WingStop on Sherwood has always been one of my favorite spots to go to. I always get their 10 piece Louisiana rub with extra seasoning and their fries and ranch. When I tell you this is the absolute worst wingstop please believe me. I placed an order Monday night. If this one wasn't so close to my house I'd drive all the way to Siegen.. Staff extremely ratchet. No organization and to busy having side conversations. Everytime I place an online order they say they don't have it when I come pick up my food until I show them the confirmation email and they go looking for it. I went to pick up my food this time they said hadnt received it yet so I waited. I walked back in after sitting in the car a few moments and asked if it was ready they said no. I placed a take out order over the phone last night with Jenna and ordered 10 classic wings, and also mentioned that I had a coupon for a free large seasoned fries. I actually tried to order online before calling, but their site stated that they weren't accepting online orders at the time being. Since I already saw the price online, I was wondering why the price given over the phone was more expensive. When I came inside to pay, Jenna mentioned that they were only accepting cash as their system was down. It was raining really hard and I had to run back out to my car and grab cash (luckily I had some on hand). It would have been more convenient if she had told me over the phone, but it is what it is. After paying, I noticed that I was charged for a combo meal, when I stated that I only wanted 10 wings with the free fries which I brought to her attention. I didn't want a refund, so I just asked for my drink and they gave me a 32 oz instead of the 20 oz that it normally comes with which was nice. I also noticed that none of the cooks were wearing masks and they were just fooling around instead of taking care of my order. I waited way too long for the cooks to just add the fries to my bag. I was supposed to receive 2 portions of fries (one included and the free one), but they only gave me one after Jenna and the manager repeatedly told them to make sure that they add the second fries to my bag. I was so over it since it was raining pretty hard and I already had so many issues with the experience, so I didn't bother going back in for the extra fries. When I got home and took the first sip of my drink (Vanilla Coke Zero), it wasn't even right! This was the icing on the cake for me. The Coke Zero was out, and I guess no one changed it in the machine so it just tasted like soda water with vanilla flavoring. This location needs a lot of work, or just new employees that are better trained and actually care about customer service. Never coming back. read more

I placed my order with instructions and for the items that wouldn't allow me to put instructions I called the restaurant. I spoke to a lady at the restaurant and I asked if they could make sure that my order was correct and that I didn't receive ANY ice in my order (since you can't request it on the app). The lady insured that my order would get delivered to be correctly, but it wasn't!!! I paid almost $30 for an order that was wrong and cold. Not to mention I don't stay far from this location so my food should've never been cold when I received it. I also, paid extra for a large drink only to get two medium cups filled with nothing but ice and a drizzle of drinks. Me and boyfriend stopped in to get food and immediately upon entry the cashier taking the orders was insanely rude. When my boyfriend tried to give his order, she continuously yelled hold on hold on! As if he hadn't only said one word. We both ordered combos and didn't get our drinks. On top of vulgar music playing so loud we could hear the ad libs in the song. Overall this place is terrible and it will be going on my DO NOT VISIT list! I tried this place on Florida Blvd and although not the greatest it was ok. Food and service. This location is filthy. The lobby area, the kitchen the equipment, everything. Two employees one in the back doing prep I guess and another one cooking and handing out orders while checking her phone often. Never saw either one wash their hands, clean up the area, nothing. We traveled to this wing stop because our local franchise is so dirty. Well, this place was a hot mess. No one greets you or smiles. We had to beg for someone to fill the ice (there was none) and no one seemed the least bit interested in doing it. We had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to grab us some cups. The food was fine, except my blue cheese was obviously watered down and I had to ask for some that wasn't our liquid. We won't be back. When I went to wash my hands, I walked into a hall full of standing water and nearly fell. As expected, the bathroom was dirty. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to whip things into shape. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I ordered online and it said pickup would be in 16-21 minutes. I showed up at the 20 minute mark, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The staff there barely acknowledged me, didn't communicate that it would be late, etc. