I'm not a frequent visitor of the chain chicken wing spot, but I was really thankful to the staff who helped me with a last-minute custom order based on what we needed for takeout. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and it took about 15-20 mins for the order to be completed. When I got home, everything matched what was ordered... all of the flavors for the boneless and the bone-in were correct which made it easier when it was time to put everything out for the family. I drove from Georgia to South Carolina.. about an hour for some wings.. I was so excited. I got my receipt at about 7:03pm, we didn't get our wings until 7:42pm. I was so upset, but didn't leave because of the drive. The staff was far too young and immature to even explain that there would be a wait. Loved this wingstop especially because they had beer! Except they didnt have a bottle opener. The staff was very friendly the food came out in decent timing but was fresh! When my order arrived there was no drink or the extra 5 piece i ordered was not in there. I called and they put me on the phone with a manager who was a complete joke of a person. This is a national chain so quality control is usually really stable. This location being no exception. I ordered the 8 piece wing combo with Louisiana Rub and Spicy BBQ flavors. I also got a yeast roll. The time it took was pretty good. I fear it would suffer if they were busy. The flavors were really good. However, the wings were dinky at best. There was hardly any meat on then at all. The owner has told me that this is a problem that the national chain is working on. I hope this it's true. They have a pretty good beer selection, though I had tea. Overall a pretty good wing joint if only the wings had some meat. read more

Every time I order online there is an issue about them receiving it, so this time I called ahead. I ran out and told her, she said she would go get it. (Up to this point I was very kind and very understanding of the demands delivery drivers are having to deal with) But, from here is where it gets worse... I called Wingstop to tell them that they forgot to put it in the bag and she forgot to check but that she was on her way back to get it. I waited about 10 mins (I live right down the road), I called the dasher to make sure she was there to tell her they were making it and will have it ready. SHE SAID OKAY, I AM PULLING IN NOW. Well, she lied. I called back Wingstop after 10 more mins asking if she had come to get it cause I hadn't heard from her and they said no, at this point because I had ordered at 7:00... original order to be delivered at 7:45... didnt get first incomplete order until 8:15... called to check on that final order that was supposed to be coming back to me at 8:30... I called back Wingstop after all this crap and the manager answered and said it was up there ready. He said "due to the carona virus, we are closing early..." he said 20 mins, mind you that would mean they would close at 8:45... I told him I would be up there in 5 mins and to please hold it... AS I AM ABOUT TO HANG UP AND SO WAS HE, HE SAID "ALL THIS OVER SOME DAMN SIDE" (DID HE THINK I WAS DEAF?!?!) NO. This is over money I PAID extra for a service, NOT THEM that I will never use again due to the unprofessional and rude people Door Dash and Wingstop in Beaufort choose to hire and I will make sure anyone I associate with will also be aware of the sorry place Wingstop is. When we got there the two employees were in the back talking to each other, saw us come in and said nothing, just stared at us. Finally they both came up to the counter. OMG was this place great. Both of the women working were polite, kind and tolerant of our large brood of small boys. The wings were fabulous and cooked to perfection. That Louisiana Rub was amazing. Rarely do we get a meal that everyone is satisfied with, usually at least one of our meals are done wrong. This place was so on point that I was compelled to write this review.
