Mariah, the general manager at this location on Wellborn is PERSPICACIOUS! I placed an uber eats order this afternoon and called the store to ask for my wings to be well done / wet . She made sure my wings were crispy, wet AND PROVIDED EXTRA SAUCES for my order without me asking ! I called back to let her know this was the first time this location has perfected my order & wanted to speak to her manager to give good feedback on her service, only to find out she is the manager ! Im sure she has a great team as well , the restaurant is always clean and the employees work fast but i know it gets busy with students back in town so I give Mariah her props for excellent customer service ! SHE NEEDS A RAISE! read more

Came here for the first time at this location. Ordered the 30pcs crew deal which had 30 classic wings, large fries, veggie sticks, and 3 dipping sauces for about $40 after taxes. We ordered the Korean Spicy wings, Garlic Parmesan, and Hot wings. All delicious especially the Garlic Parm. Overall, not a bad deal and I always felt that these wings weren't dry like Wings 'N More. They're a bit more pricier than Wings 'N More, but they're waaaay tastier and juicier. The staff are fast and friendly. I probably recommend ordering via app or online. Lots of parking and dining tables. read more

3 strikes for this location! A couple of months ago we placed a large order for delivery. They forgot to put multiple orders of fries in it and when we called they said they realized that after the driver left. They didn't try to contact the driver or notify us and told us if we wanted the fries we could come pick them up. If I wanted to pick up the order, I would not have had it delivered in the first place. After some back and forth they said they would issue me a credit for the fries, never got the credit. Two weeks ago we placed a pick up order, they had not even started the order at the time it was scheduled for pickup. Then today we placed a pick up order and once again had to wait 30 minutes at the store after the scheduled pick up time. read more

Their ranch is really good and the wings are pretty good too! Our food also came out quickly. It's kind of pricey though. read more

This is by far one of the worst Wingstop I've been to. The workers always have an attitude and never fail to mess up my orders. I always call in my orders and wait over 30 minutes each time. Will choose any other Wingstop next time. read more

Jones Crossing location: Rubbery wings, so-so fries. Sauces are good but don't change the quality of the food. If you order online and put any special requests (all flaps/all drums) the requests go ignored. Friendly staff though. read more

Food is good I guess but takes over a hour to get food... like how is it this hard to make a chicken sandwich?

I ordered online at 6:15pm and set the pickup time for 7:30pm. I show up and my order was not even close to ready. What is the point of the order ahead feature if it isn't even ready?? read more

Unbelievable. First of all, it took 50 minutes for the order to be prepared. It was only 3 people when I got there so what's the hold up? They was back there laughing, horse playing, listening to loud music... this what y'all do instead of making my wings? I ordered a 10pc but y'all only gave me 8. I asked for well done wings and fries but they was barely warm... I called up there and y'all got me on hold longer than I actually spoke to someone. I finally spoke to the manager and she sounded like she just rolled outta bed. I told her my sprite was flat she gonna say "..the fries are flat...?" Now does that make any sense. When she finally understood what I was saying she gonna say "well we only give the cups y'all fill up your own drinks" now I'm mad. I ate my food before I could take a pic because I was starving but look at these tiny nuggets they gave us. They didn't even put the garlic parm on the wings. Thankfully I got my food refunded but I won't be back. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but a couple months ago I went in and the lady at the register was on the phone, not particularly taking an order but no lie this lady had her shirt untucked and lifted up, her jean button was undone and she was scratching the inside of her belly button. It was super uncomfortable and unsanitary. She's usually always there on nights and is pretty rude and monotone. I'd also like to include how lately seasoned fries at this location have not been properly seasoned. They're so bland and unflavored. read more

Probably the most foul, vile thing I have ever witnessed in my chicken wing career. After eating almost all of my wings I discovered a part of the wing that should not be in my meal and to make it worse it was covered in feathers. I do not know what to do. read more

SLOW SLOW SLOW. ORDERED AT 10:50 and got food after 11:45... 10pcs boneless. What in the world?! Food ain't even good enough to justify that overpriced nature of the cuisine and overtly long wait time. Don't go here. Dirty as well but people were at least nice. read more

