Horrible Service!!! I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced at Wingstop. The employee, Michael, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional from the moment I interacted with him. I was owed $4 in change from my order. My food was placed on the counter without my name being called, and I sat there waiting for several minutes. Eventually, Michael stood directly in front of me and yelled, "Britt," in a very rude and aggressive tone. When I acknowledged him, he told me that my food had been sitting there in a nasty manner. I asked where my change was, along with a cup since I had ordered a combo and had not received one. His response was extremely disrespectful, saying things along the lines of, "I'll get your change. You don't have to worry about that since you're pressed about some money." I could then hear him in the back making comments about me wanting "my little money," as if I was wrong for asking for the money I was owed. Another employee eventually placed my change on the counter for me to pick up instead of handing it to me. Even after that, Michael continued arguing with me as I was leaving. The interaction escalated to him calling me out of my name and using profanity toward me. He even brought my mother into the argument, which was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. What made the situation even more disturbing was that Michael stated that he had spit in my food. Whether he actually did it or not, an employee should never make a statement like that to a customer. That alone is completely unacceptable and makes me question the safety and cleanliness of the food being served. There were other customers in the restaurant who witnessed what happened and even encouraged me to stand up for myself because of how I was being treated. I was initially going to let this experience go, but I don't believe customers should have to tolerate this type of behavior after spending their hard-earned money at a business. No customer should be yelled at, insulted, cursed at, or made to feel uncomfortable simply for asking for the correct change and items they paid for. I will never patronize this location again. Management needs to seriously address Michael's behavior and the way customers are being treated. This was completely unacceptable and one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. read more

Wingstop - a person holding a cell phone in a box - Chicken Wings Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

Whoever fries the wings needs to be retrained, because the last 3 times we have ordered from here, the wings are super soggy and undercooked. We will never order wingstop. Don't order from here unless you want soggy, undercooked wings. Even after we specifically asked for extra hard/crispy, it's still soggy and undercooked. Never again. Management needs to retrain the cookers read more

I ordered my parents a meal using door dash and the chicken sandwich was left out of the order. The store blamed it on DoorDash and would not replace the sandwich. The store is the one who packages door dash deliveries so they should take responsibility for the order and offer a sandwich to my parents. Also the sauce was spicy buffalo instead of mild and no napkins were in the bag. The meal arrived 30 minutes after I received notice that it would be there in 5-10 minutes. I'm in Chattanooga TN and couldn't come in person to discuss this. They didn't really care when I called. read more

New to ATL and I really had to use the restroom and she wouldn't let me unless I spent money. I asked if it was because of the homeless and she said. I don't look anything like homeless person. I also didn't like she talked to me. Very rude, gave "older woman hater" vibes. I see why the reviews are bad. read more

It's awful. I got there and no one's order was correct in the 30 min I was waiting. And mine wasn't either. The kitchen was fighting, customers were turned away bc they didn't have their order, everything was soggy bc they probably tried to fry too many wings at once. I mean they're probably severely understaffed and incredibly overworked so I get it. But if you're counting on a good meal or even the correct one, I don't think this is the place for that. read more

Our order had missing items. I asked for sweet tea, veggies, and lemon pepper friend...... We had two orders of veggies. Fries not included. The tea was not sweet. They scammed me. I ordered online and it went missing and none of them would pick up the call and you can't get the refund without contacting the wingstop. I fear if I go in store they will threaten because their behavior is so disgusting and poor!! My dasher was Jayden that stole it and DoorDash isn't doing anything about it either so unless you want to get scammed please don't purchase anything from here. read more

Service and food was great ! T Man was great the weather was horrible today and his attitude was great ! Highly recommend

took a ridiculous hour and half to get my food and i called ten times and no one answered. Management needs to get better workers.

This lady's attitudeThis lady's attitude was absolutely disgusting and actually very hostile (take a look at the picture). I overheard them saying that she was the manager, and by far, She has the worst management service I've ever came across, not only did she try to overcharge me for ranch stating that it was $3 to $5 dollars so I would be discouraged to buy the ranch which I was. I asked for the rest of the staff to verify if this was true, but they were horrified of her and did not say anything, and blatantly ignored me, which is actually kind of scary because this is a sign of workplace, bullying. She was disrespectful and talking about me right in front of my face. I have never encountered such a rude experience at a food industry. Wing-stop you guys need to seriously consider her employment because not only did she's treat me like that, she treated every single person in line that way. I highly believe this individual was trying to overcharge me and pocket the money herself. Also, she was definitely out of work code. She literally had on fluffy house shoes, the entire time, not doing anything or contributing to the rest of the staff who was working hard and diligently. read more

Wingstop - This is the suppose "manager" at Wing stop. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

This locations employees are very unreliable and honestly not that smart. I ordered a 15 pice BONELESS combo. First of all my order took 25 mins to be ready. Like ts is not a 5 star establishment. Why is it taking so long?when I informed her she got my order wrong and gave me something different. She proceeded to give me the nastiest look. Like why are you mad at me for getting my order wrong...? Honestly when I got the wings they tasted like ass. I have no problem with Wingstop. Just with the employees. read more

Ordered in store and waited 1.5 hrs for my 10 wings and got cold fries. Anyone that ordered online got their food numerous times over before we got food. Obviously depends on location, but the one on Piedmont has never been pleasant. Phenomenal service excellent teamwork the people that are here today on January 31st 2023 phenomenal staff

I went into the store to place an order for thighs. There wasn't anything about thighs on the posted menu so I asked and was handed a thigh menu that included pricing. The chose the 5 thigh combo that had a price of $9.99. The guy rang up my order which totaled $14.15. As I sat down to wait on my food I glanced at the receipt and noticed I had actually been charged $12.99 for the 5 thigh combo instead of the $9.99 on the menu. When the guy came be to the counter I pointed out the difference in price and asked that it be corrected. He basically told me that the price was the price and if I didn't like it he would refund my money and I could leave. When I protected and asked to speak to a manager he said she wasn't there and he was who I had to deal with. He continued that I was just trying to create a problem. I pointed out that he gave me the menu with the prices on it all ready but charged me more. After it was pretty clear that he had no interest in trying to rectify the situation and requested my money back. But before he had completed refunding my money. A POLICE OFFICER THAT THEY CALLED asked me to leave. Mind you all that I had done was ask that they honor the prices listed on their on menu, but they called the police!! Avoid this place at all cost!!! read more

WARNING: do not place online orders from Wingstop. I placed an order online and put in my correct address; when I got my order confirmation from the delivery via Doordash, it was the wrong address--I called the restaurant to correct the issue 5 times, but no one picked up the phone. I texted and called the driver, but there was no reply. I tried to get an answer from Wingstop customer service, and two weeks later, I am still waiting. The took my money and never provided the food or resolved the issue. If Wingstop is not willing to give ways to rectify delivery orders, they should stop taking them. I will never do it at Wingstop, and neither should you!!!!!!!! read more

The worst customer service ever, I placed an order today for a 10pc wing combo after 30 minutes of waiting and rudeness I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. Horrible horrible experience. EVERYtime I try and go there and give them another chance, they give me another reason NOT to order from there. Especially DoorDash. I placed an online order only to realize it wasn't at the location I was going to and I wasn't going to make it here. I tried calling the only number they have listed to cancel which is what my email receipt directed me to do, no one ever answers and the automated voice says to enter in a remote access code which I don't have or know why I would need one. I didn't even get a call seeing if I was going to still pick up so what's the point of adding my contact number if the staff can't make calls? Needless to say I still need a significant refund from them. There's no email or customer service phone number to call on the website.
