I placed an order here at around 2 and didn't get it until 4. I asked several times if they lost my order (they did) and they refused to look for it. It wasn't until my 3rd time asking that they actually found my ticket and made my food. I made a complaint the day of and haven't heard from anyone in the restaurant in 2 weeks. I've called corporate several times as well as the actual restaurant with no response. Other locations are more efficient and responsive. If you have to visit the chain, go to another location. read more

Food was great but service very slow... New location might be the cause of slow service as employees still learning but overall experience was good... Will visit again.. read more

Wing stop in Blythewood my person was Azaria. She was awesome. Azaria took very good care of me. My ticket no. 2334.

Absolute worst Wing Stop I've been to and I love Wing Stop. Service is not there, I've waited 45 minutes for some FRIES!!!!! I've had to ask 2 times about my order and still nothing. I won't be back. read more

I ordered delivery from this location. I get a text that my food was handed to me and delivered- I never got my food! So i text the number and the delivery driver says "i handed it to people on the first floor"- (paraphrasing). I live on the 3rd floor. She did not bother looking at the room number and a lucky person got free food! This wingstop location "does not do refunds" and was very unhelpful. I had to call them 2 times to figure something out. I ended up having to drive to get my food and was not told sorry or anything. Don't bother ordering delivery. read more

Absolute trash. Took an hour to get two orders of wings. How is this place even open? It's pure chaos here. No real plan in the kitchen and management doesn't seem to have a clue how to run a restaurant. No way this place stays in business if they don't figure some real issues out read more

Today Overheard and saw I what I believe I heard a manager of some sort or whatever she talking to and about a young lady working at the counter just nasty!! it's disgusting how she spoke to others as well from from me being in there as many times as I come! this is not the first time I've seen this from this particular lady while ordering my food especially during rush time it seems like. I most likely won't be getting my food from here again the wait is very long for a simple food order, the food is way too greasy like it's cooked in old oil and over seasoned at times so salty I can't even eat it for real and they don't have good service and they're nasty to their workers it looks like! Looks like management is just nasty. read more

At the time I went in the store during the busiest time of the evening . They served me Very well. I was in and out without a problem (12-6-24) about 5:45pm. The food was fresh and staff treating me very well. Kudos to all the wing stop staff. Thank you for serving me. I appreciate you all. read more

Will never order online again ! My entire order was wrong & burnt completely & partial of my order was missing also the drinks were wrong & my sodas were flat read more

There were a ton of orders in the kitchen and people standing and waiting and the entire staff was working so hard to get everything churned out. One girl (with reddish braids up in a bun) was working so hard to check on people and get everything out as fast as she can. The wait was long but considering a hurricane just came through and it was a busy Saturday night, I'm really impressed with how hard the staff was working. Thank you! read more

The place is filthy and extremely slow. Service was friendly but food was eh. Doubt I will go back. Cleanliness means a lot.

Wing Stop on Hardscrabble rd in NE Columbia next to Publix. It's the worst wings ever. I got the honey hot bbq. First off I thought they would be wet. Nope dry rub. Then I asked for a side of small ranch. It was an order of 10 wings. No ranch!!! I ordered wings only. It cost me 15.00 plus. Dried out wings and no ranch dressing. I was the only white person in there. Maybe you have to be black to get your order right..... I noticed they did check bags. But they didn't check mine. They took forever to do 10 wings while I was sitting there. At least 25 minutes or more. read more

"Wingstop disappointed with some of its lackluster food quality and just okay service. The fries were too wet and sandwiches are made somewhat tolerable, lacking flavor despite the variety of sauces offered. Additionally, this location was somewhat maintained, with wiped off tables and floors. Unfortunately they play loud rap music in this location making it not difficult to dine inside. The staff seems disinterested at first but did help when asked. This location is a hit or miss. read more

After picking up food and getting home, realized that 10 wings were left off order. Called store and requested refund for what I didn't receive. The "best" they could do was a store credit in their "book". Ridiculous. I should not pay for something I did not receive. read more

This tends to be my go to when I don't want to leave back out. For some reason I can't get a correct order EVER! There is always something missing. They offer to provide the missing item if I go up there. The point of delivery is to avoid that. The food quality is also declining each time. Becoming a waste of money unfortunately. read more

I been waiting on my food for 2 hours and after finally speaking up, they say they don't even remember me. i was the only man in the store for those 2 hours. they wouldn't even give me a refund. they told me to leave because I was "creeping them out" and that they would "call the cops" if I didnt leave. don't eat here. not worth. Other than that tho, I enjoyed the basketball game and the tables looked nice read more

Been waiting for it to open and y'all were slammed when we stopped in Saturday night it takes a little while to get the kinks worked out when a restaurant first opens so I expected the wait I want to commend your staff on the politeness y'all showed when faced with rudeness from customers and to top this visit off the food was perfect! Order was exact! Service was great! I will be back read more

0 out of 10 would NOT recommend! I waited over 2 hours for food and was not compensated. Never was offered anything, not even an apology.

Disappointing customer service that is not consistent with the franchise reputation. We have tried on several occasions to order with hopes it would be better, but each time our order has been incorrect. The response from the staff has been flippant. This location will not honor franchise coupons even though we received them after ordering online. We had been so excited when we moved to this area to see a Wingstop; however, this evening was our last visit. read more

Clean facility. Food was average compared to other Wingstop locations and staff took extra long with my order because they were in the back socializing. Won't be returning. read more

They were good initially but due to large group ordering food the taste has diminished. Chicken and corn lack seasoning. The soda machine is always not working. They only have over sweet tea and lemonade. They have to many people in the kitchen and most of them are just standing around on their phones. read more

I don't know if there is an award for "Most Improved" but I think this one deserves it. Went there a few months ago and it was not great. Rude staff and room temperature food after a long wait. But on top of that they forgot my dipping sauce! I said I wouldn't go back but a late night hankering for some Voodoo fries brought me back about a week ago. The food and service was on point and they remembered my sauce. Whatever y'all changed, keep doing it! read more

needs new management ! dirty and slow service ! always an issue, runs out of food 0/10 for me ! complete waste of time and money !
