They make it easy to get exactly what you want. While it's a casual, order at the counter type of place, this is not fast food. Not a good experience especially regarding customer service and call in orders. I called a couple times and the front desk picked up the phone but laid it down on the table. Since the phone was off the hook, then no calls/orders could be made. Once I came into the restaurant 10 minutes later to place my order, I noticed the phone was still off the hook. The front desk service lady asked if I called in my order and I shared that the phone was off the hook and no calls could be made in. I then realized based on her lack in reaction, this person didn't care about taking calls over phone and deliberately did this to not service her guests. Every time I visit this location the customer service is absolutely terrible but I remain optimistic because the food is good. This time in particular I believe I've reached my limit. I bit into my wings and found that it was not cooked all the way through, the meat was still slightly pink and the skin was rubbery. Might be the worst employees I've come across in the food industry. I would say that they have terrible customer service, but they actually do not have any customer service at all. The first question I was asked is whether I had an online or call-in order. I actually did call in to order--three times. The phone rang endlessly each time until I heard a beep. When I asked why they weren't answering calls, the cashier replied that they were busy. There was only one customer in the store at the time, the cashier, and three other employees "hanging out" in my line of sight. I asked for a manger. The cashier calls the employees "hanging out," at which time one come to the front and tells me that they ignore calls all the time. I happily took my business else where and have no intention on returning. This was my first time going to Wingstop and so far I've had a good experience. I ordered on the phone and was on hold for a few seconds before placing my order. Once I arrived the store was pretty empty and they handed me my food right away. Service was pretty good and the store was clean. My friend recommended me to get the spicy Korean wings. I ordered a ten piece, half spicy Korean and the other half was the Louisiana Rub. The ranch was delicious and creamy. The fries were okay but taste much better when dipped in the ranch or the sauce of the wings. Did not have the greatest experience. We made our order of 30 wings online at 9:21 pm. 10 were to be teriyaki, 10 original hot, and 10 hickory bbq. All were bone in. Unless you are dyslexic or illiterate, deciphering a printed order shouldn't be a difficult task. After 20 minutes we drove to Wingstop under the impression that this was a sufficient amount of time to fry and sauce wings. We were mistaken...it wasn't until 40 minutes later that we received our wings. The manager then tells us that they are out of teriyaki and made 20 wings of original hot. Keep in mind, when we first got there, they weren't ready and one of us stood at the register the entire time waiting until they were done. They literally waited to tells us about this as they were handing us the food. W.T.F!!!!!! There were three to four other people in there. It would've been nothing to ask us! We then take our wings back home only to find out that the ENTIRE order was wrong! The 20 original hot were boneless and they gave us 6 Louisiana rub flavored wings. We ate them anyway because at his point we were at home, starving after the long wait, and nothing else was really open. Order at your own risk.
