The flats AND drums were tiny. I will say, the flavor was there and the chicken was quite crispy. Ranch? Always slaps. However I had ordered the fries well done and they were very soft. Just really disappointed at the portions today especially in this economy. read more

Poor Service. The staff does not acknowledge the customer when they enter. No clear prices. Up charges for various sauces. Certain combos include the sauces and others do not. Prices are inconsistent from visit to visit, though I have only been twice and that was enough for me. Extremely long wait time for a walk-in order. Staff was not courteous, and the wings were small and mediocre at best. Don't waste your time. The wings are 1000% better at Cole fire in Hunt Valley. read more

I tried Wing Stop for the first time today. What a disappointment. Ten tiny wing pieces for $15. Very little meat on each. The buffalo sauce was only vaguely reminiscent of Buffalo sauce. The wings at 7-11 are actually mich better and lower cost. Never thought I'd suggest anything at 7-11 is better. One minor point - I asked for napkins and was handed one in a packet with a fork and knofe. They can't have a napkin dispenser? My family raves about their wings and ranch dressing it smelled delightful the whole way home I get home only to learn they did not include the Ranch they are known for or Blue cheese with my order. Waited about an additional 15 mins on top of the 20 min ETA and food was lukewarm at best. Only 2 other customers were waiting for food at the time. One of the two sandwiches ordered was missing the top bun as well as they forgot to add pickles. The top bun received was grilled but cold, and in my opinion the sandwich was a bit bland and dry. It could have used extra sauce on the bread. I assume they may have run out of tenders because we received one tender plus some boneless wings in the tenders box. The wing flavors were good other than the hot having 0 spice. The garlic parmesan tender was lacking in garlic flavor, but was salty and crispy. I ordered well-done, cajun seasoned fries, but the fries had very little texture. They tasted old and sweet. The fries tasted like they forgot salt and added a sprinkle of sugar to them... Brand new place, so I decided to give it a try. Ordered for delivery through Grubhub, no problems there. I ordered 2 sets of wings (one lemon pepper and one garlic parm, along with garlic parm fries. The fries were amazing. Hot, fresh, very cheesy and good. Everything I wanted garlic parm fries to be. The lemon pepper wings were just mediocre at best, though. The garlic parm wings were a little better, but it sure didn't match those fries. This place just opened this past week, so I'm sure there's a few kinks to work out. I'd try it again. read more

If I could give it -1 stars I would. Completely unprofessional staff. Waited over an hour after my order was placed thought they were just busy. Asked about my order and they told me it was getting backed up waited another 20 minutes. I asked again and then they didn't have my ticket. This happened to four other people waiting. When the issue was uncovered no resolution was provided. We had to wait another 20 minutes after finding out instead of being moved to the front of the queue. Highly anticipated the opening of this place only to be incredibly disappointed. Spent $30 on two carry-out meals, and ended up throwing everything away except the fries and drinks. The 6 bone-in wings, Garlic Parmesan and Cajun dry rub, had no seasoning and smelled terrible. They smelled burnt and tasted terrible. First let me say...We love Wingstop. I will always go to a new one when I find it. BUT - this one ain't it. The wings were tasteless and dry. Dry even with a wet sauce on them. I've been waiting for this Wingstop to open for months only to be met with immeasurable disappointment. My stomach and soul were left hungry. I hope their management is getting feedback because clearly, more training is needed for the culinary staff there. Maybe, one day, I'll be brave enough to try them again. I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered through DoorDash and the order took a long time (at no fault of the driver). The driver said the restaurant was very rude to him and did not want to make the order. When we got our food, everything was okay. They weren't spicy at all and some pieces were really salty. The service SUCKS!!!!!! I ordered online through the app, 30 bone in wings, 15 in the original buffalo flavor and 15 mild with one blue cheese dip. Paid online, confirmed the completion time for my order was between 16 and 21 minutes. This was at 4:55 pm, I arrived at the store at 5:20 pm,, I walked in to be the third in line, when it was my turn I gave my name and communicated that I had placed the order online. What I got back was a vacant stare or maybe deer in the head lights because there was no response or movement. My second attempt at communication was the question "Is my order ready?", to my surprise she asked what was my name? After I repeat my name the register operator moved over to a shelf that held one completed order and then back to the prep are where she rummaged through the bags sat that held orders in varies degrees of readiness. She returned to the counter and says "no it's not ready yet". I wait patiently, though below the surface I'm seething, the store is not that busy and I'm trying to figure out it takes what is now 45 minutes to prepare 30 wings. Are they importing these chickens from China. Finally at the 6 pm mark on the clock I ask "Is there something wrong with my order, at this point I get feedback from all 4 employees, none of which was going to help resolve the issue. Finally one of them, not the original counter person, ask for my name. Yes, for the third time my name has been communicated to these "Idiots", she walks over to the shelf and looks at the tag on the bag! Yes, wait for it, you guessed it, my order has been sitting on the shelf since before I walked into the store. This particular idiot proceeds to try to hand my the order that has been sitting under warming lights for over an hour, stating that the food is still hot! I refused, and at that moment lost it. I told them I wanted my money put back on my card and that I wouldn't eat that garbage and would never, and I mean never patronize Wingstop again. I was told they could not refund my money because this was an online order and it was paid for online. So in order to get satisfaction I am writing reviews about this incident, I will write a new one everyday on every review site I can find until Wingstop Cockeysville contacts me with a resolution. By the way I contacted them upon arriving home with Wings from Seasons which are just as good tasting and the service was great, and as of this point in time, crickets!!! read more
