Nothing but the best from this location the manager is amazing at making problems right, And the employees are very welcoming and respectful especially Jesse and Brandon they know I'm a regular and always fit my needs with the most delicious wings and ranch. Amazing restaurant with the best employees and clean location. read more

I would give zero if I could. I got a coupon for BOGO 10 wings for use online or in store. Tried to use it online for delivery and the code did not work, so we called. The guy asked my name. I told him. He said "ok, I will make sure you get the deal when your order goes through the system". Guess what, he lied. I did not get the deal and I paid full price. I won't be going back! read more

This place sucks. Asked for side of ranch. Guy tells me online only. And refuses to give me a ranch. Claiming he'll get in trouble. BS service and shitty smell in the whole establishment. I was in and out and not in a good way. read more

This review is for the Camarillo store: 1) Nobody ever answers the phone. They give you an excuse that they can't hear it as it's in the back of the store. Then move the phone so you hear it and pick it up duh, common sense. Why does the owner allow this to continue? 2) When phone finally was answered, I asked about catering for a large party. The kid didn't understand what catering was. Why does the owner allow this? 3) When actually going into the store and ordering two small meals, it took 15 min. with no other guests waiting. Why does the owner allow this? I wonder if writing to Wing Stop Corporate would improve anything? Imagine what a great business this could be and the potential it has with a competent owner, who makes change and listens. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but I can't so it gets a 1. I don't know how you mess up the sauce, but they did. We ordered RANCH but guess what we didn't get RANCH. We got cheese sauce. I know it wasn't a miss click because I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEY HAD CHEESE SAUCE, but oh.. hold your horses because If you thought it couldn't get worse, it did. We're missing 5 WINGS. The service? Horrible. I've called 4 times and guess what NO RESPONSE. If you look at the picture, what does that look like??? NOT RANCH!!! read more

Wingstop - NOT RANCH. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Camarillo, California

Great experience at Wingstop! The staff was friendly, my order was accurate, and the food was hot and delicious. Definitely a spot I'd visit again -- highly recommend read more

The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was better than expected. The breading was a bit on the salty side, but it was tasty and wasn't too thick. The chicken itself wasn't overcooked. The bun was lightly buttered and toasted. A regular soda was $3.59, which is abusive IMO. I can buy wine at Trader Joe for less than that. The dining room was clean, but it's a ghost town. The food didn't arrive particularly quickly. My guess is that the bulk of their business is from online orders. All that to say I'd have it again, but I'm in no rush to come back. read more

Just came on to write a review , no surprise less than 3 stars!! First the customer service here Is ridiculous - just get robots at this point!!!! Absolutely rude (says Brandon was my host on the receipt) I did ask and never got a response Also wingstop- why have the option to call and place my order for pick up if you are going to make me wait 20 min from when I go there to get my food? Just take my payment over the phone! I would have done it on line but not safe when driving - Also, if you have to pay the new wages fine but at least make sure the employees you hire are worth the $$$$ I foresee y'all going out of business soon in this location read more

Horrible, just got my order I waited for 45 minutes to get here wrong order on top of that ranch all over the bag which I didn't order any ranch and the tray was covered in it to and the worst part food was cold as if they placed it in the fridge until it was picked up ice cold fries which I didn't order and ice cold wings that wasn't even the order I placed ,worst experience from this location and their delivery service which was DoorDash never ordering from this franchise again, all zeros across the board. Oh and if you call the number says they are closed yet the delivery guy just replied he's still picking orders up from the location. Stole my money and gave me nothing I had ordered read more

Well that's my first and last time ever trying Wingstop. What a trashy group of employees they have working at this location. Telling each other loudly to "F*** off" while the full lobby of people all just stare at each other awkwardly and uncomfortably. Some employee with red hair bumped into me while at the drink station and didn't apologize, just kept walking. I waited an extra 20 minutes in the lobby for my mobile order just to get a mediocre chicken sandwich and cold, unseasoned French fries. This experience just reminded me that I have food at home lol read more

