WingStop on Sherwood has always been one of my favorite spots to go to. I always get their 10 piece Louisiana rub with extra seasoning and their fries and ranch. Their food may have a wait sometimes, but it is always good. I love the workers because they are always nice. The ambiance of the restaurant is kinda quiet. They are usually playing music but I rarely see a lot of people eating in there. read more

When I tell you this is the absolute worst wingstop please believe me. I placed an order Monday night. If this one wasn't so close to my house I'd drive all the way to Siegen.. Staff extremely ratchet. No organization and to busy having side conversations. Everytime I place an online order they say they don't have it when I come pick up my food until I show them the confirmation email and they go looking for it. I went to pick up my food this time they said hadnt received it yet so I waited. I walked back in after sitting in the car a few moments and asked if it was ready they said no. I sat on the bench and waited only for her to look on the rack and see my food sitting there! I came early to avoid cold ass fries and still walked out with cold ass fries. I guess they also pick and choose who gets extra free ranch if your one of their friends. read more

HORRIBLE! chicken was raw. the service took 45 minutes to get 1 combo of wings. trash everywhere tables wet. weren't busy at all and still took 45 minutes! never going back! we also did not get all our food! they need zero stars. WE HAD A ROACH IN OUR FOOD!!!!!!!! read more

Y'all's customer service & cook time is TERRIBLE!!!!!! 2 hours to get wings cooked?? I created an order @7:30pm on a Friday night. It took over 2.5 hours to be ready. I was waiting on "fries" when I didn't even order fries. Then was offered a refund for taking so long? Ok? But that still doesn't fix the 2.5 hour wait for wings! I understand Friday nights are busy- but 2.5 hours for 15 wings seems RIDICULOUS. Do better wingstop. read more

They are ALWAYS backed up... you wait at least an hour for a 15 minute order every time.. I am DONE!! smh read more

Customer Service-Delivery drivers hate Wingstop (just check on Reddit.) I usually avoid them, too, but I took a chance. The girl working today was so friendly! She was joking around with a kid that was in there, she asked me what I needed right away, and she smiled the whoke time. I wish I had gotten her name, but this was at about 2:40 on Saturday, No Kings day. read more

I placed a take out order over the phone last night with Jenna and ordered 10 classic wings, and also mentioned that I had a coupon for a free large seasoned fries. I actually tried to order online before calling, but their site stated that they weren't accepting online orders at the time being. Since I already saw the price online, I was wondering why the price given over the phone was more expensive. When I came inside to pay, Jenna mentioned that they were only accepting cash as their system was down. It was raining really hard and I had to run back out to my car and grab cash (luckily I had some on hand). It would have been more convenient if she had told me over the phone, but it is what it is. After paying, I noticed that I was charged for a combo meal, when I stated that I only wanted 10 wings with the free fries which I brought to her attention. I didn't want a refund, so I just asked for my drink and they gave me a 32 oz instead of the 20 oz that it normally comes with which was nice. I also noticed that none of the cooks were wearing masks and they were just fooling around instead of taking care of my order. I waited way too long for the cooks to just add the fries to my bag. I was supposed to receive 2 portions of fries (one included and the free one), but they only gave me one after Jenna and the manager repeatedly told them to make sure that they add the second fries to my bag. I was so over it since it was raining pretty hard and I already had so many issues with the experience, so I didn't bother going back in for the extra fries. When I got home and took the first sip of my drink (Vanilla Coke Zero), it wasn't even right! This was the icing on the cake for me. The Coke Zero was out, and I guess no one changed it in the machine so it just tasted like soda water with vanilla flavoring. This location needs a lot of work, or just new employees that are better trained and actually care about customer service. Never coming back. read more

Wingstop - Receipt - Chicken Wings Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I ordered on the Wingstop delivery app because I wasn't able to pick it up like I normally do. I placed my order with instructions and for the items that wouldn't allow me to put instructions I called the restaurant. I spoke to a lady at the restaurant and I asked if they could make sure that my order was correct and that I didn't receive ANY ice in my order (since you can't request it on the app). The lady insured that my order would get delivered to be correctly, but it wasn't!!! I paid almost $30 for an order that was wrong and cold. Not to mention I don't stay far from this location so my food should've never been cold when I received it. I also, paid extra for a large drink only to get two medium cups filled with nothing but ice and a drizzle of drinks. Not only did I get two medium cups filled with ice, but I didn't receive the drink that I asked for. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!!! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

First time at this location. You should know they require mask before entering, something we wish would have been on the website when we placed our to go order. Luckily for my Husband I had something in the trunk. We ordered boneless wings (chicken nuggets) LOL sale today! 1 of the flavors was Hawaiian which we both found the be tasteless. But the rest of our flavors was on point! And I'm also wondering if we had a to go order and are required to wear a mask to pick it up they could have at least out a "mask" on our fries... they was just sitting on top of the wing boxes in the little basket they use for when you eat inside. No kid, no cover. Overall the wings were great, fries cold and soggy read more

