Food was great ambiance is inviting and very clean restaurant and I've got to say since they've opened service is always top notch. Manage always says if I am unhappy for any reason to please reach out to manager and he will make sure to make everything right so really not sure why the low star rating don't let it alarm you it's got to be one of the best wing stops if not the best Definitely will keep coni read more

DONE WITH THIS PLACE NO One in the place is wearing a mask correctly The cashier keeps touching his face Got a refund and left Half of the time, the cashier didn't have it covering his Nose kitchen staff, can you give two craps about coronavirus. One of the guys had it around his neck, the other guy had his mask around his chin. These were the two cooks breathing all over everyone's food. As I was waiting for them to cook my food this is what I was watching. Them standing around maskless while everybody else is going in there trying to protect them with a mask on read more

Ajay the new manager is amazing he goes above and beyond to make sure that in your order is correct he's very detailed and organized. Very caring person big difference from how it was before. Wings a great. The seasoned cheese fries were surprisingly amazing. The garlic Parmesan is really nice. It's nice and crispy and very flavorful. Mango habanero is also nice and hot while being sweet at the same time. In fact, all the sauces are good just depends what you're in the mood for. Can't go wrong with good wings and with the new manager now you get good service. In all honesty, he seems a bit overqualified to be doing fast food. Maybe could spruce up the wall decor with something little more interesting then airplanes though. But it's unique I guess. read more

Placed a large order for delivery. After an hour we call to check on the order (like, where is it already. How long does it take to microwave a couple of wings). They said they gave it to someone who claimed to be with DoorDash. Really....did you confirm he was with DoorDash and not some random dude? No, because the workers are lazy and incompetent. Here's the kicker, they wouldn't redo the order or refund our money. So if I go into a restaurant, eat and don't pay, that's a crime. But if I order food, pay for it and don't get the food, somehow that's ok???? They stole from me. AVOID THIS PLACE. Eat somewhere that has people who have brains, these people are worthless. Not sure how the people who work there get thru their day. Who knows, maybe they have help from someone who can think. The good news is I don't ever have to go there again. Good luck lasting with this type of service.... read more

Ordered multiple flavors bonless wings - Korean bbq- garlic parm- lemon pepper- mango habenero. I also ordered the boodoo fries. The Garlic parm and lemon pepler were cooked perfect with a nice crunch but way to salty!! Yhe other two flavors were a mushy mess. The voodoo fries had half a bottle of cayenne pepper on them tasted awful. I immediately also got stomach cramps after eating only half my order.. with multiple trips to the bathroom. read more

Although this location seems to have a not so good reputation, I have to say I've never had a bad experience here. Have ordered take out a bunch of times and guy behind counter is friendly and doesn't screw up my order which is always a plus. I really like their bone-in wings...lightly floured golden fried tastiness with a little greasiness added for good measure. Cooked just like I like 'em and quite addicting to be honest. My go to flavors: Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper and BBQ. Mac & Cheese is ok. Not really a fan of their fries. Fresh carrots/celery. Good dips (blue cheese is my fave with chunks of blue cheese). I'm not a fan of online ordering in general. No past negative experiences, I just always worry somehow my order will get screwed up and prefer walking in or calling in order. Wingstop proved me wrong especially on Superbowl Sunday of all days. We ordered a 20 piece with extra sides and it was ready within 20 min. Nothing was missing, it was all good and fresh! In fact, some of us had incredible munchies and needed to go back for more wings. Sooo you may want to order more than you planned on. Just my 3 cents. They can and will give you additional flavors, (at least up to 3 or more depending on how many wings you get), but there is no option to do this with online ordering (max is 2). Major bummer cause I need v a r i e t y. read more

Poor quality , bad customer service , false advertisement on the door , and truly one of the worst managed restaurants

Consistently good!! We come to this location a couple times a month and for the past 2 years now. The staff is always friendly and they always read back the orders to ensure accuracy. The wings are always cooked to order and I order the fries plain with no seasoning and they always get it right. Weather we dine in or carry out we always look forward coming here. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Its a pleasure yelping this store!!! Keep on bringing it guys! read more

Wingstop - a tray of chicken wings and french fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Addison, Illinois

My friends and I were getting together to watch a movie at the Marcus Theater down the street and wanted to grab a bite to eat beforehand. Luckily we gave ourselves plenty of time because the service was not only bad but slow. Half of the party arrived at 6:30PM. We ordered our food and had to wait for 20 minutes to get it. Instead of calling each of us up to get the food, they grouped two of our orders together with another random customers. Then it turned out that the third order was never even processed so our friend had to wait even longer. We had all requested that the fries come tossed in the house seasoning but none of them were. We had to ask for some on the side and do it ourselves. When the second half of the group came, they also had to wait almost 25 minutes to get their food. The trays that the food came on were sticky and there were no garbage cans available for us to dispose of our trash. The people seated at the table next to us left about 15 minutes after we got there and their table was never bussed while we were there for the whole 1.5 hours. It was just covered in trash. Overall the experience wasn't that enjoyable and I had to apologize to my friends for picking this establishment. read more

Wingstop - And getting their money back. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Addison, Illinois

