5 stars from me because I've never had a complaint here. I have always enjoyed my wings. I'm amazed at how quick it is to pick up my order. Place the order on-line (pay on-line). Schedule the time. Park right out front & run in and your order is waiting. I have never had to wait. read more

Like I don't feel like it's hard to throw two more wings in a meal I paid for.. like I don't mean to be rude when I say this but pay attention.. Why pay for yalls menu or service if the count is rationed read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! For real, stay as far away as you can. You can spend a lot of many and not be told for over an hour and a half at this point if they even have your order. They also refuse to give refunds. This is without a doubt the WORSRT experience I've ever had at any place I've eaten in my life. Bananas! Stay away!!! read more

The manager's behavior lacks professionalism and she is very rude. I won't be returning until she is not working there. If you see a weird looking black lady with yellowish eyes looking under her glasses you're in for a treat. I saw her yelling at a customer for a mistake in their order, and she also yelled at me when I asked about my online order that was supposed to be ready in 16-20 minutes but took an hour and a half. read more

Food is so good every time. Whoever makes my hot honey rub chicken tenders needs their *** ate if you know what i mean. I always uber eats from here so I lack the customer service experience. They always get my order ready quickly and it gets to my house earlier than estimated delivery time. read more

I've ordered delivery quite a few times in the last year. I've eaten inside a few times. I'm always impressed with the food and service. Always received exactly what I ordered with delivery. I'm not far from the location and usually receive my order in 30 - 40 minutes from Door Dash. Despite being in a container and delivered , the wings are still crispy. The fries are excellent and fresh cut. Not as crisp if eaten in house, but still good. If you're looking for wings and don't want to get out, give WingStop a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Charged me for someone else's order ($14). When I brought my account history in to show them, I spoke with Mary. She stated that she would "give it to the manager to research and if a refund was due, you'll get it in 7-10 days". It has now been 23 days. No refund. I called the store today and found out that Mary IS the store manager, meaning she lied to me about having to give my issue to another person. All while acting as if it wasn't her place to issue the refund. My statement CLEARLY showed 2 charges, $11.86 for my order immediately (according to time stamp) followed by a $14 charge. Will be going back again tomorrow to face "the manager" again. In the meantime, everybody check your accounts and receipts! Somebody is playing on the registers there! read more

Wingstop: Crispy wings, bold flavors, some say hit-or-miss tenders. I'm telling you mannnnnn

Well, I place a phone order while at work and was actually given someone else's order. I didn't open my food under o drove home 30 minutes away. When I called the associate asked me if I had a Wingstop near my home. Then the manager got on the phone and stated that that information was inaccurate. He also mentioned this is not the first time this particular associate has mixed orders up. I will have to come back to this location to have my order remade at free of charge.I was refunded and I will eventually go back to have my order remade. Thank for resolving this issue read more

This was the worst food service I've had in a long time. They don't prioritize in store orders at all and I sat for 45 minutes while at least 20 orders came through online. The environment wasn't bad but it really doesn't matter. Will never come back. Oh and no one wears gloves. read more

First and last time I will ever stop here. Terrible service! Ordered food ahead and took over an hour to receive. Not the cleanest place either. read more

I visited wing stop for the first time and was instantly greeted. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I only came to this location because it was close to my Kennesaw office. I had heard great things about wing stop and of course it's Rick Ross's restaurant so I had to check it out. Staff: Chanel who is also the new GM was my sever. She was very friendly and also had a great conversation with me. She was constantly cleaning the area and helping other guests as well. Food: I ordered the small boneless wing combo in Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan. The wings were hot and fresh with just enough sauce. The fries were seasoned to perfection and not typical fast food fries. I also had a brownie for dessert. My only issue is their drink options- only 6 options and those are coke, Diet Coke, dr.pepper, strawberry Fanta and lemonade. Location: The location is right off of Cobb parkway. I do hate that you have to go to the light and make a U turn but it's very visible. The parking is okay too and of course right in front. I enjoyed this visit and will definitely come back. I loved the food and of course the friendliness of the staff. The new GM is doing a great job and If her staff works at least half as hard as she does or is half as friendly this location will thrive. read more

