Also looks like they moved to the front of the building, must be a good. UPDATE: Looks like this location may be closed down. The sign on the front of the building has been removed and it has not been open for a few weeks now. Just in response to the owner's comment on my review, like I said at the start my review and rating were SOLELY based on hours, as you were closed on Sundays which is prime wing and football day. Wingopolis is an Inglewood gem. Off the bat, Trevor is great people. Extremely humble, caring and most of all, grateful. Trevor is running a one man show so if patience isn't your best suit, I'd say you better find some because the wings are finger licking good. He's the one answering the phones, running the register and cooking the chicken. It's literally a one man show. Now onto the food: the wings are cooked perfectly. They've got this golden crisp brown crunch and flakes to them that was amazing every bite. I got half buffalo and half lemon pepper. I would say to get the sauce on the side since it's currently only take out so the wings do not get soggy. Also, if they do do a lighter version of the lemon pepper sauce, that would be great too as it was a little peppery. Above all, the wings were fire nonetheless. I'd gladly wait for these wings over Wingstop or BWW. The crinkle cut fries were also cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crunch and crisp to them. The Lemon pepper wings were skillfully coated with seasoning and surprisingly not salty. Although I didn't take any pictures, I left a graveyard of bones, being that the wings were flavorful and cooked to my preference. Apart from the food, I received excellent service and had an introductory conversation with the restaurant owner. I learned that Wingopolis is a relatively small business compared to other established wing spots. I recently moved to the area and will be visiting more frequently. I originally called and no one answered and to my surprise he called me back right away, he is very charismatic and genuinely cares about the customers and the food he serves. I excitedly placed my order a 20 wing combo I could get 3 flavors so I got (honey bbq, garlic pepper and lemony lemon pepper) for first timers the difference between lemony lemon pepper and naked lemony lemon pepper is how strong the flavor is, if you want more mild go with naked. My friend ordered a 10 piece cross over combo which is 5 wings and 5 shrimp tempura w fries his flavors were tangy citrus orange and honey bbq for the tempura. All together it came to around $63, he accepts cash or card. The order can take up to about 45 mins or longer depending, patience is a virtue. Once we got the order we couldn't wait to eat, the wings were delicious! Order from Wingopolis, trust me. Placed an order for some buffalo wings and some garlicky garlic pepper wings. I usually only judge places by their buffalo wings, and let me tell you, these are amazing. Great size (probably some of the biggest you'll see), good amount of sauce (but not too much; some places pour on the sauce and it leads to the wings getting soggy), the meat falls off the bone, and they're a really fair deal. The buffalo isn't hot, it's just a perfect medium with a true buffalo flavor. The garlicky garlic pepper is more like a garlic parmesan but it's made with real chunks of garlic which gives it a more authentic/unique flavor which is amazing. If I had to change anything, it'd be to have more sides (like mac n cheese or cajun fries; I've never been a fan of potato salad), hire more employees so I can order during the day for lunch or earlier in the week, and to make the wings just a bit crispier (but honestly that might just be because I left them sitting in the bag for an hour while I was talking to the owner and then on the drive home).
