This restaurant needs to tighten up. From being put on hold for over 10 minutes and having to hang up and call back to not being given an exact amount for my order total then to not receiving my delivery order after nearly 2 hours. I hope that they decide on a better communication method for accepting delivery orders, because this current method is inefficient. I have been to wing ways at least 4 times since my initial review. The wings have been great every time and they have provided the right dressing. I've tried out the cheesesteak which is tasty and not greasy like other places. I'll continue to come back frequently. There prices are low and the quality is very good. I ordered wings (med, bbq & Cajun) and a steak and cheese. Flavor was ok, but the wings were soggy. Not the way I like them. I ordered the steak and cheese with provolone cheese and instead got what seemed to be white velveeta cheese of some sort mixed in with the meat. The food is SO GOOD here each and every time I visit. I had to slow down my visits because I'm addicted. I typically just order the fried chicken and a side. Worst wing place ever. 7-11 makes better wings than them. I ordered 2 pc fried chicken and 6 wings . Wings was dry and tiny. I ate two pieces and went back to ask them to remake the wings I have left. And he said no . The cashier which was the owner of the place asked me if I wanted it dry rub . I said yes. The only reason why this place received 2 stars is because the food was hot and they made sure all of my condiments were in the bag. I regret not looking up a picture of their 2 flounder and shrimp combo. That's what I ordered and my expectations were not met not only that but after I received the order I took a bite of it and the fish fell right out of the batter and I paid $13 just to receive from the looks of it frozen fried food they just drop in the fryer. I wasn't happy with the order and kindly asked for a refund on the spot.The owner told me no and said me feeling unhappy with the order is "my opinion", and if I wanted to substitute the fish for something else I would have to pay for it.Poor customer recovery service. read more

GREAT FOOD! Tried out their honey bbq and buffalo wings as well as the steak & cheese. Wings were properly sauced and the steak and cheese was juicy and loaded. The customer service was great with excellent atmosphere. Looking forward to try other things on the menu. read more

This place gets 1 stars just because it wasn't so bad. So this place just open (I assume, maybe a few months ago) so my bf & I decided to try it since we live very near. We got an order of mozzarella sticks, a steak & cheese w/fries for myself and a 3 piece fried chicken special they had going on with two drinks for $18!!!! The mozzarella sticks didn't look like the typical TGFRiday's ones or anything in that nature. It's as if they took string cheese, drenched in batter and fried. Next, our food was bland, no favor what's so ever. My steak and cheese lacked portion for a 8 inch sub and I think there was mayonnaise on my sub but I couldn't tell just because it was broken (old?. I think subway gives you more than what I received from this place. Our fries were hot fresh and crispy but you need to add your own salt and pepper.. (we had to ask for salt packets). My bf fried chicken lacked any favor we tried to get from it and looked burnt. The ketchup that they had out for customers tasted sour as well. The soda machine didn't have an CO2 so we couldn't drink just any soda. The bathroom didn't have an toilet paper or hand towels to dry your hands with. And finally, it's a family business, so you might see a few little kids "helping" by cleaning and taking your order. Overall experience I wouldn't go back to this place. My friend has been ordering a lot of food from this place since it opened up. Today she went in there and received poor customer service. The person who waited on her messed up on the order and she had to pay the difference. They did not give her any type of discount or anything free just to rectify the situation. The food is mediocre at best. The only saving grace is their SWEET POTATOES FRIES! I ordered online and 30 minutes later when I came to pick up the order the clerk told me they were out. I got no phone call from when I ordered to pick up about the issue. I asked if they were making more and didn't seem to understand the question and just kept saying they didn't have any.
