My husband and I come here on Tuesdays to get the diner burger special and 3 boneless wings. Our food is always good....except my veggies. I normally order veggies with my burger instead of fries. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order this, most of the pepper slices are slimy and old, like they have been sitting there for a few days. If these were cut up in the morning, there is no way they would be like that unless they were left out unrefrigerated. That really is my only complaint. The service is good most of the time. So, could you just please keep your veggies fresh? I never told the servers, and I probably should have. But I hope next time I am in there, the veggies are not slimy. read more

Came in with my brothers and their kids. Server was nice and did a good job, they were very good with the kiddos. The two claw arcade games ate the money and didn't work. My brother and I ordered wings, unfortunately they were under cooked. Big no-no. We showed the waitress and they took them to the back where I assume the manager told them to comp one of the mozzarella sticks my brother ordered for the kids. I usually go to the Wings ETC in Osceola but I found that this location is closer to me. The food was slow coming out considering it wasn't busy at all. I ordered a Beyond burger (Vegan Burger) but I'm upset that it's cooked next to a cow burger and probably next to the rest of the meats. This is what my waitress told me. I hope in the future when I come back they cook my Beyond Burger away from the dead animals. I know there is a restraunt in granger that has the Beyond Burger and they cook it on a different grill for us people that don't eat meat. My friend got macaroni but he said the noodles were overcooked and kind of soggy. The owner should contact Beyondmeat.com to register that he sells the Beyond Burger as he may sell more. read more

We have been 3 times since they opened. We usually go to the wings in Niles but this one is way closer so we were very excited when it opened. Service in the bar area has been great. Food has been what we have come to expect from wings. It's not a gourmet restaurant but a good place to go to grab some wings, drink a beer, and enjoy a game or two. We usually don't venture too far away from the norm. I get boneless wings (sweet chili cha cha and medium) and the bf gets hot. Fried pickles, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks are all good. Only thing I'm not crazy about on the menu is the Pork Tenderloin. Very thin and super tough. read more

BIG bowl has a tiny little sad excuse for of what I determined to be, after I put my glasses on, a "bowl" of chili in it with a napkin and spoon. I asked him if it was a mistake? I would give the Wings etc on Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana a negative 5 if that were an option. I have put in internet orders a couple of times and each time there has been a problem. I do not know the name of the manager at this location, but she definitely does not have customer service in mind. The first time I ordered, I was told they never received the order. She never offered to make the order for me or make any kind of concession. I vowed I would never deal with them again, but last week I decided to give it one more try. Evidently there was a problem with my credit card (I was never asked for the 3 digit code on the back) and the manager was very rude and definitely had an attitude. I was supposed to pick up my order at 4:45 p.m. and I got an email at 4:40 p.m. saying that the order could not be filled. I definitely will never give this location my business again. read more

My husband, his golf buddies and I have been very frequent diners since this establishment opened. The service has always been friendly and the wings always tasty especially alongside the tater tots! Last week we sat outside as the a/c was fairly chilly. We had an exceptional waitress, Abbi, who was not only very friendly and personable, but she was very quick to take our orders then brought everything out within 5 minutes! She had worked extra hours that day and made sure everything was perfect with us before leaving for the night. We will be sure to ask for Abbi as our server every visit! read more

So today I go to get my grandson 16 mild wings, after waiting about 15 minutes I get nice young lady helped me, well i get the wings place them in the car seat go about my business, get close to home all the sauce is in bottom of bag dripping all over my seat.... Went here to avoid the traditional BWs that we have in our area. Traditional Wings were great, crispy great taste, jumbo may have been exaggerated but I'd definitely give them 5 stars. My son ordered boneless with honey bbq, the wings were fine, but they didn't spin the sauce on, it looked like they put the wings in the basket and dumped the sauce over the top, I say that because the bottom of the wings didn't have sauce on them, bold strategy that was not the best choice. I ordered curly fries on the side to share and they were very good, not 2.99 good though and not enough to share. My husband and I went in about 2:30 on a Saturday. The place was not busy. We both order soft drinks and boneless wings, made differently with different sides. We got an appetizer too. The appetizer came quickly and was great. We waited and waited for the food. Finally she brought out the sides and apologized stating my wings hadn't been made. Another order was made first. My boyfriend and I thought the food was delicious! Especially the shrimps. It was around $23 for 16 wings and 10 fried shrimps, which to us is a pretty good price. I have come to this wings etc location three times and the past two times I've been there I have found hair in my food, once was twice in one stay. Their excuse the first time was that they had new people in the kitchen and that was two months ago. My second time there they got multiple items on our order wrong. Found hair in two of my entrees.