Wingstop - the inside of a fast food restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Acworth, Georgia

Great food, great service, and i don't know what ambience is but it's great too. What more could you want? Don't like the price? Don't be broke. read more

Ordered 3 meals with fries. Waited inside for at least 15 minutes so you would think the fries would be hot. They were not. Cold and dark brown as in "burnt". The ladies preparing my food should have been ashamed to serve those fries. Of course, the food is bagged so I did not check it until I got home which was a 3 minute drive. read more

Typically wing stop. Slow, not friendly. Food undercooked. Drink machine broke and shot soda on me.

I was at the location this evening 12/26/2020 at 7pm. The lady cashier definitely needs customer service re-training in the area of staying calm and collective. Only 4 people in line and she had a LOUD outburst because the person in front of me and then when it was my turn, I showed her proof of purchase while we separately explaining that we were picking up our orders. Nobody was impatient about their orders but the cashier lost her calmness. I wish she would have had the decency to even apology when i received my order 10 minutes after the stated time it was scheduled to be ready. Customer service is key for word for mouth advertising because the next 10 people will hear about the outburst instead of the wings. read more

Consider this a zero star, although that option isn't available when rating. Ordered here through DoorDash. Never received order, but was still charged for it. Finally received text stating order was cancelled. Played tag with both businesses for days to get charge removed. Was finally told WingStop was responsible for refund, as they were the ones who took the money/card for the order. Called - employee was rude. Left message for manager. She called and left message. I responded, and that is the last time I heard from her or anyone else from WingStop. This place basically took $30 from me with no remorse or regret. How can a place of business get away with this? I am absolutely disgusted! read more

Place was dirty. The fries were cooked in old oil and tasted like melted plastic. Don't recommend this place.

Very good wings! Friendly employees! Stays open late which is a plus. They also have a brownie that is absolutely delicious. Don't forget your dessert! read more

Food was just not good the wings had zero flavor and my fries I got were sweet for some reason like they had put sugar on them by mistake it was not worth the 25 dollars read more

If you haven't been to this wing stop then you need to stop by! The staff here is absolutely amazing! Carlos is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! We called in our order and it was hot and ready as soon as we got here. Jae'Nyla was very quick at getting us checked out. The store was so clean and it didn't smell oily or smokey inside. We originally were going to take our dinner to go but decided to stay because of how great the service was. Carlos also recommended taking the short survey and we would get a free side! We did it while we are here and we got our side right away didn't have to wait till the next visit. Keep up the amazing service! We will definitely be back!! Update: Things have changed. Don't think it's the same staff. Service has gone down significantly. read more

Not bad for Wingstop!! I gave up Wingstop in California they just couldn't get it right!! The only thing I would say is make the wings a little better well done!! Other than that good. Going back soon!! read more

Wing Stop wings, especially the Cajun and Atomic flavors, are my all-time favorite wings. Doesn't matter which location I get them from. They're delicious. So, because the food is delicious, I'm forced to give a 4 star rating. That said, the service at this location is just incredibly awful. Like Popeye's notoriously and ubiquitously poor customer service puts this Wing Stop's service to shame. Rudeness is common. Questioning the customer is common. Cleanliness issues are common. Orders are often incorrect. DO NOT LEAVE WITH YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT! Whoever owns this franchise location needs to either take the reigns themselves for a bit or pull out the checkbook and pay for competent management. I'll continue going to this location due to its proximity to my house but I'm really worried that eventually the food quality is going to go the way of the service. read more

