The only thing that they need to work on is to thank their customers. Cleanliness: The restaurant is pretty much brand new and is very clean. I just wish that the garbage can was a little bigger and that they would change it when it is full. Soda Machine: The coke a cola from their fountain drinks is on point and is not watered down like most places. Regular Philly Cheesesteak: My friend said this was delicious and that it definitely tastes better than most locations that he has been to. Chicken Teriyaki: This is by far the most delicious chicken teriyaki cheesesteak I have had from any Charley's location. This location has the food hot and has flavor to the cheesesteak. It wasn't immediately clear how the two receipts were meant to be read together, especially since one of the totals appeared higher than the original bill. To be clear, the 3% charge itself wasn't really the issue. The problem was that while correcting their own mistake, no one took a moment to explain what was happening or offer even a simple apology for the confusion - or for the missed order, for that matter. That was really the theme of the entire experience: forgetfulness, confusion, and a complete lack of acknowledgment. No one said "sorry for the confusion," no one said "that was our mistake," and when we left, no one acknowledged us or thanked us for coming. Mistakes happen.
