Mind blown.. the customer service is non existent. The crew continued to clean while myself and other patrons were in clear view near the register waiting to be greeted. Once the first gentleman finishes polishing the table he makes contact, I tell him my name and I had already placed an order online 20 min ago. He tells me 10 more minutes then proceeds to the back to wash dishes. I wait roughly 5 min and I see another crew member finish sweeping the floor then head to the computer screen, drop 6 wings in the fryer then proceed to greet me. I tell him im waiting on my order. He tells me 10 min the wings just went in the grease. How does this happen? How is this crew so oblivious to the task at hand? 45 min for 6 wings and French fries.. insane!! read more

Before I even got the food, I felt this place deserve zero stars. I waited for 30 minutes to get my order. The restaurant was very dirty and the person who took my order was rude. We ordered the 30 piece crew pack for takeout tonight. Comes with fries and veggie sticks. We did not receive our fries. We ordered 3 different flavors 10 of each flavor. (For the record, there was a woman that word cashier that was always sweet to me and my lady when we came there. Wherever she is I hope she's doing well and happy that she moved on from that work environment)!! My lady & I decided to order from here (keep in mind we left a tip on the mobile order and the cheese sauce is a dollar and some change), we decided to order voodoo fries but we wanted to get the cheese on the side, we didn't see it an option on the app so we selected no cheese thinking we can just ask for it on the side when picking it up. Upon arriving and making the request they are saying that we had to be charge for the side of cheese when our order of fries comes with cheese and we are explaining it to him why we are asking for it on the side. They will not let us leave with the G without paying. When writing a report to Wingstop's customer service we requested a name so I called the Wingstop location we had went to ask for the name of the person working the cashier the manager told me that he was the manager and I could continue my problem with him. As I'm explaining to him the problem he proceeded to interrupt me and yell at me the whole time not ever clearly explaining anything anything to me. Just telling me to "go ahead and call them go ahead and call them". I simply feel like I was wrongly charged for something that comes with my order instead of trying to be understanding about the issue they were just rude and obnoxious. Not to mention they hung the phone up on me and won't pick up my call again. The customer service here is appalling and after dealing with management it's clear why that is. My wife and I have ordered twice online and once in store since the store's grand opening. The service was great despite the store being very crowded, and the wings were excellent. The employees were friendly, and the place was spotless, and despite the store's location, getting in and out of the parking lot was very easy. To set the stage, this is a franchised wing place that seeks to emulate the familiar fast food model, complete with menu board and combo meals. Ordering proved difficult since I was only interested in wings alone which did not have a dedicated button on the register. Compound that with the fact that the cashier had a limited command of the English language, and the process became much more work than it needed to be. Choice of blue cheese or ranch dip nearly broke out into a game of charades...and they forgot to include it anyway. Also, other reviews are accurate about the conspicuous absence of gloves during food prep. After 15 minutes of watching others have the same difficulties, my order was finally ready...the food is only fast in concept. Two stars because the wings were actually pretty good. Total $hit show, they don't take orders over the phone, yet their online ordering system is hot garbage. I ordered 20 wings and paid with Apple Pay on my phone, was given a delivery time off about 30min... am how later, nothing. I decided to call... they don't have my order, although the person who answered, (in broken English) said they did, but didn't have an address before handing the phone to someone else... at that point she said they they didn't have my order, and, "when a manager has time, they'll refund me". I replied that I still want the order... No dice, they can't take out adjust orders over the phone? I reordered because I was honestly excited about this place, I haven't gotten the order yet; but I'll bet my bottom dollar this place will suffer the same results as many many others who have tried to have a business here... closed in 6 months to a year. I don't even have to try the food to take this bet, they're disorganized, the ordering process is a total mess and they're located in one of the worst spots I can think of. If the food arrives and is actually good, I'll consider editing this review, but I don't have high hopes. After reporting through their website, it redirected the order to the McKnight road store for pickup!! I called them, the employee said they had it there, asked if I wanted it sent to Bellevue, he insisted it was my fault then hung up on me after saying he'd send it to his district manager then told me they couldn't deliver.! Sticking to the facts. The team is not sanitary at this location. No gloves was used during the prepping OR making of my food. Kid worker (understandably childish at this age) has an attitude on making the wings.Not sure if it's purely unprofessional skills or apathy or both. Over 30 bucks wasted. Better than big shot Bob's by a fair margin. They could cook them to be a little crispier, but the flavors were fantastic.

Wings are over cooked most of the time. Even when you tell them. Very dry wings. Had no flavor. We tried it a few times and was disappointed every time. Will not be going back. read more

The food isn't bad. The problem is every time you go here they seemed surprised you are there to order food or have placed an order online. So you just stand around with all the other customers in the same experience. Not the place to see smiles. The bench to wait on is decent if you can get a seat but feels awkward for more than 1 person to sit on. Anyways, finally got my food while a very kind woman continues to have to wait even longer despite being there longer than anyone. Truthfully after several experiences here, I think people are truly going to get sick of the fact the service is always clown show awful and just stop going here. read more

I say maybe the 1st week it was okay. The blonde hair woman manager (Daytime) very rude & sassy!! Her aura gives I'm looking for confrontation soon as you interact w/her (by phone & in person). I watched the tall girl w/long thick black hair sweep the floor, go in the back touch her hat then start helping w/chicken. A guy asked why no gloves... the blond manager very sassy "we're not allowed to wear gloves, if you don't like it go somewhere else". She's so bad for business!!