Took an hour for me to get my food, seems to me if you come inside and order, you are not priority. The online orders are flying out the door but if you come in the eat you might as well order it online. Just bad management. Makes me not want to come back. read more

Waited over 45 minutes just for wings. App said it should have been ready but that of course was a lie. Terrible music in the place as well with every staff member telling me "it's almost out" which was of course another lie. Food was only ok. read more

Ordered Wings online. When i arrived they felt like it was more important to talk than to serve customers. They were such in a hurry to get me out the service they gave me was awful. I would not recommend this location AT ALL!! read more

Chicken was ok. The mild sauce as very watery. It was all at the bottom of the box. Never seen that before. The fries were cold and not cooked well. Soggy and old oil taste. Definitely understand this store having 2 star rating. read more

I ordered through the app and the dasher stole my order, but when I called to see if I could pick it up instead the people working at this location were so sweat. Absolutely trash service. I really wanted to give Wing Stop a chance, especially since there are so many better options in the B/CS area. I never should have given them a chance. I made an order on Super Bowl Sunday at 4 PM. They said the order would be ready by 6 PM. I get there at 6 PM (almost halfway through the game) and my order is nowhere to be found. Sure, I would be understanding that my order isn't ready due to the volume of orders on SBS, but they had 10-12 employees working! It was very frustrating since other people ordered around the same time as me, and they were getting their orders. They gave no good reason why my order wasn't ready. Next, there were around 4 employees working at the front of the store on the registers and the phone. They seemed to be doing a decent job helping customers and taking calls. I DID notice that each of them was attempting to hide their own PLATE of wings and veggies to eat during their shift. One plate of wings was right next to the register. This was just great to see since I had been waiting at the store for about 45 minutes to enjoy some wings myself. I made sure to pull out my phone and stream the Super Bowl at max volume (also since they weren't playing the game on either of their two TVs in the store). The time came, FINALLY, my order was ready. I am glad I could finally receive the OPPORTUNITY to enjoy the wings that I PAID for. But honestly, I made a dumb decision here. I didn't check the bag before I left. Maybe because I was so ready to get out of that nasty store and enjoy my food. I got back to my place and took a look inside the bag. From my party pack of 30 wings, fries, and rolls, THEY FORGOT THE FRIES. Safe to say I will NEVER be coming back to this location or even any Wing Stop for that matter. Trash experience. read more

Wingstop at Jones Crossing was great on Super Bowl Sunday. I figured they would be busy so I placed my order online the day before. They called to get my charge card info so I would be a priority order. When I got there at the prescribed time, my order was just being put together. Great timing. They were on point. They had extra staff that were absolutely slammed busy. They were cheerful, professional and very attentive to everyone there. They processed a LOT of people in the short time a was there. Great job Wingstop. Oh yeah. Good food, too. read more

If I could give a half star, I would. Ordered medium buffalo bites with fries. After opening the bag I noticed there was no ranch and bald bites. Disgusting. This has happened twice now and after the first time I let it slide, but the second time?!?! Do better. read more

Walked in after ordering online and order still wasn't ready even with nobody in the queue or seating area. Upon waiting the fulfillment of my order one guy who works there was eating and began to act unprofessionally telling another employee to shut the f*** up. I figured this is a foreshadowing of what's to come with the food and I was right. Food not even hot. I'd give it a 5 out of 10. Only because I haven't eaten wings in months. I definitely could've gotten better quality food with my airfryer. Whats unfortunate is that you expect to get something fresh and hot but instead you end up with something not even moderately warm. read more

Waited over an hour for our food, went inside to see what the deal was & it had been ready awhile ago & nobody wanted to tell us that. Wingstop - I bit into a boneless wing to find a hair in it. - Chicken Wings Near Me - College Station, Texas

Worst service ever, took them 30 minutes to get out one order of wings and fries. All the workers were just sitting in the back talking and messing around and not actually working. Bad service, over priced food. Manager also was creepy and tried to get my number and wouldn't really take the hint. read more

