This was my first visit to Wingstop in many years. There were some highs & lows. I ordered & paid online - my food was ready in about 15 minutes. The counter employee was friendly, she said hello, asked for my name & handed me my to-go order in a heavy paper bag. Parking was easy, there were plenty of spaces. We ordered two of the 3 PC Crispy Tender Combos. They each came with three chicken strips, fries, a 20 oz drink & ranch dip. I tried the fries & Sprite before driving home. Unfortunately, the fries were not crispy, they were cold & lacked salt. However, the portion size was huge! The fountain Sprite tasted "funny", like the syrup ratio was off. The Garlic Parmesan Strips were very dry & lacked flavor, I really didn't taste the garlic & Parmesan Cheese. The highlight were the Hawaiian Strips. They were delicious, the sauce had a yummy pineapple barbecue flavor & the chicken was juicy. Since these combos were such a good value at $9.99 each, I'll try this place again, next time with some of other flavors. read more

My wife and I were out running errands and thought hot wings would be a good idea. The service from the people that worked there was fine no issues at all. But when the food came, there was still feathers on the wings. It was gross and disgusting. Absolutely will never go to another Wingstop in my life. read more

It was my first time trying Wingstop. We got a 10-piece combo, half boneless Louisiana rub and half bone in lemon pepper. We got the seasoned fries and the corn as sides. I really liked the seasoning on the seasoning flavor on the chicken but it was way to salty. The fries were nicely balanced and I liked how it was a bit sweet as well. The corn was well cooked but heavily spiced, almost too spicy. As for the place itself, the staff was nice, and got the food out promptly. They were very patient while we decided what to order. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

It's not that the food was bad, but I ordered a 10 piece bone in entree and they only gave me 8 wings. I havent ate wing stop for a long time and I was so excited. The drive is 20 min forward and back. The purpose was to get a fast meal and I didn't want to drive 20 min again to get 2 more wings. It wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't charge so much, they charged me $15 for 10 pieces and I only got 8. I also ordered it at like 11:15 p.m. and when I walked into the restaurant all the workers were just standing around. There was no reason to cut me short especially if they weren't busy. read more

Ordered all in bundle and they forgot my tenders!! Refused to refund!! General manager did not help. Was rude so double check your order if you decide to eat here!! read more

Flavor explosion, insane variety, crispy fries, creamy ranch. Taste buds will thank you. Customer service is amazing. Everyone was super nice and the food came out so fast! Definitely recommend this location! read more

Sigh, this place is ok if you just have to have wings. Lots of staff but no one cleaning the tables. I ordered one combo and two separate wing orders for $33! I hate when the wings are lifeless, so I asked for extra crispy on one order. That one was ok. The rest were mediocre at best. I upsized the fries because the small was too small for two. I was given one container of ranch sauce for a 15 piece wing and 3 piece tenders. If you want additional ranch dressing it an up charge of $1.61 each! Really??!! Food was hot so there's that but the whole experience was blah. Not very busy so really no reason for the unkept lobby. I would say skip this place and make it at home for a better overall. This one has me scratching my head. Pass this one up for sure. read more

-15 stars, playing loud Mexican fiesta music. Sticky floors and tables. disgusting drink fountain Takes extra long for your order read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not eat at this wingstop. After calling and letting the "manager" (who wasn't even the manager) know that there was a feather in our food, Caesar refused to give a refund or let me talk to someone higher than him. We went to give them the food back and speak to them in person before he finally called to someone higher than him to issue the refund. Never have i met someone with such shitty customer service like Caesar the shitty manager. Fire this dummy. Immediately. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! read more

This place is dirty, the team is not friendly & the men's restroom is cleaner than the dimming room. Considering the conditions of the kitchen floor, I decided not to eat the food. read more

Terrible place, terrible service, rude employees. All around awful. How does 2 sandwiches take 35 minutes? Explain and I didn't see a hairnet or a hat on any employee on the fryer??? Weird read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Service is horrible. I ordered food and they told me that they had no napkins. When I asked for paper towels, they said they couldn't give me a roll. I let them know that I wasn't asking for a roll but a few to wipe my hands. The guy told me to go to the bathroom to get them. Guess what, no paper towels there either. I went back to the cashier to let him know..:he told me, again, that he couldn't give me any paper towels. I LOVE wing stop...last time coming here! read more

Worst WINGSTOP I've been to and I've went months apart and got the same results they get the order wrong barley put sauce on the food and have zero sympathy when they get it wrong. 0/10 would not recommend and there soda machine had 3 soda options whoever is in there working on July 21, 2024 @11pm should be fired. read more

Food is good as always no complaints. Music choice is umm bad like really bad I don't even wanna be in here. And half the dudes here are sleepy don't blame em tho just make sure they don't burn themselves read more

They act stingy asf with the fries and ranch. Barley gave me enough ranch! they pretty much suck!

One of the slowest moving staff I have seen, they have no sense of urgency. Only paying attention to the devices in their pockets.

Currently waiting on hold to speak to a employee about the 20 wings (honey hots and Louisiana rub) that are missing from my 75 piece online order. I have been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes to inform someone of your mistake. Makes no sense of the lack of customer service this location has. I felt the need to leave a review sense I had time to sit here listening to your message of your team is "currently finishing cooking up some fresh cooked wings" at 9PM over and over again. Please get it together over there. I will stop by tomorrow to complain seeing you will not answer the damn phone!!!! read more

Ridiculously tasty and affordable. My only issue with these places that say boneless wings is that a boneless piece of chicken is called nuggets or rectangular chicken nugget... wings have bones read more

Placed an online order at 430 for a 20 piece to be ready and picked up by 645. When we received our food it was so cold. It seems like they made the wings at 430 and they were just sitting on the shelf waiting til 645. I've tried to call multiple times to speak to a manager but it seems almost impossible to do, no one has answered and it's been 20 minutes. read more

Takes forever. I ordered a 10pc meal, went to the wrong p/u location, went back to tower and STILL waited 30+ min for my order when getting there. Staff is more worried about the back than attending customers. Never have i ever had a problem at any other wingstop. Whoever the manager is needs to go. read more

we ordered food I had to repeat my self 20 times, I spoke clear and loud enough. still got my order wrong. if your going to have someone work the register taking orders make sure they speak better English please, or get someone who does so my order can be right. I like wingstop but having in experience with this is just terrible. I would like what I ordered, and if you don't understand me when I'm talking get someone who can. read more

I usually try to give a place 3 tries before deciding to go back or not. Today was my 3rd and last time I visit this wing stop. The first time I went the wait took over an hour for an order for two people and they still managed to get our order wrong. Today we got our wings and they still had feathers on them. I know the employees did not miss them cause the feathers were huge and all the wings had them even the wing at the top had the feathers facing up. We also ordered the voodoo fries which are extra and we never even got them. I was hoping that the first couple times were just rough days for the staff and tried to give the benefit of the doubt by trying them yet another time. Today the place was empty and they still messed up our order. read more
