop as far as service and food. read more

I wish I can give them 0 starts they are really stupid and ignorant I went there and they had a full conversation Infront of me for 10 minutes before greeting me or asking what I would like and when they finally did all they said was "HOLD UP" then told me to wait 30 minutes on my food then said oh your foods coming up now then said oh wait another 15 minutes I was there over an hour that gives them 2 hours to make 15 wings and still couldn't do it and was very rude. Never coming back. read more

I love wingstop. But this location has gone downhill quick. My last few orders have been all screwed up. They forget side orders, give you the wrong thing, or simply can't follow what was requested. Once I got someone else's order! I drive all the way back to get what I had ordered and wasn't even offered a refund or anything complementary. The quality of food is starting to go down too. Won't be going to this location anymore. read more

Horrible service and my wings were super soggy! They never ever ever answer the phone and when they do you are on hold for a long time. The cook was eating while cooking when we arrived and the cashiers all have attitudes! We looked at or food and just asked for a refund. Never going here again! Reporting this wingstop to the BBB and the health dept! read more

Gotten takeout a couple of times and it has been great. My favorite are the Garlic Parmesan wings!

WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I have been buying from them for 9 years and I placed and order today (on NYE) at 6:20pm and their system told me it would be ready at 6:43pm. Knowing that they would probably be busy, I gave extra time. I got there about 7:10. When I got there I was informed that they were extremely behind and it would be another 45mins. So I agreed and told them I would return (as others were doing). So I call back at 7:50pm and whoever answered the phone answered with the nastiest attitude and said they were not giving order statuses over the phone and that they closed at 8pm. I told him that the woman upfront asked me to return in 45mins, but he didn't care and said that they were closing at 8. Common courtesy would have been to at least call the people who add already placed orders or at least tell people that they were closing at 8. But if this is how they are treating customers now, you've just lost a 9 year customer. read more

First of all I checked to see the hours of this location and it closed at midnight. So I placed my order at 10:48pm (since I worked all day) I was suppose to pick up my order at 11:18 pm. I pull up at 11:16 and was told they where closed. Now I'm pissed because I have a transaction on my debit card. When I called the store the next morning I was told because they where slow that's why they closed early. I was also told that my number I put in was incorrect because they tried to call me due to the fact they where out of boneless wing which I DID NOT ORDER!!!!!! I am so furious because I come to this store after work all the time and have NEVER been treated this way. I called another location and they happily prepared my order. Thanks to the Bartlett store!!! Stay far away from the Cordova Wingstop store!!!!!! The store manager (Quan) didn't apologize are anything. The thing is I'm a manager so I know the ends and out. Very bad experience and I'm highly disappointed. read more

Absolute worst Wingstop experience I've ever had. The staff was disgusting(the cook kept lifting his shirt and scratching himself, the cashier, who got my drink, stuck her finger in my Coke when moving it before fastening the lid etc.) they were unmotivated (laughing, goofing off, cursing, talking about drug use openly and loudly [there were kids in there] while five groups of customers were just waiting). I placed my order to-go online at 6:55, the website said it would be ready at 7:26. I arrived at 7:30 and was not served until 8:00. Totally insane. People who hadn't placed their to-go order until arriving were getting served before me and other patrons, the staff ignored me entirely when I tried to inquire upon the status of my order and instead of responding- they made racist comments towards "white-ass-folk" joking and carrying on with each other. After i was finally able to get the cashier to look up from her cell phone, I was told there was no manager on duty and after all of that, my wings and fries were undercooked. It was inedible. I will never be returning to this atrocious excuse for fast-food. What a horrible experience. read more

So Not Happy with WingStop right now. I put in my first order with Wingstop today. I made this order on line. Paid for it on line. I was told my order would be ready at 7:09pm. I arrived at 7:00pm. I was aware that I was there early. they told that they were still working on it. that's fine. Now it is 7:25pm. I approached the corner and wingstop associate told me they just dropped the wings. I'm still patient cause it was crowded. I finally get my order. The chicken was HOT when I got home and my fries cold, but that's ok. But the icing on the cake is that I received a call at 10:47pm saying I didn't pay for my order and I paid it online and received an e-mail from my bank BOA that it cleared. So not happy about that. That is so not acceptable for a corporation. I'm in my bed sleep. I'm full with my Wingstop chicken and enjoyed my night. Now I'm feeling some kinda way cause you woke me up with this mess about some chicken that I pre-paid for. Do not offer this service if you cannot control what when and how it is paid for. This may be the last time my family purchase an order in which I spent almost $40.00 bucks for a family order. So piss right now. read more