First off I HAD to rate this place in order to leave a review but it honestly it deserve the one star! Me and boyfriend stopped in to get food and immediately upon entry the cashier taking the orders was insanely rude. When my boyfriend tried to give his order, she continuously yelled hold on hold on! As if he hadn't only said one word. We both ordered combos and didn't get our drinks. On top of vulgar music playing so loud we could hear the ad libs in the song. Overall this place is terrible and it will be going on my DO NOT VISIT list! Whoever runs the establishment seriously needs to hire better people cause they're losing business by the second. read more

If I could give a zero to this place I would. They didn't learn from a post wherein a cook somewhere in New York, I believe, was working with no shoes on. I tried this place on Florida Blvd and although not the greatest it was ok. Food and service. This location is filthy. The lobby area, the kitchen the equipment, everything. Two employees one in the back doing prep I guess and another one cooking and handing out orders while checking her phone often. Never saw either one wash their hands, clean up the area, nothing. I couldn't see myself eating from there so after waiting for a total of one hour I asked for a refund. Do yourself a favor, get chicken from Tripplet's or Brothers. Or a PBJ at the house. read more

Ok we all know the wings here are good.....but what ever happened to customer service. We just left the movies and was like let's pick up some wings before we head home. I called wing stop on Sherwood. An employee answered "wing stop on Sherwood can you hold for a second?" I was on hold for 4 min and 11 seconds. I hung up and called again. This time the staff answered , "hold a sec" I was in gold for about 1 min and no one came to the phone If it were up to me, I would not have ordered anything from here but my husband wanted wings and they are good but sometimes good food just isn't enough read more

We traveled to this wing stop because our local franchise is so dirty. Well, this place was a hot mess. No one greets you or smiles. We had to beg for someone to fill the ice (there was none) and no one seemed the least bit interested in doing it. We had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to grab us some cups. The food was fine, except my blue cheese was obviously watered down and I had to ask for some that wasn't our liquid. We won't be back. When I went to wash my hands, I walked into a hall full of standing water and nearly fell. As expected, the bathroom was dirty. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to whip things into shape. I'm sure the corporate owner would not approve. It's really too bad because the food is good. We were treated like an inconvenience. read more

absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever been in. Placed a pickup order on line at 2pm for pickup at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm and people were waiting outside for their orders. Finally got to the counter and was told that my order had not been started yet and wasn't sure if/when it would be ready. Zero concern........was told to just go online and cancel my order. Avoid this rat-trap at all costs............joint hadn't been cleaned in months. read more

Ordered on-line at 7:43. Stated order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. One hour later I get my order. Last time to eat from Wingstop. Customer service was poor. read more

This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I ordered online and it said pickup would be in 16-21 minutes. I showed up at the 20 minute mark, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The staff there barely acknowledged me, didn't communicate that it would be late, etc. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, the wings I ordered with dry rub parmesan garlic flavor were seasoned only with SPRINKLE PARMESEAN CHEESE! They were disgusting. Plus, they only gave 7 when it was an order of 8. Disappointing is an understatement. Don't bother wasting your time or money going here! read more

I placed my order at 5:50 pm, and it said it will be ready between 16-22 minutes, i got to this Wingstop at 6:16pm. I was greeted when i walked and the lady ask me was i placing an order or picking up. I told her i was picking up. I told her the name and she say it wasn't yet. Okay cool, so i sat down to wait for it. I'm seeing all these people get their order before, so i finally got up to ask what's the hold up with my order.. the girl in back said it was coming up. The lady who greeting everyone when she walks thru the door is on her phone every second she gets. Still no communication say that "oh we are falling behind we're sorry" nothing!!! So finally an employee looked at me and asked me what was my order so i took my phone out and showed her. She took and picture of it and she oh we didn't get it and that she is going to go and tell them right now. So you mean all this time no one really looked for my order and I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS WINGSTOP EVER AGAIN. The lady who was the greeter was no damn help and she just care about being on her phone. I see why they are trying to get rid of her. read more

Our visit here is the first one in a few years. We love wingstop and looked forward to enjoying the wings. The reality of change hit us like a mack truck! Wingstop normally prides itself on quick service. The service we received was far from quick. Per our receipt we ordered at 7:22pm and our food finally arrived at 8:00pm. The counter person mentioned the online orders being the culprit. However, we witnessed the table 2 persons behind us get their food before us. There is no rhyme or reason. Lastly, we've been here for over an hour and have yet to see a worker come by to bus tables or wipe anything down. Being a former quick service manager, this experience is a disappointing zero. Oh, let me not leave out that the music pumping through the speakers have explicit lyrics peppered in. I really felt sorry for the little girl that heard them and looked @ her mother in horror. *stepping out of here* read more

This use to be one of my favorite wing places. Over past few years customer service has tremendously gone down. You may or may not be greeted when you walk in to order. The food is not consistent at all. I never have seasoning sprinkled on my wings evenly nor my fries. If I ask for extra then it's drenched in seasoning to where it's no longer palatable! (Florida's location is slightly better just their 15 mins is actually 45 mins) read more

