This review is for the Camarillo store: 1) Nobody ever answers the phone. They give you an excuse that they can't hear it as it's in the back of the store. Then move the phone so you hear it and pick it up duh, common sense. Why does the owner allow this to continue? 2) When phone finally was answered, I asked about catering for a large party. The kid didn't understand what catering was. Why does the owner allow this? 3) When actually going into the store and ordering two small meals, it took 15 min. with no other guests waiting. The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was better than expected. The breading was a bit on the salty side, but it was tasty and wasn't too thick. The chicken itself wasn't overcooked. The bun was lightly buttered and toasted. A regular soda was $3.59, which is abusive IMO. I can buy wine at Trader Joe for less than that. The dining room was clean, but it's a ghost town. The food didn't arrive particularly quickly. My guess is that the bulk of their business is from online orders. All that to say I'd have it again, but I'm in no rush to come back. read more

I was greeted by Sam, he was very nice!! Big smiles and hospitable .I had the drumsticks, bone in. I picked half the Honey Smokey BBQ and the Garlic Parmesan. They were cooked perfectly, and tasted really flavorful !! The ranch dip is amazing and I dipped my fries in it as well as the chicken. Fries were great toooo !!! They had great soda as well. Telling each other loudly to "F*** off" while the full lobby of people all just stare at each other awkwardly and uncomfortably. Wingstop is honestly the biggest value dinner on Mondays and Tuesday's when they have the 60 cent boneless wing promotion. You get up to 15 wings with two flavors for only 9 dollars! The mango habanero and spicy Korean Q are my favorite flavors, they also go really well with a side of rice if you don't want to eat fries and have rice on hand. Today the wings weren't as saucy as I would have liked, but overall, the food was good as usual. I would only recommend this place to eat on the Monday and Tuesday promotion and would say to not eat here too often as it is sodium heavy and quite imbalanced nutrition-wise. read more

I ordered some a meal with 8 suggest, fries and a drink for my granddaughter and it had been over 15 mins. I went up and asked about her food. The man behind the counter said, oh I should have told you it was going to be 18-21 mins. That would have been nice to know. I ordered a soda after placing my initial order, because of the long wait. It was $4.28. I gave him a twenty dollar bill and then gave him 28 cents. He was so confused, he said he was nervous. I told him my change was $16. He had to get his phone out and use the calculator. Even after he used his phone to figure out my change he was still worried. I told him he could just give me the 28 cents back and give me the change on the register, he got more nervous. I dont understand why it is so hard for the employees to fill up drinks in delivery orders- it's literally your customer. I get paid no matter what for picking up the order and dropping it off but your reputation and quality is all you have to create business and repeat customers. I don't know if the employees think it's funny or 'cute' to not fill up drink cups and then tell drivers they need to but it just says a lot about YOU and YOUR employees and YOUR business. Multiple customers waiting for food, manager in kitchen on his phone, and one other employee in kitchen. After 25 minutes of waiting and another customer complaining that they'd been waiting over 35 min, I went to the register and asked for a refund as I was out of time and had to leave. The manager was now at the drink machine getting a drink, looked up at me, then walked past me and out the door! The rude girl at the register proceeded to tell me that she would write down that I wanted a refund, but couldn't process it, and couldn't give me a receipt for my order. I asked for the manager and she told me "you have to wait for him to come back, maybe an hour, maybe not". I told her to call him and process my refund "that's not how it works here". She then went back to the kitchen where she and a young cook were looking at me, speaking to each other, and laughing. After 5 minutes of being ignored at the counter, another customer spoke up in my defense, and another employee came and opened the register and gave me a refund. They then told the next group that walked in the door that it would be an hour wait for food. At this point I'd wasted 40 minutes and was empty handed (and empty stomached).
