This place hasn't been open very long so I was expecting a well kept establishment. Unfortunately, the staff, while very friendly, aren't keeping up with the place. Not to mention the loud music that made it difficult for people to hear their names called. It makes you want to get out of there as soon as possible. The food was good but the wait was way too long. My food took 50 MINUTES to make for only 2 combo meals, I kept asking how much longer and they kept saying "your next" and yet it still took so long. This was my second time going to this wing stop and last time . They messed my order up and I didn't realize it till we were on the road. When I called to complain about my order being wrong, the manager informed me there policy is we have to return to the store with the item. There customer service is for the customer to get in there car and go back to the store, give them the item back and wait for you to make another order. I can't believe they ask a customer to be inconvenienced when it's the stores fault that they had the order wrong. And when I informed them that we were too far to come back I was given the supervisors number for a resolution. So, this was a horrible experience with wing stop all the way around. Did not get my right order which I paid for and can't get resolved till Tuesday when I call the supervisor. Lemon pepper comes with all lemon pepper seasoning one time eats salty.. butter no seasoning next time. 042623 went to this location and waited forever when they had many workers in the back horsing around. I've decided to wait in lobby and just observe them. Most of these workers are young and didn't care about the job. One guy was drinking monster drink and appeared to be spitting into a cup. When we got the food , it wasn't that great at all for 40.00. I've been here twice since they opened. Ordered online both times, and my food was ready when I arrived. Loved the wings--especially the mango habanero ones. I charged my order. however after I received a " order compl " memo I awaited an additional 5 minutes for my order. We tried Wing Stop in Cinnaminson for the 1st time yesterday. We ordered & decided to dine in. 25 minutes later, we got our food after I asked how much longer. We ordered 10 wing combo & 3 pc tender combo, nothing difficult. When she brought out the order, she said, "you don't look happy", to me. I told her 25 minutes for food?! I ordered the large combo with 10 mango habañero wings. Not only did they take 45 minutes to come out, but when I got home I discovered ranch (I asked for blue cheese) and 7 wings. Yes, you read that correctly, seven....that's not even a quantity listed on the menu. If that wasn't bad enough, the wings were not mango habañero, they were some kind of non spicy BBQ that I didn't even know existed on their menu. Between all of this, and the woman repeatedly screaming "Alexa volume ten!" while the music was already so loud that I had to step outside to hear my girlfriend on the phone...I would never send anyone here for food. Not even my worst enemy. I waited 45 minutes for 7 wings that I paid 15$ for, got a different sauce and flavor than I asked for, was disrespected to my face, and listened to ghetto rap louder than you'd experience in a damp, hot frat basement.
