I got a large cheese burger, onion rings and a cookies and cream shake. For the meal I added a shake for $4. So my meal was about $20. I went through the drive thru and my customer service was stellar!!! My cheeseburger was massive and seasoned well! Happy that they don't add ketchup cause I hate it!!! My onion rings were fried with a light batter, lightly salted and just delightfully delicious! My shake was made with real ice cream. I really enjoyed Fat Burger!!!! Everything was hot and fresh made with quality ingredients! Very reminiscent of Top Notch but with a drive thru! I highly recommend!!!!!

Every few months at least since they opened. And every time the food is always great. But also every time we go, the wait to get your order placed and actually receive your food seems to get worse. That's the big head scratch. The food is already made. Literally, the ribs, brisket, pork, potato salad, cornbread, greens etc. all are premade. There is no reason for a wait like you'll experience. It should be as simple as most, if not all the other bbq joints around. You place the order, you pay, someone plates it, you get it and sit down to eat. Where does a 30+ minute wait come from Sanders? If this is a marketing ploy like Garrett's Popcorn lines, it doesn't work. Thats the only complaint. Nothing about the food is bad. Nothing about the location is bad. Nothing about the owners and staff attitude is bad. Just the dang wait. Sanders, please correct this. Please. Or, give us a reason for a crazy long wait. We can't see any reason while there other than no one is plating as you order. Again, your food is already made, in the tubs, cabinets and warmers. This should be lightning quick. We hungry!

Honestly I could have probably left fully satisfied just with the cornbread. It's a big enough slice to share with a friend or eat indulgently alone. My friend shared the brisket nachos, it's a pretty large plate, plenty for 2 people honestly. There's something delightfully smoky about the chips alone but the sauces and meat really make it worth the $20. I also ordered the brisket sandwich and elote but haven't had the room to eat it yet. Yay leftovers! Took a bite of the elote and it's alright but a little too spicy for me. I always love BBQ but hate the price. But I get it. With the price of meat when you get it, if you get it... Plus the price of the labor no one thinks about that goes into it. It's worth the money tbh. I'd come back!
