Not happy about first time trying wingstop in canal, as you can see the bag leaked wing sauce all over my shirt and bra, they are completely ruined. The wings are bland, almost tasted parcooked, not crisp at all. The fries are pretty greasy, had to put them in the air fryer. Asked for light parmesan, got regular on the fries, asked for blue cheese, got ranch. Had to double check my receipt, asked me if I wanted a drink, said no, got charged for one anyway. IF I go back I'll be sure to take a plastic bag to carry my order in. read more

Second time here, different locations. Not the best, but edible. In my opinion, too much salt is used... food be piping hot, so that's plus! Couldn't barely taste the spicy in the "Louisiana rub" because the saltiness took over. read more

They are crazy unprofessional here. I bring in a valid coupon that they would not honor. I asked for my money back and they refused. They gave me a survey number to call instead. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I order some wings simple order light sauce. I get there to check my wings it heavy sauce. I ask for a credit or some type of compensation I'm told no they can't do that without their managers approval. I shouldn't have to pay for their mess up. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE POSSIBLE. I am sick to death of being treated like garbage by black employees at predominately black businesses. I am not exaggerating when I tell you it's all the time and sometimes downright dispicabal. Yes I am white, yes I'm very masculine and as of late I wear a Camo hat in the city but y'all need to stop profiling based on looks and assumptions because I'm here to tell you I voted for Mr. Obama not once but twice, I treat (when allowed) my black brothers and sisters with the exact respect I do anyone else on this planet. Im cordial and pleasant. I drive DoorDash on occasion and I've been in this location probably 4 times and there is a taller guy with a rather sassy attitude (I'm gay so I will say he's sassy) (drag queen material). Which is wonderful but hun leave your damn attitude at the club! Stood IN FRONT of him for over five mins as he helped all of the other customers, answered the phone, spoke to other staff and repeatedly walked away from me without ever saying a single word and I finally spun around and said fuck this bullshit and I slammed the door open and left. Im sorry but it's racism and I just wish it could stop on all fronts. Im originally from the south side of Chicago so I only see one thing and that is we are humans and we have got to embrace our differences and stop letting it devide us. I'd really like to know what about me tends to get this response from a lot of that community. I always had black people in my life and always considered them some of the closest people to me. I have three biracial nephews and sadly their mother my sister passed away last year but she really loved the black community and taught me a lot and I can't wait to go to the Bahamas and see them this fall. First time I went with the 5 free wings coupon to try them out when they first opened. Got different flavors. Went home and realized they didn't have my 5 free wings! :( They were so busy being new to the area. The line was to the door when I went in (2 rows). They called out my name that my order was ready (I called it in thankfully), so didn't wait in line long. Tried them again last night 4/2/16. I seen on their web site I could order online, so that's what I did. Unfortunately I couldn't use the coupon online (5 free wings again), because you have to pay with your credit card. It expires 5/1/16, so I will use that next time. Went in and one guy ahead of me was waiting for his order. It was around 5:30 PM on a Saturday. Got the "hot", and they are just right for me. Little spicy but not too hot. Smelled hot, but they had just a tinge of hotness. I like them. Will order from again! read more

Wings were dry and cold like they had just been sitting out awhile even though I came to pick them up when I was told they would be ready. Some wings came out of the container and I had to microwave my food. Will go to Roosters next time. read more

The level of customer service over the phone is Horrible I've attempted to place an order on two separate occasions and the ghetto mannerisms that where used during the call where uncalled for! Ok Wingstop, I'm pulling for you, but you have to get rid of the ghetto-y ambiance. I understand the location hires its locals and you must have chosen the cream of the crop. Please please please educate your employees on etiquette, because it is insulting to the intelligence. Aside from feeling like I am working with someone who just rolled out of bed and hasn't had their first cup of coffee, I must say the food is worth the hassle. It's very tasty. Hopefully the establishment will work on their customer service skills, because I am not impressed by their quality employees. We order wings from here atleast once a week. The dry rubs are our favorite! Smoke 9 and Louisiana rub never disappoint.
