I Placed an online order at this location(against my better judgement) and when it was delivered multiple wing orders that I had ordered were missing. I called the store, which took over 15 minutes for someone to answer. When they did answer, the employee was rude and said there's nothing they can do and hung up. Buyer beware, the employees at this location are probably stealing your food if you order delivery, but I can't say I'm surprised. This location needs to be shutdown permanently. read more

Food was absolutely terrible. I got all the way home only to realize It didn't have any sauce at all on my mild wings. They're on the left side of the photo, and the only reason you can tell the difference between the latto wings is because of the herbs. The Wingstop on 119th by I-57 is only the place to go if its the only place open. I have tried to make it work, but I can't do it anymore. The wings are always fried hard which makes the meal dry if you can bite into it, they give you a small amount of BBQ sauce and seasons like lemon pepper or garlic pepper. I was here a couple of weeks ago. Me and my lady called ahead to see if they were still open. The last said until 11. So we went, for there about 10:11 and it looked closed, but someone was inside. I say whatever, they gotta look out for who looks out for them. Then she told my lady they were out of blue cheese. So after being there for 40+ minutes the order came up with 2 orders of fries. I let her know i ordered slaw, she gave it to me. I got to the car ave tested one of the wings and it was cold. I went back in and told the lady. She said it'll be 11 more minutes for more wings. So i asked for the manager. Of course she said she was in charge. So i asked her, " if it only takes 11 minutes to cook the wings, why did i wait 40 minutes?"
