I've been to many Wing Stop locations but this one stood out immediately. I was greeted as I walked in! I was one of those people that chose other wing restaurants but today I chose to come back because of a friend, and I think I'll be returning more often to this location. read more

Worst customer experience I've ever received, I'm not one to make complaints but this was ridiculous, a friend and I ordered the 20 dollar deal that comes with 20 boneless wings, 2 fries, 2 drinks, and 2 dipping sauces. We ordered online and came in and paid, waited 25 minutes past the ready time given with the online order, we took it to go and got home to find no fries or ranch in the bag, we called and they told us to bring in the food and receipt, which we did, we were told by a shift leader that due to their policy they can only replace what was missing, and not the wings, I explained that wasn't proper customer service and I didn't pay for cold wings, I paid for fresh wings and was already inconvenienced by having to come back, she said there was nothing she could do. I then asked for a refund and she said she has to get approval from the other shift leader, I got both their names and when I asked for the store managers name they told me they could not tell me. I will never give another cent to this company. read more

Amazing staff, service and food. This place is my go to whenever I am hungry! Food is always fresh and hot

I placed an order for a 100 piece family pack 24 hours in advance online. It was supposed to be mixed with boneless and classic wings with 3 sides of fries and 2 sides of veggie sticks. My order was not ready when I arrived and I was asked to wait an additional 25 min. These were for a family party so that was already a huge inconvenience. While waiting, I noticed at least 5 other parties waiting and also bags of food sitting on the counter and not being given to customers until they asked if that was their food. After finally getting our order and going home, we come to find that we did not receive any boneless wings. Those were ordered for the younger children to eat so it was a pretty big deal that we didn't get those. I immediately called the restaurant, was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back, I spoke to a shift leader who offered to remake the boneless wings and throw in 2 orders of fries. She told me my order would be ready in 30 min. My aunt went to pick up the wings and was forced to wait an addition 30 min. All during a family party. Our whole experience was absolutely horrible and I will never return to this location again. read more

Are you kidding Wing Stop? I came in at 730 and ordered 20 wings and a fry for my family. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally asked where the food was. They said they were boxing it up Then they said they accidentally gave it to someone else. I asked how long it would be and was told it would be 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and then waiting 15 minutes for them to call their boss to figure out how to do a refund. I spent 45 minutes waiting for dinner and walked out with my money returned and no food. Very disappointed for this service especially when we frequent this location a lot. It's now830 and had to go elsewhere for dinner and won't be home to eat until after 9. Thanks for the service. read more

Horrible service. My order took over 30 mins the employees showed no concern for customer service. The worst thing about my visit to this location the owner happened to be there when I told him about the wait I was left disappointed was again by his lack of concern. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you go with allot of patience for bad service. read more

I love Wing Stop but THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Their customer service is horrible, they do not care about their customers at all and do not have a standard that they hold their employees to! They have a bunch of teenagers working their that are careless! I've had 2 bad experiences with them. The first time they messed up I kind of just let it slide because they had just opened and I figured they were new employees and were trying to get a hang of it. I had called in my order, they told me it would be about 30 minutes, ok great. I get there after about 45 minutes because I know that it can take a bit longer than they quote you sometimes. So they proceed to tell me that my order was never put into the system and no one would fess up when asked 'who took the order over the phone?' and I couldn't remember the name if the girl I had spoken to. So even though I'm livid at this point, I reorder my food, wait another 30 minutes, finally get my food with no apology from any of the employees and leave. The second incident just happened yesterday! My family and I placed our order online this time because every time we called they kept on putting us on hold for long periods of time and we were told it would be faster that way. So we get our order in, I call just to make sure our order was received, the guy that answered the phone verified that he saw everything, he broke down what we had ordered, I said 'ok approximately how long will it be?', he said about 45 minutes. It was 7:41 when I called to verify the order. After about an hour, my mom goes to pick up the food at 8:45, they proceed to tell her that AGAIN that our order was not placed! So she call me and asks if I'm sure I sent her to the right one? I asked her to ask them to verify the phone number, I repeat the number I called, yes same phone number, same address, and I called previously to verify the order was received and the boy told me he saw our entire order! She proceeds to ask 'well who did you guys have on the phone taking orders and who verified my daughters order when she called?', AGAIN no one fesses up! She ends up having to wait for another 45 mins-1 hour because they are not smart enough to prioritize her order due to THEIR SCREW UP, she finally gets the food and again leaves with NO APOLOGY from anyone for the mix up or whatever they did wrong! So I would never suggest that anyone eat at this Wing Stop because they have incredibly BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and the really don't have a standard that they hold their employees to! The only reason they got 1 star is because the food is ok! read more

I come to this place probably once a week. It's normally alright. Today I went in and had a newish girl helping me. She was kind but being trained, which i'm sympathetic for. The "manager", if you would even consider her one, was watching over her. This "manager" was an absolute insufferable, unprofessional and immature train wreck regarding the entire situation. When the new girl made a mistake, she would be patronized and have under handed jabs thrown at her by the "manager". Then, while me and another patron were awaiting our wings, the little "manager" with a complex and braces storms out of the kitchen (where she should undoubtedly stay while my food is being made) and starts berating this girl to another employee who was enjoying his break. Bragging to him, with her fake sense of superiority (while working at a fast food restaurant lol), saying things like "i'll send her ass home right now". Almost like she was trying to show off. Stop being a ho, ho. read more

My girlfriend went to pick up our order w/ a gift card & they tried running it but said their machine was down which happened before & she asked if she had another form of payment & did not & asked what they would be doing w/ the food & said they'd be throwing it away. I understand the machine did not work but for throwing away an order & not giving us the meal for all the inconvenience for frequent customers is ridiculous. read more

I love wing stop!!! I walk in and Antonia I think was her name greeted me once I walked in. Always had a smile on her face while helping me and my friend out. We ask any type a question and she answered it for us. Her customer service is great. I will be coming back because of her. She is the best. Good customer service is always good. read more

Good service, good wings, good fries. Couldn't ask for anything better. I ordered garlic parmesan and there wasn't an overload of cheese or garlic. It was a pleasant combination of both. They also got the fries spot on. I would definitely come back to this Wingstop. read more

Food was great. Finally another option in Antelope. Online ordering is the best, or your going to wait.

I ordered $30+ of chicken wings and cheese fries the other night online and husband went to pick it up. When my husband arrived the order was t ready in time so he had to wait and they had to change our fry order because they ran out of cheese at 7:45pm. I guess that happens so no biggie. When we get the chicken home and divide it up. Every single piece was burned and hurt to chew with sauce slapped on it. I called immediately to complain and ask for it to be corrected when we could make it back in the next day. I was told I had to bring the bones back the same night or I was out of luck. I requested to speak to a manager and was told one would give me a call the next morning. Never received a call so I called to follow up and was then told told they don't know when a manager would be coming in. Still haven't heard back. I'm just taking this as a loss and will NEVER go here again. Rude and nasty read more