The Cajun corn was very underseasoned and the wings here are also usually don't have enough sauce, it doesn't seem like much care goes into the food prep. read more

Wingstop - Undersauced and depressing - Chicken Wings Near Me - Camarillo, California

Wingstop is honestly the biggest value dinner on Mondays and Tuesday's when they have the 60 cent boneless wing promotion. You get up to 15 wings with two flavors for only 9 dollars! The mango habanero and spicy Korean Q are my favorite flavors, they also go really well with a side of rice if you don't want to eat fries and have rice on hand. Today the wings weren't as saucy as I would have liked, but overall, the food was good as usual. I would only recommend this place to eat on the Monday and Tuesday promotion and would say to not eat here too often as it is sodium heavy and quite imbalanced nutrition-wise. read more

20 bucks including tax for 8 boneless wings (chicken nuggets with some sauce) makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

I hate that the Wingstop in Camarillo seems to be the only one that can't get right. This is the last time I order anything for delivery for this location. EVERY TIME something is missing. I spent 100$ for a family dinner and when my food arrived they gave me ZERO ranch. Something has been missing every time. It's a joke. Never again. read more

We ordered Wingstop (delivery) last night for dinner. We had company over. We were a bit nervous as before when we have ordered our order has been messed up. But, last night our wings were piping hot when it got here, the delivery was on time. We got all of them the correct flavors with a decent amount of rub and sauce on them. Ranch was spectacular as always. They also upgraded thier boxes from styrofoam to plastic. I prefer the plastic bc they are more sturdy! In the past when we have ordered and they messed up our order; they always made it right either by giving us a free fry or discount. They have an amazing military discount when you pick up and pay in the store. Overall, we love this wing stop, and even though we have had issues in the past with mistakes they always make it right. I've read almost every review you people put here and it seems the majority are either way too entitled to accept that mistakes happen in the food industry, or you don't understand that if you treat employees like they're incompetent or "lacking", they won't be willing to respect you because you aren't deserving of it. This location is turbulent at times, yes. It's overpriced if you aren't getting the meal deal, the management puts cheaper and cheaper materials in the store for the employees to work it, the manufacturer of the chicken changes every other month, and it closes earlier than every other wingstop. But, but but but, i do love this store. For 2 years I've eaten from here, and even worked here, and the location has a heart, and in the plaza, we loved what we did. Wingstop is a raunchy, vibey store, not a restaurant. Dashers yell over filling up their own cups for christ sake, we couldn't really be right. Improvising was the name of the game and we did our best with what we had. I tried much harder at my job before I encountered the amount of rude, impatient, and entitled customers that i have, and if you use yelp to get your two-sense on where you eat, you just can't formulate your own opinions. Ambiance. read more

I ordered some a meal with 8 suggest, fries and a drink for my granddaughter and it had been over 15 mins. I went up and asked about her food. The man behind the counter said, oh I should have told you it was going to be 18-21 mins. That would have been nice to know. I ordered a soda after placing my initial order, because of the long wait. It was $4.28. I gave him a twenty dollar bill and then gave him 28 cents. He was so confused, he said he was nervous. I told him my change was $16. He had to get his phone out and use the calculator. Even after he used his phone to figure out my change he was still worried. I told him he could just give me the 28 cents back and give me the change on the register, he got more nervous. It was really sad. I felt bad for the man. Our fry's were cold and the chicken was okay. I thought it was very expensive. It was twenty dollars for one meal. We could have gone to a real restaurant and had a proper meal. For the price we shouldn't have been given cold fry's. read more

I paid for items that I never received. I ordered wings and drinks for my family online. Upon arriving, the soda machine was not working. I asked staff if there was other options for drinks and was brushed off. Drinks are already quite pricey, so I feel scammed. read more

