I ordered my parents a meal using door dash and the chicken sandwich was left out of the order. The store blamed it on DoorDash and would not replace the sandwich. The store is the one who packages door dash deliveries so they should take responsibility for the order and offer a sandwich to my parents. I went into the store to place an order for thighs. There wasn't anything about thighs on the posted menu so I asked and was handed a thigh menu that included pricing. The chose the 5 thigh combo that had a price of $9.99. The guy rang up my order which totaled $14.15. As I sat down to wait on my food I glanced at the receipt and noticed I had actually been charged $12.99 for the 5 thigh combo instead of the $9.99 on the menu. When the guy came be to the counter I pointed out the difference in price and asked that it be corrected. He basically told me that the price was the price and if I didn't like it he would refund my money and I could leave. When I protected and asked to speak to a manager he said she wasn't there and he was who I had to deal with. He continued that I was just trying to create a problem. I pointed out that he gave me the menu with the prices on it all ready but charged me more. After it was pretty clear that he had no interest in trying to rectify the situation and requested my money back. But before he had completed refunding my money. A POLICE OFFICER THAT THEY CALLED asked me to leave. Mind you all that I had done was ask that they honor the prices listed on their on menu, but they called the police!! I placed an online order only to realize it wasn't at the location I was going to and I wasn't going to make it here. I tried calling the only number they have listed to cancel which is what my email receipt directed me to do, no one ever answers and the automated voice says to enter in a remote access code which I don't have or know why I would need one. I didn't even get a call seeing if I was going to still pick up so what's the point of adding my contact number if the staff can't make calls? I ordered a medium boneless combo (hot) with ranch. I paid about $11 and went and filled my soda (coke products). I sat down at a table and pulled my phone out assuming I had time to kill. I waited 8 minutes and they called my name, my order was ready! This was FAR from the 40 minutes I was quoted! I took my order home and it was delicious. Their seasoned fries are awesome. The hot boneless wings were great too, reasonable size, reasonable sauciness and one ranch was enough for all. I will definitely go back as these wings were awesome and the fries were just a bonus.