I went a month or two after they opened with my boyfriend. It was not very busy so we ordered right away and our food came out within 10 minutes. We ordered 10 boneless wings and fries to split. I cut open my first piece and thank god I looked at it before eating it because THEY SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN!! I couldn't believe it! I cut open my other 3 pieces and what do you know- ALL RAW! My boyfriends pieces were cooked which doesn't make much sense. I took my plate to the front where we ordered and the manager apologized a few times and remade our entire order. She also gave us two gift cards to return. There's no way I would ever go back there. Absolutely disgusting. I also contacted corporate and explained what happened and they never got back to me. Terrible customer service to say the least. Do not eat here if you're looking to get salmonella or food poisoning. read more

Here's the thing. I'm a huge Wingstop fan. But this location is horrible. It's so dirty and messy. Drink station has crap all over it, tables don't look wiped down, bathrooms are gross. Also they advertise 60 cent boneless wings every Monday and Tuesday. Cool. But if you order a combo they don't discount it? So I said "so your wings are always 60 cents when you order a combo no matter what day it is?" And was met with blank stares.... so if you're coming for boneless wings, you're better off ordering them separately without a combo. Also, they're advertising a new Mac n cheese dish as well. Do not get it. It looks like microwave gerber Mac n cheese you buy for toddlers learning how to feed themselves. It was so gross the toddler at the table couldn't even eat it. Don't come here. Find a Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Amazing customer service Bobby Always has my order fresh and never messes anything up 100% recommend coming here.

We come pretty often and typically order the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper. We started adding Brazilian Citrus Pepper to the mix and I love all three of these flavors, but sometimes they are lightly seasoned and sometimes heavily seasoned. You're never quite sure how they'll be prepared, so the flavor varies slightly. I wish it was a bit more consistent. One employee often works the register and I don't know if that's the best place for her to be. She doesn't listen (or remember), she mumbles and is hard to understand, and she doesn't double check orders or verify how they should be prepared. For example, we most recently ordered a 50 piece. We didn't state if it was to go or for there and she didn't bother to check, but we sat down at a table and my husband saw from a reflection in the glass that they were prepping a full family meal, which wasn't what we ordered. They were starting to pack it up, which also wasn't what we wanted. We ended up paying more than we should have because we were charged for a family meal and not simply the 50 piece wings. We also had to ask for the drink cup that had been ordered. These types of easily avoidable issues happen more often than we'd like and so we have to be vigilant of our orders when we really come to kick back and not have to worry about dinner. read more

Way to close early homies!! It says you close at 12...not 11. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Management needs to step it up read more

This is a new wing stop location in Addison near Walmart. The interior is open, clean, and has plenty of seating and large tvs. The place is actually spotless (probably because it's so new). Stopped in around noon for lunch and was the only person there. I ordered Parmesan garlic wings and Serrano wings with a side of baked beans and potato salad. The wings were good and what you would expect from any wing stop location. The sides were pretty bad. The potatoes were basically raw and the beans had this distinctive bourbon/chemical taste. Not sure if I would come back. If I do I'll stick with wings and fries only. read more

Very inconsistent, I bought food today asked for wings to be well done and what I received was undercooked borderline raw. Whoever closes this restaurant on fridays gives the worst service ever. He was upset at a party that came in a little too close to closing but he was giving them attitude and specifically told them to write a review about his "good service" for taking in people around closing time. The party seemed really sympathetic for the bad timing but in regards to their food they answered "Togo" and his response was "yeah you better." Now I've been in retail and I've had my moments where I regretted people coming in close to closing but I used to maintain my integrity for myself and the company but this guy really just showed his true personality. He didn't have a name tag so I have no name to give, but I was just astonished this man thought it was a good idea to verbally show an attitude even in uniform. He said something entirely unprofessional like "I should be paid OT," but it's for handling one extra customer. read more

First and last time here. Employees are handling food with no gloves. You can clearly see them thru the window. One of three visible employees working their tail off. Manager on duty was of no help. Didn't greet a customer, didn't assist in the process of expediting food, nothing. I ordered 10pc classic. I waited 24 minutes and received 10 boneless, tiny chicken nuggets. I'm wasting my time because there is not one review response from owner/manager. Losing business. Good luck! read more

I've been sitting here waiting for about 20 minutes now. Nothing but chaos & a lack on management. There's two employees who I feel bad for, seems like they just started this week and are getting yelled at by their manager. Lack of leadership skills. You can't beat the prices or the flavor of the food. However, if you order on line for pick up - do NOT trust the time frame. I got to the location to pick up our order at the designated time, but had to wait almost 30 additional minutes! read more

I have gone to Wingstop at other locations for many years. This was the worst experience I have had. I am very familiar with what the taste and consistency of their sauces should be, so you can imagine my surprise when I requested a 20 piece, boneless, hot and got a batch of grease-laden disgustingness. I have attached a picture of the grease (I removed the wings and literally patted them down with paper towel, they were so saturated) to prove my point. The sauce was flavorless and awful. The wings themselves appeared to have been incorrectly prepared as well, having a color so bright in redness it matched nothing I had previously seen from Wingstop or any other wing joint. To make matters worse, Im guessing the gentleman in the back that prepared them is the owner. If the owner doesn't know how to properly prepare his own food, what are the odds his staff is going to be able to? I love wings and was excited for this location to open but I would avoid them at all costs. read more