First, I love Wingstop! I was first introduced to the place when I moved to Texas at a new job for lunch. Been addicted since lol. This location has improved over the years. I remember when this placed just opened and for a while the wait times were just ridiculous but always nice staff. Right now they only do carry out but anytime we ordered any food it was ready and accurate except once. Missing our ranch lol! No worries things happen, just go back in a grab it. Always check my order anywhere we go just cause you never know! Typically get wings or bone out wings but tried a pack with some tenders for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised in how good these were! I was honestly just expecting your typical tender, but something about these were really good and addicting. Maybe it's the lemon pepper seasoning we get on them but they are sooo good! I also love the fresh fries and seasoning so, so good. Yummy! It's also convenient that they are open later hours. read more

Finally found our go to wings! We live in North Georgia and have always struggled to find a good spot with hot lemon pepper. The wings where delicious and we will definitely be back again. Customer Service was great. The employees constantly checked to make sure we where happy and satisfied. The atmosphere was fun. R&B and hip hop playing in the background. Our kids had fun dancing and enjoying their wings. read more

terrible customer service yelled at me to move, im deaf and autistic and didnt have the ability to move right away.never coming here again

Very slow, called in order was told it would be ready in 15 min, took about 30-40 min. Check your order! Made simple order of 15 lemon pepper...they got it wrong. 10 lemon pepper, 5 something else. Staff had no personality, not friendly. Don't see going back. read more

Walked in a hour before they closed. I was rudely told they wouldn't not take my order. I called before I drove there to ask when they closed and was not told they were not going to take my order. No apology or explanation. I've never eaten there but was going to give it a try, but I probably will never try it now after that experience, read more

NOT pleased at all! My wings tasted AWFUL! Absolutely NO flavor, wasn't even well done, wet like water was basically what they gave for "sauces". The male working the register was an absolute cunt! Got all fucking mad about me rushing in to grab my order bc i didn't have a fucking mask on. I already had the fucking flu and got over it like so many others. I wanted was my damn food and to get out. They had mask and "spit" shields up so no need for my mask. I will NOT return here at all. Catching an attitude with someone paying your bills never helps you in any way possible. Such a terrible place now. This use to be good now i absolutely hate it. I'll be going to a real restaurant where i can eat and have good service read more

not sure why this wingstop gets such bad reviews, i had a great experience though they do not take bills larger than a 20 that is no big deal. the staff is so friendly and food came out so fast, compared to the wingstop in hiram. i waited less than 10 minutes unlike the wingstop in hiram i've waited an hour before. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. i had a 10/10 experience at this wingstop read more

These guys are hard workers and I've never had a problem with them. They are always nice and willing to help you out. I had a problem with door dash while delivering through them and although door dash wasn't willing to help, Wingstop did everything they could to help me. Great place that gets a bad wrap. Wings are delicious too. read more

Glad to see we have a dedicated Wing place in the Acworth Area. Very good wings. We had the Louisianna Rub, Hot, and the Habenaro Mango. All were juicy, well flavored, and prepared well. It took a little time to make them but we knew they were fresh and hot and not sitting under a heat lamp. Nice addition to the area. read more

I TOOOOOO MUCH FUCKING MONEY at this place to be treated how I did today . This unprofessional, big belly a** , feet leaning over shoes , pink iPhone 5 holding chicken nugget head a** manager , whatever his name is , is SOOOOO damn rude along with the other staff he has . I placed my order through the app I get there and go in once the app told me too and my order still isn't ready 15 mins after . ( not really tripping on that tho because shit happens ) when I get my food she looks at me and and the receipt and gives me my food . I remind her about my drink and leave g. I get home none of my food right . I called because I was gonna let them know about the mistake and maybe we can work something out for another day since y'all closing . No answer . Ok cool , but , never have I ever been to a CORPORATE location and they stop answering no matter if it's 11:59 at least they answer to tell you they closed . So it's 11:15 I hurry up there so they can fix my stuff. Get there walk in they just looking at me like they don't remember me just leaving at 11:07 I stay up the damn street . They come eventually ,even tho they fucking saw me ,I remained quiet because I know my mouth . I explained she goes and get the manger. As his big a** starts walking to me he texting and taking his sweet time like I'm not urgent seeing as if I just left . He get to the register phone in hand and STANDS THERE AND STARES ME DEAD IN THE FACE AND SAYS NOT ONE WORD until I asked him is that seriously how he greets and approaches a customer. I mean he starred me down so hard in the face I felt like a side b**** and baby I COULD NEVA * flips hair* so I got corporate number and they will be hearing from me . I wish I could give no stars I don't even play like that . read more

