I'm only giving this place 5 stars because of the pregnant employee working the register yesterday night. I was visiting a friend who recently had surgery and we picked up dinner from this specific wing stop. The young lady was calm collective, didn't seem bothered at the high volume of customers and hard working. She took orders, assisted pick up orders, answered the phone and also helped the one gentlemen cook some orders. I was very impressed with this pregnant young lady. She handled her shift and kept up. We came in here after my work. Me and my husband was both hungry didn't feel like cooking type of night. There's plenty of parking space. The food is delicious when they're not busy. The food is seasoned well and you can actually taste the flavor that was ordered. When they're busy that's a different story. The food hardly has any seasoning and taste dry. This has happened to me on 3 occasions (one being door dashed) with different types of items ordered with also different flavors in each orders. Recommended checking to see if they're busy first before ordering. Or else if they're busy and you ordered they rush making the food and hardly have any seasoning in it. When I walked in to this place, I was greeted by a young lady, and I use the term greeted loosely. She clearly had no desire to be there and it showed in her voice and the way she carried herself. On the board I saw the cheapest meal was over $12 for wings on the bone. Granted wings are more costly than burgers, but $12 at a fast food joint? When I asked to be sure if that was the cheapest, she pointed to a sign on the window with special wings at 70 cents each. I asked if they were with or without bones and she told me either, so I asked for the ones with the bones. I'll give you two guesses whether the ones I got were with the bones in or not. Finding a seat was a chore. There were hardly any people there yet, every single table was sticky and covered in crumbs. They don't have napkins out, which of course, why would a wing place have extra napkins. I guess because they skimp on the sauce so much, they figure it's not necessary. I chose the least of ten evil tables and wiped it with my receipt because no one was around to ask to clean one. As far as the receipt goes, she asked if I wanted my receipt, I told her no, and she hands it to me. The receipt thing would be kind of minor except it's part of the bigger picture. I ordered three garlic parmesan wings and three mango habanero. The pic is of the parmesan. That wet you see is not sauce, it's pure grease. The taste was mediocre. I expected better from a place named "Wing" Stop. Of the three mango habanero wings, one had no sauce on it whatsoever. None. I guess I was expected to drag it across one of the other two wings, but they didn't have much to spare. Mango habanero sauce is one of my favorites because I love that mix of sweet and spicy. These were disappointing because I'd be shocked if there was any mango in the sauce. Back to the napkins. My meal was brought out with one napkin that was so cheap and thin it tore the first time I wiped my mouth. Finally, the fries. They looked great. The size I like and looked like they were cooked exactly the way I like. Sadly, I'll never know if they were good or not. It was impossible to taste with the five pounds of salt they put on them. I have a rule that I never leave a bad review until I've been to a place two or three times, with the exception being if the experience was horrible. Any place can have a bad day. But this is one of those horrible exceptions. If you're in this area there's a donut place next door. I've never been so I can't judge, but certainly their donuts have to be far better than Wing Stop's wings. Go to the donut shop and feast yourself on a half dozen donuts rather than the wings. This location has one of the best wings out of the other locations, but they are only good if they are not busy. I hate that one day you can have some great tasting wings and another day you get dry, half-assed wings. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Ordered 30 classic wings, 2 strips and large fries online 6/12/23, spent $51.56; picked up the order, arrived home, 10 wings were missing and all wings were drums. I called the store and spoke with shift manager Gregory. He offered to remake the order or remake another day. I opted to have order remade. The call ended. Gregory promptly called back and requested the food be returned. I informed him that this is a huge inconvenience, my child has to wait for food to be remade and additional gas is being used to return to the store. He stated the order was not messed up.
