As much as I love Wingstop, I won't be back here. This place was dirty and very unkept. The tables were all dirty even though they were empty. After receiving my order, I found my 10 chickens, half of different flavors, stuffed in ONE tiny container. Then after getting home I found I had about 15 boneless wings, that felt like they were the size of my pinky. Were they even tenders? Wing stop is one of my favorite wing place. But at the moment it's not the best. The wings are so dry and hard.

I originally had a bad experience at this Wingstop as I posted earlier, but the manager of the location reached out to me to give them another chance. I got a complimentary meal and it was absolutely delicious. My opinion changed on this location. The food was piping hot and tasty. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the cheese sauce was hot. you can't ask for much more from wings! The boneless are my favorite! So juicy, crisp breading and delish sauces to choose from! The cajun and Louisiana rub are my favorite...soooo good. The staff was super friendly and service was prompt, will definitely be going back and soon! read more

Let me start off by saying I was going to give one star. BUT Alex the assistant manager turned me up to a three and I would give him five stars. The wings are good but the way they charge and structure pricing is not so good. I would of given this place 4 stars if all was well. When we arrived the cashier was flirting with pick up customers instead of taking mine and my daughters order. It was nine and she is seven. Anything to move faster would of been nice. She had zero customer service skills. After all the nonsense we went through, Alex made everything great. That kid is awesome and works well with the customers. Also that same cashier was sweeping around people eating and laughing about how she hates to sweep. I would return to try this place again. Kudos Alex! I worked in restaurants my whole life. Came in here for the first time and it was a great experience. Kids ate the tenders and loved them. We had the boneless wings and they were huge. Several sauces too choose from. The staff was very friendly and even offered a few extra sauces to try on the side. read more

I went in today with my boyfriend and ordered 5 classic hot wings and 5 lemon wings. I made it the meal and asked what the side options are, the lady working mentioned potato salad and I asked if there were any onions in it and she said no I asked her if she was sure and she said yes she was pretty sure so that's what I ordered the total all together came out to be about 26 dollars, I thought it was a bit expensive but I didn't think about that. I went to the bathroom then came back and the guy there told me if I wanted something else because the potato salad in fact DID HAVE ONION in it. I was highly upset so I asked for the veggie sticks that stated on the menu that it was 99cents the lady said it was $2 I was already upset so I just got fries which is what I DID NOT!! want to get in the first place. I finally sat down and waited for my food it took about 20-25mins I was getting more upset than I already was while waiting I looked at the receipt and noticed she charged me for 10 CLASSIC HOT WINGS WHEN I ASKED FOR 5!!! ALSO!!!!! THE PERSON IN THE BACK MAKING THE FOOD NOT ONLY WAS JUST WALKING AROUND BUT WAS EATING THE FOOD AND DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS AFTER THEN WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN THE CASHIER DROPPED MY CUP AND TOUCHED ALL AROUND IT WITH HER HANDS AND GAVE IT TO ME ANYWAYS!!!! I have been to the Wing Stop in Carol Stream and Roselle before and loved it. This was the first time at this new location. Stopped in at 5:00 pm with one person in front of me. Ordered 6 wings and fries. The cashier told me it would be about 9-10 minutes. At 5:24 my wings were finally ready. Definitely not worth the wait. The worst wings I have ever had. Basically overcooked and hardly any sauce - basically if I had not purchased an extra cup of sauce for $0.89 there would have been no sauce at all on them. And on top of it the wings are probably the smallest I have ever seen. I will never go to this location again. read more

I was recently in Illinois and have been at other Wingstops in the past so decided to stop by this location - AMAZING! The service was fantastic (friendly, quick and attentive), the atmosphere was great (clean, lots of seating, good views of the TVs) and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Garlic Parmesan and Cajun wings (Drooling just thinking about them). If you haven't tried wingstop wings, you are missing out! read more

The cashier was friendly and told me my order would be ready in about 9 mins. Well, 22 minutes later I go back up and ask how much longer. The manager was like oh I'll start it right now. there wasn't many people in the place and all of them already had their food. So 35 minutes later I get my food, and it's the wrong order. This place was great when they first opened. Quick and good food. The last couple months they have been going downhill. If I order online and come at the pick up time they haven't even started the order and have to wait another 20-30 minutes. The employees are always giving attitude, act like its an inconvenience that you are there and don't greet you at all when you walk in. And multiple times the food has just been plain not been good. They give the wrong amount of wings, they're overcooked, barely any sauce, etc. I think ill be avoiding this location which stinks because it was closer to our house then the others and we visit a couple times a month! read more

So today I decided to stop in at Wingstop for lunch, I went on the app and pre ordered my my food so when I showed up it would be ready to go. The app displayed that my food would be ready at 11:49 AM, I showed up a few minutes earlier since I was on lunch. I arrived at the restaurant around 1145am, I'm waiting to be attended there are two employees and in Indian guy at the counter. One of the employees is on the phone and the other is in the back washing dishes, the Indian guy is just staring at me and staring at me and staring at me for about 10 minutes then he looks towards the back at the guy washing dishes. From what I saw he was waiting on the guy in the back to finish washing dishes for him to come attend me. I waited well over 10 minutes for the guy to finish washing dishes and decided to leave. This whole time I could see my order ready on the counter but since the guy in the back was washing dishes the Indian guy would attend me. I decided to leave luckily there's a great chipotle right next door. I was in and out of chipotle in under 3 minutes, go to Chipotle instead screw the Indian guy lazy ass read more
