After the work was completed and my vehicle returned, I discovered a significant coolant leak. The company offered to inspect the vehicle, but I declined due to concerns about the overall quality of the work. These concerns included a crack in the fan shroud, debris left in the engine compartment, and the company's response when I notified them of the leak: I felt as though they were blaming me instead of considering the possibility of an installation error. I then took my truck to a Toyota Dealership; they informed me that the leak was caused by the serpentine belt rubbing up against the upper radiator hose. According to several mechanics I've consulted, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should have noticed this issue and remedied it before returning the vehicle to me. As a result of this issue, I incurred additional costs for towing and corrective repairs. I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, but they declined, stating their policy regarding "customer-supplied" parts. I presented them with evidence that supports my opinion that this issue was caused by faulty installation, but they continued to deny any responsibility. The following is the last communication I received from one of the company's representatives after I informed them I would be posting my experience on social media platforms: "You were very obviously looking to exploit this situation for free services, your trying to take advantage of a small company and it's pretty sad but that's fine, if trying to take us down makes you feel like a man I wish you the best." They are honest, very down to earth and speak to you in very simplistic terms to help you understand your car. Also loving the fact that the shop is female owned! Each time I called or visited it was obvious that they were very busy handling multiple vehicles and customers. Despite that, Jerry was professional and took his time to listen and then explain all details. I had a slight delay because parts were not readily available but I was kept informed through the whole process and in the end I got my car back a few days soon than I expected. Transmission replacement is not cheap but you will get great service and a fair price here.

I was on my way for a week long vacation and my transmission blew I had a very long trip traveling…read morefrom Texas and was sitting on the road for 8 hrs memorial day weekend waiting for roadside service's I had to scramble all that weekend to figure out rentals and towing arrangements and found All Transmission World I contacted the shop and he was ready to jump on the job I had it towed there he sent me pictures of it being towed in and from there he sent me all photos of my transmission damages and they were far from good news it was almost a total loss and he gave me his quote and what it was going to take to get it fixed he worked with me on using a card over the phone and when ready to pick it up I was able to talk to the mechanic who worked on it and Anthony I believe was his name was very descriptive of everything he took my old parts out and had them in a box for me to take and he showed me each flaw in each component. I honestly couldn't tell you how true that is but when I asked for more explanation he was very rude and condescending and would not explain anything or give me any real details. I was asking questions about the codes that I saw and what kind of issue it might be, asking if it could possibly be electronic but all that I was told was that I am wrong and it is internal transmission failure. Being a younger woman I never know who to trust with my car but it was extremely off putting for me to get a nasty response when I am literally paying for this information. I should add that my check engine light went back off before I even brought it in and my car drives perfectly fine so I'm really at a loss here. And to top it all off after paying over $200 for this "diagnosis" I get in my car and there was trash and Doritos left on the floor. Super disappointing and disrespectful to say the least.

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!
