Their flavors i love are parmesean garlic and lemon pepper (boned-in). Boneless is pretty good but i prefer the boned in ones. I tried some other flavors but wasn't really too much of a fan. Definitely avoid hawaiian. The service is just what people say. A hit and miss. Sometimes they are awesome and sometimes they give u attitude. For some odd reason, Wingstop in Socal are better than the ones up in Norcal. This wingstop is probably one of the best wingstop joints I have been to. Haven't come to Wing Stop for years until recently! Decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a break since I've been going there so much and have become bored with their flavors. Wing Stop ALMOST had me changing sides. Their new louisiana rub is amaaaazing! And the garlic parmesan is as good as I remember years ago! The wings can be a bit oily, but what else do you expect from chicken wings ?? I just don't like my wings drowning in oily garlic sauce (for the parmesan garlic) because they become soggy, so make sure you mention no sauce on the bottom! I was almost convinced that Wing Stop had made a remarkable comeback when my friend and I spot a COCKROACH! We were utterly disgusted! We showed one of the workers and all she did was kill it and throw it away. You could at least apologize to your customers after such a bad experience. This is the nearest Wingstop to my job so I place my order online then go pick it up. I've never had to wait for my order when I get there but the parking does sort of suck since I go in the lunch rush and the Parking spaces are small and the bigger cars like to take up 2 spaces, but that's a different story. I've personally haven't had an issue with this particular Wingstop. Honestly, their boneless garlic Parmesan wings are the BEST around. My co-workers agree. They go to other Wingstops and it is just not the same. This Wingstop does not skimp you on the sauce or cheese. Mouth watering spicy wings :) I got a combo which comes in a basket with 10 wings, fries and a soda. You can add more wings if you like. The wings had the right amount of spiciness and flavor! Came in the other night for the first time ever. I was not satisfied at all. The employees at the front did not even acknowledge our presence or even let us know they'll be right with us. Totally ignored! Next, I saw them just place callers on hold for a long time. I overheard the phone conversation with the manager apologizing for an incorrect order, not good. Wings were way too salty and heavily seasoned. We ordered the 40 piece meal. It filled all four of us up right away. We tried the atomic, Cajun, honey BBQ, and mango habanero. The best one had to be the bbq. The fries were pretty good so that was a plus. We requested half ranch, half bleu cheese. I should have just stuck to the ranch, but the bleu cheese was decent. All in all, we agreed that it would be pretty rare for us to come back. I've been consistently having issues with ordering online from this location. They seem to not start on the order until I arrive to pick it up. I placed an order online around 8 PM, the pick up time was 8:22 PM and I arrived around 8:30. The cashier said the order was almost ready but I didn't get my food in hand until 9 PM. Even more annoying was that after half an hour of sitting right in front of the cashier while I was waiting, I got up to ask how much longer and he acted a little surprised and handed me my food, so who knows how long the order had been ready. The customer service is typically not an issue, but we didn't get any kind of acknowledgement or apology for the wait. My family really enjoys Wingstop's food but I can't say I'll be back anytime soon. If you're going to order online, maybe try calling before you leave to ask if your order is ready for pick up. read more

Came in on an empty Sunday 830 night for some good wings! Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with tables full of trash and unclean mess made by previous customers. Ice tea machine was out of unsweetened and sweet tea. "I'll check on it" responded the guy. Waited. Checked again, a female worker says, "Okay, I'll tell him". 15 minutes later, the first guy puts a sign on tea machine that reads, "out of order." No one followed up with us. Might I remind you there were three workers working during our less-than-good eating experience. It also took them 30 minutes to clear all the trashed tables. I guess Wingstop no longer do the 35pc family meal. Really?! 30pc family meal instead and made it a dollar cheaper?!? By the way, please count your wings before eating because they miscounted our wings! I know it was only 2 but you can't sell 28pc and call it a 30pc family meal. Ugh! I called asked for sauce, and the girl said it would be $1.07. I said great. She said she could not add it to my order, and I would have to put in another doorDash order. My husband and I always feel really lazy and bloated after we eat here yet we can't stop...We are a fan of the garlic parmesan, lemon pepper and Lousiana rub wings. When this restaurant barely opened it was great but they closed it down and when it reopened it was never the same. The service has gone down considerably. It's a dream come true. A Wingstop in my own backyard. I found out about this place when I used to work in Lake Forest and I immediately started looking for one in my area. The closest one to my house is in Rancho Cucamonga. That's still a good 20-30 minute drive from where I live. Now, I can get my fix down the street. They have a good variety of flavors for the wings. Usually, I just order the garlic parmesan or the lemon pepper. They have a ton of sides to choose from but I don't usually order any. My order of 20 wings and a side of ranch cost me just a little over $13. I can see this being a weekly thing, being so convenient and all. A Brea location wouldn't hurt either ;) read more

For a nationwide chain, this place is a success. I don't know if this particular location does this, but you can go to their website and order online and just drive over to pick it up. Their wings follow the rules, and you won't find any soggy, breaded pieces of nonsense here. The Original sauce has a good amount of heat, but it never stops being flavorful. Some of the various other flavors use flavor powders, which are good, but be prepared for the uneven distribution to give you an occasional kick in the mouth. Their fries divide my friends. I love them, with the salt and pepper and sugar. Others may find it too alien. I think they're great to balance out any spiciness. The table layout isn't ideal so large parties will go wanting, but otherwise good. read more

Everyone hyped this place up when it was opening last year. There's really nothing special about it, except for the different flavors. I think the wings are pretty small, but your bill gets pretty big. They taste good, the fries compliment the meal. It's the only other place in Chino Hills that open later than 10pm, than Denny's.
