Called 3-4 times to place an order and was hung up on/ disconnected each time. Finally they took the phone off the hook. I drove up thinking maybe the number on the web site was wrong. Slow night, one other customer, but took staff 5 minutes to acknowledge me. When they did, the girl at the counter looked at me... disgusted... like she had a mouth full of orange juice and toothpaste. I looked down at the counter and could see she still had the phone off the hook. I looked in the kitchen... filthy... like a men's room after half time at a crowded football stadium. The manager John at this store is amazing. Really enjoyed just speaking to him while out order was being made. We were deciding between sides and he let us try his fried rolls which is something he makes. He really took care of us with some of the best customer service i've ever had at fast food style restaurants. read more

Very slow waited thirty minutes still did not receive my food out of the 5 orders that went out 4 of the orders were wrong just wanted my money back after 30 minutes of waiting. Also when you get food to go be sure to check it - they consistently forget your items. Gangster rap is playing in the background with lots of songs where they have to bleep out language. I was in the store last night picking up a order I placed online and wanted it at 6:30 and as I'm coming through the door I hear the manager yelling at this younger darker skin girl and I'm like wow it's a few other customers in there as well and we are just looking like wow this is how you talk to your employer . The young lady than come greets me as if nothing happen so she is so sweet but I'm sure she was embarrassed that was so UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE for a manager to do . I felt for the young lady any who before I even received my order the manager continued to yell at this you g female and if you ask me she was definitely picking with this young lady . Fast forward she yelled at the cashier again about taking a order when all the man wanted was 2 individual ranch's like wow really . I felt for this young Girl because no matter what that's not how you treat an employee she ended up crying and walking to the back . I never seen her return back up front but I pray that she finds a better job that has better respect for their employees it broke my heart to see her cry because I can tell her was frustrated because she wasn't doing anything wrong . This was my first time trying Wingstop. There was a little mix up with the orders where someone had gotten my food because the name on the order sounded similar. When they had found out they messed up they were sorry and they gave me some boneless wings while I waited for them to cook my order again. Also before I left they gave me some brownies to try and make up for the mix up. Overall good experience and good food. I will return again! read more

UNSANITARY and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- DON'T GO HERE!! We ordered a 20 piece combo well done. I went home and realized the chicken was extremely soft. Angie, the manager, said they had the same problem yesterday with their new chicken supplier, it's not getting crispy. But, a day later the problem should be solved instead of still giving the customer soft chicken. So, I had to go BACK AGAIN for my husband's game day chicken. While waiting for my order to be remade, I watched them make other customer orders. They weren't wearing gloves, scratching and touching there bodies, eating, and on their phones..NASTY AND UNSANITARY!! I brought this to the manager's attention and she said wearing gloves isn't mandatory and began detailing several Wing Stop sanitation policies, which weren't being followed.... I told her if gloves weren't mandatory that I'm sure phone use, eating, and body touching isn't acceptable while preparing food... She agreed and stated she'd speak to her staff. But, she saw and was present while this occurred and said nothing until I said something. This tells me it happens so frequently she no longer notices, she probably does it herself... She offered to fix my food herself because of my concerns. By the way, my first order was placed at 11:20 picked up at 11:45 and between coming back a second time - I left with my second order at 1.. To top that I was told it wasn't a problem to replace the chicken but she was making an exception for providing fresh fries because I had to come back..
