Store was a bit unkept when I first walked in. Haven't been into this establishment in ages. I was greeted right away and asked if I was picking up or placing an order. I replied placing and he walked away from the counter without further comment to me. I heard him tell a coworker someone was at the front. She came over took the order and gave me a cup for my drink. As I went to put ice in my cup another young lady sitting in the corner said "there's no ice!" Wait, so it 8pm you close at midnight snd there's no ice. Or is that no one wants to refill the machine? Food: I frequent this Wingstop as it's closer to my home. It really just depends on the day, which will determine the quality of food you get. I went on Saturday, February 15 I got the lemon pepper rings extra crispy (yes to the extra crispy), and while the wings were extra crispy, they were also extra salty because they OD'd on the lemon pepper! I mean, so much so when I got home, I literally was taking a paper towel to wipe some of the lemon pepper off my wings- ‍. Service: The service was cool. As soon as I entered the restaurant, my order was taken. The cashier did advise that there was a 35 minute wait because they were taking DoorDash and carry out orders . I did note that one of the cooks had a 'Fro but did not have on a hairnet which was a red flag for me. But I didn't have any hair in my food because I did check. Ambiance: The drink area always needs to be maintain. Like because it's a high traffic area and that Wingstop is always busy; there's always like napkins or straw trash or just sticky in that area and I don't know. I just feel like they could just be a more mindful staff, and keeping that area clean. Overall: I'll probably be back just because of convenience. I was hungry one night so I ordered this food via Uber Eats or doordash. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings and parmesan chicken wings. The wings were a good size but they needed to be cooked a little longer. That's only if you want them to be really kind of crispy. I also ordered two barbecue chicken tenders which was pretty good. I was really surprised by the cajun fries I don't know what I expected but they were really good kind of reminded me of 5 Guys. If you can't take the heat do not order cajun fries that's all I'm going to say. They weren't super hot but they were they had some definite kick. I ordered via Uber Eats, but TO-GO up something I rarely do, and I wasn't disappointed. Professional staff, patient, courteous, and more importantly, my order WAS ready AND correct!!! They made it so easy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. A couple was taking their time ordering, and the guy helping was super patient. At the same time, the cook saw me waiting for pick up, confirmed my order, and handed it to me so I wouldn't have to wait. Talk about teamwork, making the dream work. This location has been opened a couple of weeks now, but had their Grand Opening last Saturday. I went in because IMO while their wings are fried a little to hard for my overall liking, they have the best garlic parmesan wings I've ever had. Since it was their grand opening they were also giving away five free wings with every order, so I got the free wings in the Lemon Pepper variety and was pleased with the flavor of them also. The staff was somewhat overwhelmed, but I will give them credit for working through it all with a pleasant attitude. My order was wrong, I had request corn on the cob, and that somehow ended up being a drink. Worst wing stop experience I've ever had. It's the first time I've ever ordered from there in Atlanta. I'm from California so I was excited to find there was a wing stop by my house. In Atlanta I feel there's a lot of mom and pop wing spots... which is cool, but it was nice to see something familiar. I ordered half bbq (flavor was very mild), half garlic Parmesan. The Parmesan was not tossed. I was served half plain wings. The drink that came from the soda machine tasted nothing like it was supposed to. I even tipped the cashiers! Never going there again. The wings were clearly old and not fresh. They the bones and the meat were very purple once bitten into. That's a sign that they have been frozen and aren't fresh wings!
