I ordered 15 wings (bbq and Korean bbq), Cajun corn, and seasoned fries. Wingstop definitely has great prices! I'd say the wings were really crispy and still nicely coated in sauce. The Korean bbq was definitely my favorite because it had the authentic taste and a good kick to it. The hickory bbq was a little too sweet for me but I think a lot of other people would enjoy it. The Cajun corn was the favorite thing I ordered; it was crispy and sweet and the spices they used made it very flavorful and unique! However the one thing I would not order again was the fries, which were very disappointing. They were not very crispy and were COATED in salt and it was too overwhelming. We choose this location to order from over one much closer because the reviews were much better. It seemed like their online ordering system gives an inaccurate pick up time so to avoid waiting we arrive about 15 min after it told us it would be ready. Still had to wait a bit but not long The flavors are better than BWW and the wings bigger but they were REALLY overcooked. Half the wings (bone in) were dry rub and those were the driest, super crunchy enough to damage the inside of your mouth. Would probably order again no dry rub only sauces. They also don't give you anything but wings in the bag, so if you want napkins ask before you leave. read more

Do not eat at WingStop #601, unless you want to get chorro. I came in for late lunch and ordered 15 piece combo. The server took my order, and said it would be a 18 minute wait. No more than 5 minutes later my order was ready. I noticed a few pieces were semi-hot, but obviously not fresh since the meat was dried out. I spoke to the server, asking if they were trying to to recook previously cooked chicken, and expressed that this was not cool. They attempted to clean up their lies by explaining that they dropped a previously cancelled order with mine, but offered no service to correct their behavior. Needless to say, I ended up getting sick from the food served at WingStop #601. New owners have allowed this chicken restaurant to go to crap. Took about 20 min to get our order BUT they did have like 5 or 6 large To-Go/Mobile orders at the same time that came before our order. My family really enjoys the food here and usually do not complain about restaurants , but I have to say my experience today was the first . I ordered food through their website. The food is good as expected, it was the service from their assistant manager Jasmine that was surprising. It was suppose to be ready at a certain time and I had my son pick it up. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called to check on my order. When I spoke to Jasmine she was very rude. She refused to take my message to speak to the manager at the store and told me to call back when he is at the store. The manager at this location is always pleasant even on busy days. This is a 1 star simply for this wingstop not following the same policies as the others I have ordered from. Miss living in Irvine and next time I will order when I am by the Cypress location down the street from my office. I have ordered a lot of wings some of which dry out quickly or have been dry on pickup. What I mean by that is both the chicken being dry and simply not having enough sauce. I want my wings coated not this nonsense of nothing on my fingers. I have always ordered from wingstop wet with the sauce on the side incase they don't put enough at no charge. Well this location says we can't do that. Funny thing out of the 10 or so wingstops I have been to this is the only one to say that. They said they would have to charge me for each sauce. Wings as a whole were meh. Overcooked to where some were dry & some shouldn't even count as a boneless they were tiny. Like why would you not trash that or give that to the employees.
