The few times I've been here the service was fast and the food has been out of this world! Huge portions with lots of flavor! I've asked for extra seasoning on my fries every time and each time they definitely deliver. so i ordered some buffalo ranch fries, they were good, but they didn't add the ranch, so i got up and went to the register to ask them if i could get some ranch on the fries or a side of ranch. Very difficult in placing the order - after being told to wait for out order 18 minutes, staff said they would bring curbside. After 25 minutes, went inside and our order was sitting ready to go. Fries were soggy we asked them to give us new. Each person blamed others or other tasks. No one seemed to know who was to do what. Easily the worst food I've ever had in my entire life. Not just the worst wings, the worst thing that is legally considered "food." I've had gas station wings that were better than these. I got 2 flavors. One was the spicy sweet ones, the other were the jerk flavored ones. The manager claimed that the spicy one couldn't have been bad because the sauce came from a bottle. Mmmmm, okay. The jerk flavored ones tasted like they had been fried then tossed in salt. Maybe a hint of pepper in there? I'm not sure, tasted like salty floor spice. As a food manager myself, this place is a MESS. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. Safe temp too (I tested it), but I tried to place an order over the phone for 30 minutes and actually placed my order in person AFTER driving there (still on hold) and received my order before an employee even acknowledged the "line waiting" on the phone. Promote employee efficiency! Tell that girl at the register to quit flirting with customers and turn those tickets! Idc if a 17 year old finds me attractive. My family wants your wings. Decent food but trying to save time by calling your order in is not only a joke but nearly impossible. The lady will ask you, "can I put you on hold?" After a few experiences with the events following this statement I believe I may have a word of wisdom for you: if ever you fall victim to these seemingly innocent words, seriously consider responding with an emphatic "NO."