I dont understand why it is so hard for the employees to fill up drinks in delivery orders- it's literally your customer. I get paid no matter what for picking up the order and dropping it off but your reputation and quality is all you have to create business and repeat customers. You are the only business out of 100's that don't actually fulfill your customers orders. I don't know if the employees think it's funny or 'cute' to not fill up drink cups and then tell drivers they need to but it just says a lot about YOU and YOUR employees and YOUR business. Filling a drink is one of the easiest tasks a human can complete and your employees can't do it . It's laughable. read more

I went here with my friend and was disappointed. I will preface by saying that we cancelled our order and were fully refunded. Wingstop - the front of the store - Chicken Wings Near Me - Camarillo, California

Sloooooow and disrespectful employees. Clueless and cowardly manager. Wingstop should pull this franchise. Multiple customers waiting for food, manager in kitchen on his phone, and one other employee in kitchen. After 25 minutes of waiting and another customer complaining that they'd been waiting over 35 min, I went to the register and asked for a refund as I was out of time and had to leave. The manager was now at the drink machine getting a drink, looked up at me, then walked past me and out the door! The rude girl at the register proceeded to tell me that she would write down that I wanted a refund, but couldn't process it, and couldn't give me a receipt for my order. I asked for the manager and she told me "you have to wait for him to come back, maybe an hour, maybe not". I told her to call him and process my refund "that's not how it works here". She then went back to the kitchen where she and a young cook were looking at me, speaking to each other, and laughing. After 5 minutes of being ignored at the counter, another customer spoke up in my defense, and another employee came and opened the register and gave me a refund. They then told the next group that walked in the door that it would be an hour wait for food. At this point I'd wasted 40 minutes and was empty handed (and empty stomached). The community doesn't need businesses like these. read more

Recently visited this wingstop after being hung up on about 15 times from this location after trying to order online. The workers at this location had horrible attitudes, being on the phone aswell as talking under their breath about the appearance of me and my friends, who are both east asian. If you want wingstop, please go to a different location as this location is heavily biased. I want to eat food without being prejudiced about how i look. read more

They never answer the phone. To place an order ...crazy...online isn't working and they can't take an order

I'm not sure who to blame for this and neither is the guy I called to complain to. The order of 5 pieces of corn is maybe 1/4 cob total. The employee I spoke with blamed it on the kitchen but he packs the orders. He offered me a refund which I approximate but this takes time out of my day to have to go back in when they could have just done it right the first time. read more

Wingstop - This is their serving of Cajun Fried Corn. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Camarillo, California

Avoid like the plague! My husband and I have been sick for 6 days from food poisoning from their wings we ordered on Monday. Their sauces are great, but they might have disguised the red flags if the chicken wasn't good. It could even be salmonella based on our symptoms. Not worth the pain. We will be going to the Oxnard location moving forward if we even have the stomach for Wingstop ever again. RUN AWAY. Excuse me while I go grab some soda water . read more

So there was a pick up snafu where someone else picked up our order on accident. The cashier had asked him if the order was for him and the guy said yes. They handled it properly by redoing our order right away and had it to us within another 15 mins. Kudos to the young lady at the register and the young man that was supervising! And she gave us extra ranch which usually they charge for but since our order took twice as long she knew not to. Thanks! We'll be back! Saturday night 7pmish 6/3/23 read more

This location is in serious need of new management or something. I love wingstop but this specific store is so inconsistent and never provides the same quality twice. Either their wings are too salty or way under seasoned. I ordered well done fries and i received them soggy. I also ordered the new lemon garlic wings and got wings with zero seasoning on it. So upsetting. Always check your food there before you take it home. They never answer the phone either. read more

WORST BRANCH EVER. i'm never the type to leave a bad review, but every time i come to this location, the customer service is always bad. NO greetings or anything when I come in. Wings from here only seem worth it to me if you are able to get the 60 cent wing special on Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise, they aren't anything special, just freezer chicken.