Unacceptable customer service. My boyfriend and I order pick up, proceeded to wait the time it said it would take to be prepared, and then go to the store. Once inside, he was told the food is not ready yet. No big deal. They were going to call the name once the order was ready. Twenty minutes go by, and four orders were ready and sitting behind the counter. No one looked at names or said anything about them. We went and asked if our food was amongst it, and we were very rudely told that "that food isn't for you." Another 20 minutes pass, two more orders were added to the stash. Go back up to the counter to ask and our order was the first one sitting in the line. It has been sitting there since the first five minutes of being inside of the shop. read more

Horrendous service. So unreliable it's frustrating. We made an order and they told us they were going to bring it out to us and never did. I waited 40 mins for my food thinking they were going to bring it out when the whole time it was on the counter waiting for me. Don't tell your customers you're going to bring the food out to the car if you aren't. Unprofessional, horrible service. read more

Ordered our bundle plus some sides online (appreciate they don't require payment). Got there 15-20 minutes later and maybe waited another 5. If you want Wingstop, just go to one of the others in town. This one sucks. Wings aren't made to order. The fries aren't fresh. The employees are rude. Terrible experience read more

Our experience started off poorly when we ordered earlier in the day for a pick up at 5 and still ended up waiting for our food for about 20 minutes. It got worse once we got to a watch party for the football game (20 minutes from location) and discovered we were missing some of our 50 pack of wings. After trying to call the store twice, and staying on hold with them for about 45 minutes, we drove back to the restaurant. The place was insanely packed, with lots of workers steadily working in the back. I explained my situation to the girl at the register and she got me someone, whom I presume is the manager. She was incredibly kind and apologetic and got me my missing wings (plus a few extras for my troubles) in a speedy manner. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I experienced when coming back for the missing stuff. It speaks volume when you're insanely busy, make a mistake, and then still manage to be kind and helpful rather than ugly. Need more people like her in the world! Wish I could remember her name, but you best believe we will be giving this wing stop our business due to the service we experienced tonight. read more

As for me and my family we understand that they are short staffed and will still eat there. Others that don't want to eat is less of rude customers for them. My wings were delicious and hot and their drinks are awesome and I alway get sprite. I don't know why people need to babies over food. If you have a problem cook for yourself. Your food is late and so what. They always apologize and even offer food and people say it's okay just to say this. Anyone that has a problem with their food should look for the owner and ask the individual to give them more staff or you could go and be in their show and test your own medicine. The customer service is so bad. They were so rude, and I admit I was confusing, but they were absolutely no help, and starting down at me the entire time. I never once said it was their fault, but they were treating me so ugly. I normally wouldn't leave a review but the service tonight was exceptionally bad. My boyfriend went to pick up our food and upon returning home we found that they gave us no ranch, completely left out an order of cheese fries, and three of the boneless wings had no flavor whatsoever on them. I was very disappointed to say the least and will not be returning to this location in the future. read more

Only giving one star because the fries are delicious. Me and my boyfriend love wingstop so we order for pickup every now and then. We would definitely be a regular customer if it wasnt for the staff's extremely rude attitudes and the long wait times. Every single time we order for pickup we have to wait at least 30 minutes. I understand they are short staffed but when it is just us and another person, that wait is unacceptable. The staff also tends to just sit in the back and talk. If you ask them about your food, they are extremely rude and disrespectful. One time we waited for 30 minutes while there was a bag of food sitting on the togo rack. We asked multiple times if it was our food and the staff was very rude and would not even look. 30 minutes later and it ended up being our food... shocker. We have tried giving chance after chance hoping we were just having the occasional bad experience, but quickly learned that this is an everyday occurrence. Horrible service, and some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Cannot put into words how horrible this wingstop is. So sad because I love wingstop, but I will not be returning or recommending anyone. read more

Called my order in for pick up and was given a 20 min wait. Order was ready when I got there! Girl on the phone was very nice and explained the wing sauces as I have never been to a wing stop before. Decided to add fries to my order and they are hand cut and seasoned real good! Saw they had some fried corn on the cob so added that too on another order. Took two minutes to get them and they even brought them out to my car. Wings were tasty and big. The traditional hot was just the right amount of hot like you would get almost anywhere.
