I ordered my parents a meal using door dash and the chicken sandwich was left out of the order. The store blamed it on DoorDash and would not replace the sandwich. The store is the one who packages door dash deliveries so they should take responsibility for the order and offer a sandwich to my parents. I went into the store to place an order for thighs. There wasn't anything about thighs on the posted menu so I asked and was handed a thigh menu that included pricing. The chose the 5 thigh combo that had a price of $9.99. The guy rang up my order which totaled $14.15. As I sat down to wait on my food I glanced at the receipt and noticed I had actually been charged $12.99 for the 5 thigh combo instead of the $9.99 on the menu. When the guy came be to the counter I pointed out the difference in price and asked that it be corrected. He basically told me that the price was the price and if I didn't like it he would refund my money and I could leave. When I protected and asked to speak to a manager he said she wasn't there and he was who I had to deal with. He continued that I was just trying to create a problem. I pointed out that he gave me the menu with the prices on it all ready but charged me more. I tried calling the only number they have listed to cancel which is what my email receipt directed me to do, no one ever answers and the automated voice says to enter in a remote access code which I don't have or know why I would need one. I didn't even get a call seeing if I was going to still pick up so what's the point of adding my contact number if the staff can't make calls?
