The seasoned fries are the best. DoorDash does the delivery and it took this driver 35mins to get to me since he picked my order up. My bag seal was broken, I had missing fries, and my other fries were undercooked and cold. When I called the store, the staff told me to call back the next day because they were closing. After speaking with Manager, Juan, he was nice enough to assist me with replacing my fries and added a 5pcs wings. This was my 2nd bad experience with DoorDash so I think I'm going to be picking up from now on. read more

He wasn't just unhelpful--he was hostile, disrespectful, and clearly on a power trip. His ego took priority over doing his job. He was more concerned with being "right" than actually helping anyone. And when I asked for his name, he refused to give it--no professionalism, no accountability, just pure attitude. Honestly, I've been deployed overseas and seen people under real pressure, and not once did I see someone crack the way this manager did over a simple food order. Eat more chicken! Wing Stop has been a long time and all time favorite Wing eatery of mine. However, what I have discovered is Wing Stops vary from stop to stop (i.e. location to location). For instance one near Bitters road in San Antonio is great. One on 281 north of 1604 is ok. One in Clovis NM is also just ok. Flavor offerings: My favorite flavor is Cajun. I really like the atomic also but just can't handle too much of it. So I tend to order Cajun and Original Hot. The original wings are really the best. Their boneless offering just isn't that good. Too much breading and not enough chicken. Buffalo Wings and Rings make much better boneless wings IMO. They have a lot more flavors and I've tried most of them. I just prefer the previously mentioned. So how was the one in College Station? Freaky fast service for one. Which is great when you can't wait to indulge in some wings. The quality of the boneless wings was just ok. As previously stated, they have too much breading and not enough chicken. They are maybe a step or two above McDonalds. Which McD's is pressed chicken meat of some kind. So at least Wing Stop isn't that. If the price wasn't so good on their boneless - like $17 for 25 boneless wings, I would never order boneless again. They have great prices for their portions, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of cooking. Wingstop is definitely my favorite place to get wings in town. I was craving wings so I stopped by and immediately upon entering there was an awful smell. I could not tell whether it was sewage or if it was something come from the kitchen but it was rancid. The man working the cashier stand could not speak English well enough to understand me so it was very difficult to even place the order. I placed an order 2 days ago to pick up today at 5:00. I arrived at WingStop to pick up my wings right on time, at which point the restaurant was very crowded with people ordering and picking up wings. My wings, which were supposed to be ready at 5:00, were not ready until 5:45. The most frustrating part was there were people picking up their orders before me who arrived significantly after me, and some people who had placed their orders only an hour in advance, which is nothing compared to my TWO DAYS in advance. This restaurant is horribly managed and staff has absolutely no idea how to do their jobs when it comes to prioritizing orders and making sure orders are processed on time. I've been to several of their locations throughout Texas, one was lousy, but that's no the case with this one. These guys are on task, getting you your wings in fast order. Heads above the other guys offering wings in town, they don't skimp on the sauce or fries. In fact there is something about the fries that make them ideal with the wings. Perhaps it's the ratio of sugar they use. Whatever the case, you can't go wrong. I usually go the original sauce route, though the Parmesan is also outstanding. A word of warning however, unless you are a searing heat kind of person, don't go with the atomic hot sauce. it won't feel like a burning sensation, so much as throbbing crack to the back of your head with a bat kinda pain.
