She stated that she would "give it to the manager to research and if a refund was due, you'll get it in 7-10 days". It has now been 23 days. No refund. I called the store today and found out that Mary IS the store manager, meaning she lied to me about having to give my issue to another person. All while acting as if it wasn't her place to issue the refund. My statement CLEARLY showed 2 charges, $11.86 for my order immediately (according to time stamp) followed by a $14 charge. I've ordered delivery quite a few times in the last year. I've eaten inside a few times. I'm always impressed with the food and service. Always received exactly what I ordered with delivery. I'm not far from the location and usually receive my order in 30 - 40 minutes from Door Dash. Despite being in a container and delivered , the wings are still crispy. The fries are excellent and fresh cut. Not as crisp if eaten in house, but still good. Well, I place a phone order while at work and was actually given someone else's order. I didn't open my food under o drove home 30 minutes away. When I called the associate asked me if I had a Wingstop near my home. Then the manager got on the phone and stated that that information was inaccurate. He also mentioned this is not the first time this particular associate has mixed orders up. I visited wing stop for the first time and was instantly greeted. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I only came to this location because it was close to my Kennesaw office. I had heard great things about wing stop and of course it's Rick Ross's restaurant so I had to check it out. Staff: Chanel who is also the new GM was my sever. She was very friendly and also had a great conversation with me. She was constantly cleaning the area and helping other guests as well. Food: I ordered the small boneless wing combo in Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan. The wings were hot and fresh with just enough sauce. The fries were seasoned to perfection and not typical fast food fries. I also had a brownie for dessert. My only issue is their drink options- only 6 options and those are coke, Diet Coke, dr.pepper, strawberry Fanta and lemonade. Location: The location is right off of Cobb parkway. I do hate that you have to go to the light and make a U turn but it's very visible. The parking is okay too and of course right in front. I enjoyed this visit and will definitely come back. I loved the food and of course the friendliness of the staff. The new GM is doing a great job and If her staff works at least half as hard as she does or is half as friendly this location will thrive. read more

Typically wing stop. Slow, not friendly. Food undercooked. Drink machine broke and shot soda on me.

Ordered 3 meals with fries. Waited inside for at least 15 minutes so you would think the fries would be hot. They were not. Cold and dark brown as in "burnt". The ladies preparing my food should have been ashamed to serve those fries. Of course, the food is bagged so I did not check it until I got home which was a 3 minute drive. read more

I was at the location this evening 12/26/2020 at 7pm. The lady cashier definitely needs customer service re-training in the area of staying calm and collective. Only 4 people in line and she had a LOUD outburst because the person in front of me and then when it was my turn, I showed her proof of purchase while we separately explaining that we were picking up our orders. Nobody was impatient about their orders but the cashier lost her calmness. I wish she would have had the decency to even apology when i received my order 10 minutes after the stated time it was scheduled to be ready. If you haven't been to this wing stop then you need to stop by! The staff here is absolutely amazing! Carlos is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! We called in our order and it was hot and ready as soon as we got here. Jae'Nyla was very quick at getting us checked out. The store was so clean and it didn't smell oily or smokey inside. We originally were going to take our dinner to go but decided to stay because of how great the service was. Carlos also recommended taking the short survey and we would get a free side! We did it while we are here and we got our side right away didn't have to wait till the next visit. Keep up the amazing service! We will definitely be back!! Update: Things have changed. Wing Stop wings, especially the Cajun and Atomic flavors, are my all-time favorite wings. Doesn't matter which location I get them from. They're delicious. So, because the food is delicious, I'm forced to give a 4 star rating. That said, the service at this location is just incredibly awful. Like Popeye's notoriously and ubiquitously poor customer service puts this Wing Stop's service to shame. Rudeness is common. Questioning the customer is common. Cleanliness issues are common. Orders are often incorrect. DO NOT LEAVE WITH YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT! Whoever owns this franchise location needs to either take the reigns themselves for a bit or pull out the checkbook and pay for competent management. I'll continue going to this location due to its proximity to my house but I'm really worried that eventually the food quality is going to go the way of the service. read more

First, I love Wingstop! I was first introduced to the place when I moved to Texas at a new job for lunch. Been addicted since lol. This location has improved over the years. I remember when this placed just opened and for a while the wait times were just ridiculous but always nice staff. Right now they only do carry out but anytime we ordered any food it was ready and accurate except once. Missing our ranch lol! No worries things happen, just go back in a grab it. Always check my order anywhere we go just cause you never know! Typically get wings or bone out wings but tried a pack with some tenders for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised in how good these were! I was honestly just expecting your typical tender, but something about these were really good and addicting. Finally found our go to wings! We live in North Georgia and have always struggled to find a good spot with hot lemon pepper. The wings where delicious and we will definitely be back again. Placed an order over the phone and had to call 10 times before someone answered. Finally spoke with someone and they could not accommodate a request of teriyaki with lemon pepper sprinkle. So I settled for just teriyaki. When I get home with my order it was completely wrong. I had to call another 10 times to speak to someone. I asked for a refund and a correct order. I love Wing Stop. It has been a place we have made sort of a weekly thing, but the last time I went I was very disappointed. When I went to this location in the past the people working there have always been very helpful and kind. I've never had a real issue with how they operate until this visit. There are younger people working in the kitchen with headphones in dancing and not properly wearing their masks. It didn't bother me in the past, but I got my order and it was incorrect. I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and 10 Cajun wings with fries. We got the wrong type of wings and got shorted on fries. No big deal, I called and let them know that we got the wrong wings. The girl politely said that I could come back and get the right order. I asked if she wanted me to bring the wings, she said no. When I got there a guy not wearing a mask running the register helped me and when I explained to him what happened he asked for the old wings. I explained the girl told me to not bring them, but I did take a picture before I drove back up to wing stop so I showed him my receipt and the photo. The dude did not apologize, and treated me like I did something wrong. I let him know I wasn't happy with how they treated me considering I drove up there twice because of their mistake. I wasn't trying to get anything out of it because being a former fast service food worker I understand that mistakes happen. All I wanted was a my bad or something. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I will always remember the attitude I got from this group working there who were not doing there job professionally. Deserves a ZERO for Customer Service. Entered the store to pickup my online order. Cashier didn't say a word & I saw a table with times & orders so I approached to pickup my order. Was immediately yelled at & berated by the employee to stand back 6 ft (I was wearing my mask). You don't yell at paying Customers and if you have certain protocol for pickup, explain that to the customers upon entry. Lost me as a customer for good. I'll never understand these business owners that don't understand they are in a Service business. Train your employees because it's your livelihood & reputation.