Let me first say I was hesitant to go to this location due to the terrible reviews. I ordered online which was very user friendly and easy to use. My fiancé went to go and pick up our chicken and I instructed him to check the food before leaving the store. When he got home our order was correct and the food was HOT and cooked perfectly. He said that the customer service was average not super great but nothing to complain about. Overall I would go back. read more

Gave this place another try after not eating wingstop for a very long time. Bad move. Wings still dry and hard.. Half lemon pepper and some other flavor I threw away.. Fries were soggy with no salt or flavor.. I'm wondering how they stay open at this point ordered online during hours and didn't have to wait which is the only thing good I can say about this visit. read more

Food was cold, bread was old and hard. Fries cold and not fresh. Very unpleasant experience to say they weren't busy at the time the order was placed read more

I most of the time get my food to-go and every time my fries are cold it never fails.

Great store. Always clean and the workers are cool. This my spot when I want some wings. Check em out.

I have heard good things about this place. So I decided to order to try Wingstop. I telephoned my order in...8 piece, well done/classic wings (1/2 lemon pepper, 1/2 original hot), and parmesan fries via phone. Service: The young lady taking my order: Though she was less than enthusiastic, she was quite helpful (patient) answering all of my questions. I picked up my order and was greeted upon entering, and I was pleased to know my order was ready on time. Food: The parmesan fries were sweet...that threw me off...parmesan sweet?! Gross. The wings texture and temperature were good: crisp and hot. The original hot wings were a tad bit salty for my taste and the lemon pepper wings were extremely salty!! I don't know if this is the fault of the person marinating/cooking the food or if that is how they are supposed to be seasoned but I do know I won't be returning. read more

Food is ok. Service here is horrible. You can call in your order an hour ahead and still have to wait 30 minutes when you go to pick it up. I'll never order here again read more

Placed an order via online and when I got there is had to wait another 20 minutes. When I got home my order was incorrect. I love wingstop but this place needs to do better when it comes to having your order right and have it ready on time. My partner and I ordered online and was told our order would be ready in 18 mins. We gave it a good 25 mins. We got to the establishment and the wings still were not done. We ended up waiting another 25 mins. The staff there were rude and very unorganized. They kept mixing up and losing orders. The mild wings we ordered had no sauce and were very bland. We did not like the teriyaki, but the lemon pepper wings were superb. Unfortunately, we will not be eating from this establishment again. read more

Came here, placed an order waited 30-45 mins and everybody that ordered after me left got their food before me and I only ordered 6 wings! Horrible customer service! read more

Don't go here. Staff is absolutely terrible. Girl on the phone put me on hold for 15 minutes so I decided to drive there to place my order at the counter. There was nobody in the store and there was two girls at the register just hanging out on their phones. I was still on hold. This has happened several times in the three years I've been going there. The prices have gone up once again. If I had to guess, it's probably because they get terrible reviews and lose so many customers. I just left the restaurant and there was a family of four complaining to the cashier that their food has taken over 45 minutes to make. It seems every time I come there to pick up, there's usually very unhappy customers there. Not sure what the management staff is doing or if they even care. Food is great, though. I love their recipes. I just wish their employees weren't shit at their job. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. read more

This place has great wings but, their customer service is an absolute joke. No matter what time they say your food will be ready, it will be at least 30 minutes later. By the time I got home the grease from all the food was DRIPPING out of the bag and has now stained the carpet in my car. Not to mention how long the smell will stay there because of it. They didn't bag it up properly so when I went to take it out of the already grease dripping bag the fries were everywhere and drenched in grease. I had to put our food in the sink because there was so much grease. VERY disappointed!!! read more

One of my favorites from Florida Blvd Wingstop was working here recently and he's outstanding. Mike is so great. Wherever he goes, I'll for sure be ordering with him. Disgusting!! Never really had a bad experience here at Wing Stop but yesterday they really didn't put no respect on my order. I placed my order around 5:30pm to be a future pick up order for 7pm. Tell me why they went ahead and cooked my food at 5:30pm and bagged it before 5:50pm to be picked up at 7pm. I don't have to tell you that it was cold as frozen vegetables when I bit into it. The boneless chicken wings were fried hard, all batter no meat, and fries were cold and not seasoned. Food was so bad we had to go next door to a restaurant to grab dinner. Thanks Wingstop for making me spend $40 for dinner. $20 for a meal with you guys and $20 from another spot for dinner since the wings were straight TRASH!!! read more

Best wings in Red Stick. Open till midnight, great service. Bone in Mango Habanero. Sweet then open mouth breathing hot. Love em!

I have been coming to this wing stop for four years now and while the food is almost always amazing the service is terrible. It's use to be amazing so I don't know if they had a change in management or it's just whoever is running the show at night. They ignore people, they are on their phones, and there complete lack of customer service is present from the moment you walk in the door, the the longest wait for your food to leaving. Really hope this gets better because I love wing stop and would hate to start looking elsewhere for my wings. read more
