This was my first visit to Wingstop in many years. There were some highs & lows. I ordered & paid online - my food was ready in about 15 minutes. The counter employee was friendly, she said hello, asked for my name & handed me my to-go order in a heavy paper bag. Parking was easy, there were plenty of spaces. We ordered two of the 3 PC Crispy Tender Combos. They each came with three chicken strips, fries, a 20 oz drink & ranch dip. I tried the fries & Sprite before driving home. Unfortunately, the fries were not crispy, they were cold & lacked salt. However, the portion size was huge! The fountain Sprite tasted "funny", like the syrup ratio was off. The Garlic Parmesan Strips were very dry & lacked flavor, I really didn't taste the garlic & Parmesan Cheese. The highlight were the Hawaiian Strips. They were delicious, the sauce had a yummy pineapple barbecue flavor & the chicken was juicy. Since these combos were such a good value at $9.99 each, I'll try this place again, next time with some of other flavors. read more

My wife and I were out running errands and thought hot wings would be a good idea. The service from the people that worked there was fine no issues at all. But when the food came, there was still feathers on the wings. It was gross and disgusting. Absolutely will never go to another Wingstop in my life. read more

It was my first time trying Wingstop. We got a 10-piece combo, half boneless Louisiana rub and half bone in lemon pepper. We got the seasoned fries and the corn as sides. I really liked the seasoning on the seasoning flavor on the chicken but it was way to salty. The fries were nicely balanced and I liked how it was a bit sweet as well. The corn was well cooked but heavily spiced, almost too spicy. As for the place itself, the staff was nice, and got the food out promptly. It's not that the food was bad, but I ordered a 10 piece bone in entree and they only gave me 8 wings. I havent ate wing stop for a long time and I was so excited. The drive is 20 min forward and back. The purpose was to get a fast meal and I didn't want to drive 20 min again to get 2 more wings. It wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't charge so much, they charged me $15 for 10 pieces and I only got 8. I also ordered it at like 11:15 p.m. and when I walked into the restaurant all the workers were just standing around. There was no reason to cut me short especially if they weren't busy. read more

Sigh, this place is ok if you just have to have wings. Lots of staff but no one cleaning the tables. I ordered one combo and two separate wing orders for $33! I hate when the wings are lifeless, so I asked for extra crispy on one order. That one was ok. The rest were mediocre at best. I upsized the fries because the small was too small for two. I was given one container of ranch sauce for a 15 piece wing and 3 piece tenders. If you want additional ranch dressing it an up charge of $1.61 each! Really??!! Food was hot so there's that but the whole experience was blah. Not very busy so really no reason for the unkept lobby. I would say skip this place and make it at home for a better overall. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not eat at this wingstop. After calling and letting the "manager" (who wasn't even the manager) know that there was a feather in our food, Caesar refused to give a refund or let me talk to someone higher than him. We went to give them the food back and speak to them in person before he finally called to someone higher than him to issue the refund. I wish I could give them 0 stars! Service is horrible. I ordered food and they told me that they had no napkins. When I asked for paper towels, they said they couldn't give me a roll. I let them know that I wasn't asking for a roll but a few to wipe my hands. The guy told me to go to the bathroom to get them. Guess what, no paper towels there either. I usually try to give a place 3 tries before deciding to go back or not. Today was my 3rd and last time I visit this wing stop. The first time I went the wait took over an hour for an order for two people and they still managed to get our order wrong. Today we got our wings and they still had feathers on them. I know the employees did not miss them cause the feathers were huge and all the wings had them even the wing at the top had the feathers facing up. We also ordered the voodoo fries which are extra and we never even got them. I was hoping that the first couple times were just rough days for the staff and tried to give the benefit of the doubt by trying them yet another time.