We spent the day watching championship football and decided to have wing. The online ordering was easy and their delivery was their own, which is great too! Our food arrived on time and the delivery guy was friendly. The food was hot and packaged well. We got 3 flavors of boneless and all of them were good. Their fries are excellent I liked that you can pick what vegetables you got. We had a great experience and will order again!! read more

Placed an order over the phone and had to call 10 times before someone answered. Finally spoke with someone and they could not accommodate a request of teriyaki with lemon pepper sprinkle. So I settled for just teriyaki. When I get home with my order it was completely wrong. I had to call another 10 times to speak to someone. I asked for a refund and a correct order. Both request were denied by the district manager. I had to drive all the way back to the store in order to receive a refund. I will NOT visit this place again. I'd recommend that you don't either. Customer service is terrible! read more

This place is amazing! Quick and friendly service. The staff even brought out fries for my hungry young daughter during our wait. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to keep her tummy at bay! read more

The food is good when you eat in, but the service and attitude is terrible. Each time there are new faces behind the counter. Also when you get food to go be sure to check it - they consistently forget your items. Gangster rap is playing in the background with lots of songs where they have to bleep out language. This isn't really representative of the area. In general the franchise needs to allow for trash cans. read more

Online order was supposed to be ready at 7:55, but took until 8:20 to get my food. The guy working the counter was super nice, but only had 2 people working in the back. A person who came in and ordered their food after I came at 7:55 received their food before I did and my order was only 2 six piece combos. This was also just a regular Sunday, not a holiday or any cause for an online order to take over an hour to get. read more

I love Wing Stop. It has been a place we have made sort of a weekly thing, but the last time I went I was very disappointed. When I went to this location in the past the people working there have always been very helpful and kind. I've never had a real issue with how they operate until this visit. There are younger people working in the kitchen with headphones in dancing and not properly wearing their masks. It didn't bother me in the past, but I got my order and it was incorrect. I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and 10 Cajun wings with fries. We got the wrong type of wings and got shorted on fries. No big deal, I called and let them know that we got the wrong wings. The girl politely said that I could come back and get the right order. I asked if she wanted me to bring the wings, she said no. When I got there a guy not wearing a mask running the register helped me and when I explained to him what happened he asked for the old wings. I explained the girl told me to not bring them, but I did take a picture before I drove back up to wing stop so I showed him my receipt and the photo. The dude did not apologize, and treated me like I did something wrong. I let him know I wasn't happy with how they treated me considering I drove up there twice because of their mistake. I wasn't trying to get anything out of it because being a former fast service food worker I understand that mistakes happen. All I wanted was a my bad or something. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I will always remember the attitude I got from this group working there who were not doing there job professionally. Hope someone reads this and tweaks how the store is operating. read more

Deserves a ZERO for Customer Service. Entered the store to pickup my online order. Cashier didn't say a word & I saw a table with times & orders so I approached to pickup my order. Was immediately yelled at & berated by the employee to stand back 6 ft (I was wearing my mask). You don't yell at paying Customers and if you have certain protocol for pickup, explain that to the customers upon entry. Lost me as a customer for good. I'll never understand these business owners that don't understand they are in a Service business. Train your employees because it's your livelihood & reputation. I'll get my wings elsewhere from now on. read more
