I went into the store to place an order for thighs. There wasn't anything about thighs on the posted menu so I asked and was handed a thigh menu that included pricing. The chose the 5 thigh combo that had a price of $9.99. The guy rang up my order which totaled $14.15. As I sat down to wait on my food I glanced at the receipt and noticed I had actually been charged $12.99 for the 5 thigh combo instead of the $9.99 on the menu. When the guy came be to the counter I pointed out the difference in price and asked that it be corrected. He basically told me that the price was the price and if I didn't like it he would refund my money and I could leave. When I protected and asked to speak to a manager he said she wasn't there and he was who I had to deal with. He continued that I was just trying to create a problem. I waited 8 minutes and they called my name, my order was ready! This was FAR from the 40 minutes I was quoted! I took my order home and it was delicious. Their seasoned fries are awesome.
