I can't help but laugh when I read some of the reviews for wings stop. "My table was sticky" "wings took over 20 minutes when they were busy!" It's like going into a dive bar and expecting a clean glass or silverware. Wing stop is casual fast food! Take it home to eat if the tables are sticky. Why would you want to eat there anyways? I have to admit their wings do take longer than average fast food places. But if you watch the staff instead of being on your phone while waiting for food, you'll see that the wings are dropped in raw to order. Wings on average take about 8 minutes to be fully cooked. Keep in mind that when you order there are usually a few orders in front of you. So by the time the cooks read your order and drop your wings, another 2 mins has gone by. (10 minutes totally now if you're not good with math). Then the cooks need to reread your ticket, toss and prepared the wings in the flavors you desire, another 2-4 minutes depending on the size of your order. Now they need to box your order or plate it, 2 mins. Then the cashier needs to sort the order and call out names and get your dipping sauces, 2-4 mins. Now that's a total time of 16-20 minute total time. On a busy day, feel free to add an additional 5-10 minutes. Do the math. Their times are reasonable when you observe and look around what's going on with the staff that is preparing your food. I'm am sooo upset with the service of this place! Long story short I placed my order online for pick up. Upon arrival I notice 2 of 3 employees not wearing their face mask correctly. The 2 employees that had the mask ONLY covering part of their mouth were the ones handling the food! The 1 employee wearing his mask correctly was the cashier. I asked for a extra side of wing sauce as the women named "Iran" came back with the sauce I politely mentioned to her that wearing the mask below her noise defeats the purpose of the mask as her hand was in our bag "placing" the wing sauce in the bag. My partner and I thought we noticed the sauce palmed in her hand as she walked away. We check our bag of food and notice the wing sauce was not in there. My partner walked back up to the cashier and Immediately with no words being exchanged the cashier handed my partner the wing sauce the was pretended to be placed in our bag and the women named "Iran" walked straight to the back of the kitchen to avoid us. I can't believe this women. I hope "Iran" is her real name because a manager needs to talk to her and review the video of what took place in their store. On a different note I want to give kudos to the cashier named Jesus. Not only did he have his face mask on correctly but he was hustling to get everyone's order on a timely matter. I came in with my girlfriend to order, but we were still deciding on what we wanted. When my girlfriend and I were still talking amongst each other to decide what we wanted, the cashier named (Shanice) began rolling her eyes at us and had a body language as if we were annoying her & that we were wasting her time when it was not even busy during that time of the day. In fact, there was no one even in line behind us. Eventually, we had enough of her rude looks at us and decided to order. When we started to order, Shanice began to interrupt us with the usual procedure questions that they ask in spite of their service, but in a really rude tone as if we annoyed her with something. After I gave Shanice my payment it was like as if she was mad and forcibly hit the card with the receipt on the counter to let me sign it. We never did anything to Shanice to make her feel like that & it made us feel really uncomfortable... I really felt like I needed to talk to a manager/supervisor, so I asked the other employee nicely (Jasmine), if I could talk to a supervisor. I explained to Jasmine what happened, and her response was very sincere with an apology, which helped the experience of the service to become much better! She and another employee that was working at the time, extended their apology by giving us extra wings on top of our order. While we were eating, we saw a gentleman walk in that looked like the supervisor/manager. I felt like explaining to him about our service, so right when he was leaving, I caught him right before he was going inside his car and explained to him what happened. I asked him if he was the manager or supervisor, but he responded with a no, which confused me for a bit. But further explained that he is the district manager. This gentleman was very understanding after explaining what happened and said that he would take the complaint in and go on from there. All in all, I've never had this bad of a service by any employee in this location throughout my whole life of living in Chino Hills. It's a really bad reputation that this branch has to go through with an employee like this. However, thanks to Jasmine and the other employee it made the experience of the service much better!
