Worst location ever. Put in an order online, showed up at the estimated time, they hadn't even started the order yet. We walked around a little, came back at the provided time, and only one order was ready and they didn't start the others yet, causing the ready order to be cold. All the while, the only guy at the location with long blonde hair is visibly upset and rude as can be. They kept forgetting things in our ready order. We left and when checking the order in the car realized they missed an order of fries, I walk in and hear the same blonde guy say oh god she's back. We ended up leaving an hour and a half after we originally placed the order and that guy definitely is a bad look for this location. Oh and another thing.. most of the people putting food together didn't have gloves, hair nets, and their masks were pulled down. Probably not a place I'd want to go to again. There were no other customers when I went in, and the cashier told me it'd be 17 minutes. Another person came in a few minutes later, and got his food within five minutes. Even his fries that he added on were out within minutes, while I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for my food. I don't know why they felt it was a good idea to do orders out of order but it did make me a bit upset/annoyed. But I'm guessing the cashier tells everyone the same time frame because before I finally got my food, a lady came in who was told the same thing. As for the food, the fries were fairly good, though could've been a bit more seasoned. The wings themselves were overcooked and lacking in sauce. Usually there's enough to have with fries, but there was nothing in the box. Very saddening. The workers themselves stand around a lot and just mess around, probably because they're all kids. The food and service here has really gone down hill since Fire Wings opened across the street. I always order online and specifically choose fry seasoning on my fries, but they never put it on anymore. The fries just aren't very good without it. Tonight I got boneless wings with Hawaiian sauce which I always get, and the sauce tasted like straight Lysol. The ranch used to be my favorite but for some reason it's SO salty at this location. I'm assuming it's made from a packet so I don't know how it can be so different, but it is. And the service just isn't friendly anymore. We've been going to this location for 3 years, and at least 3-4 times a month.. lately we just keep hoping it'll be better next time, but it never is. Horrible manager. I'm a driver with doordash and I was picking up an order. While I was there, I witnessed the manager talking rudely to a paying customer. They already gave 2 people the wrong orders. The customer came back in and was jokingly asking the manager if he could have the extra wings. The manager rudely told him he could just throw the wings in the garbage and started arguing with the customer. The customer was being very polite and said can I just have some fresh fries. And the manager told him no and told him to stop arguing. Very rude. And when I come in to get my doordash orders I'm waiting at least 15-20 minutes to pick up an order that was already placed.