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, the wings I ordered with dry rub parmesan garlic flavor were seasoned only with SPRINKLE PARMESEAN CHEESE! I was greeted when i walked and the lady ask me was i placing an order or picking up. I told her i was picking up. I told her the name and she say it wasn't yet. Okay cool, so i sat down to wait for it. I'm seeing all these people get their order before, so i finally got up to ask what's the hold up with my order.. the girl in back said it was coming up. The lady who greeting everyone when she walks thru the door is on her phone every second she gets. Still no communication say that "oh we are falling behind we're sorry" nothing!!! So finally an employee looked at me and asked me what was my order so i took my phone out and showed her. She took and picture of it and she oh we didn't get it and that she is going to go and tell them right now. Our visit here is the first one in a few years. We love wingstop and looked forward to enjoying the wings. The reality of change hit us like a mack truck! Wingstop normally prides itself on quick service. The service we received was far from quick. Per our receipt we ordered at 7:22pm and our food finally arrived at 8:00pm. The counter person mentioned the online orders being the culprit. However, we witnessed the table 2 persons behind us get their food before us. There is no rhyme or reason. Lastly, we've been here for over an hour and have yet to see a worker come by to bus tables or wipe anything down. Being a former quick service manager, this experience is a disappointing zero. Oh, let me not leave out that the music pumping through the speakers have explicit lyrics peppered in. This use to be one of my favorite wing places. Over past few years customer service has tremendously gone down. You may or may not be greeted when you walk in to order. The food is not consistent at all. I never have seasoning sprinkled on my wings evenly nor my fries. If I ask for extra then it's drenched in seasoning to where it's no longer palatable! Let me first say I was hesitant to go to this location due to the terrible reviews. I ordered online which was very user friendly and easy to use. My fiancé went to go and pick up our chicken and I instructed him to check the food before leaving the store. When he got home our order was correct and the food was HOT and cooked perfectly. I telephoned my order in...8 piece, well done/classic wings (1/2 lemon pepper, 1/2 original hot), and parmesan fries via phone. Service: The young lady taking my order: Though she was less than enthusiastic, she was quite helpful (patient) answering all of my questions. I picked up my order and was greeted upon entering, and I was pleased to know my order was ready on time. Food: The parmesan fries were sweet...that threw me off...parmesan sweet?! Gross. The wings texture and temperature were good: crisp and hot. The original hot wings were a tad bit salty for my taste and the lemon pepper wings were extremely salty!! I don't know if this is the fault of the person marinating/cooking the food or if that is how they are supposed to be seasoned but I do know I won't be returning. read more

Don't go here. Staff is absolutely terrible. Girl on the phone put me on hold for 15 minutes so I decided to drive there to place my order at the counter. There was nobody in the store and there was two girls at the register just hanging out on their phones. I was still on hold. This has happened several times in the three years I've been going there. The prices have gone up once again. If I had to guess, it's probably because they get terrible reviews and lose so many customers. I just left the restaurant and there was a family of four complaining to the cashier that their food has taken over 45 minutes to make. It seems every time I come there to pick up, there's usually very unhappy customers there. Not sure what the management staff is doing or if they even care. Food is great, though. Disgusting!! Never really had a bad experience here at Wing Stop but yesterday they really didn't put no respect on my order. I placed my order around 5:30pm to be a future pick up order for 7pm. Tell me why they went ahead and cooked my food at 5:30pm and bagged it before 5:50pm to be picked up at 7pm. I don't have to tell you that it was cold as frozen vegetables when I bit into it. The boneless chicken wings were fried hard, all batter no meat, and fries were cold and not seasoned. Food was so bad we had to go next door to a restaurant to grab dinner. By the time I got home the grease from all the food was DRIPPING out of the bag and has now stained the carpet in my car. Not to mention how long the smell will stay there because of it. They didn't bag it up properly so when I went to take it out of the already grease dripping bag the fries were everywhere and drenched in grease. I have been coming to this wing stop for four years now and while the food is almost always amazing the service is terrible. It's use to be amazing so I don't know if they had a change in management or it's just whoever is running the show at night. They ignore people, they are on their phones, and there complete lack of customer service is present from the moment you walk in the door, the the longest wait for your food to leaving.
