This review is for a delivery order only, so I can't comment on atmosphere or service at all I ordered the buffalo chicken dip, a house salad, wings and a cup of chili. Everything was packaged perfectly, separately so chips weren't soggy etc. The salad was fresh and crisp, served with 2 sides of ranch. The chili had lots of cheese and finely chopped onions. The chicken in the buffalo chicken dip was a bit dry but with all that cheese, it was fine. The wings were good and large as well For junk food, bar food, whatever you want to call it, it was pretty good! read more

Many moons ago, I spent a lot of time at Wing House. It was my go to spot but I haven't been in a long time and for weeks I've had this craving for boneless wings smothered in the hot garlic parmesean sauce. The sauce has always been a winner in my book and after the years, you can tell it's changed.. but damn.. it's still good. I'd buy it by the pint. What was disappointing was the amount of boneless wings that we recieved for $13. We did order the boneless, mozzarella sticks and pretzels. Both the boneless and sticks came out cold. Thankfully the server (Gabby) who seemed very green in the industry world made the whole interaction worth it. She was super friendly and fun to interact with and I'm glad she saved our experience. read more

This is a boys night out restaurant! People who come here fiend. Particularly, at this location, they don't have as much talent as other locations in the area. The bartender serving us named Angel had a cute face and beautiful straight brown hair. Wears glasses and has a nice southern accent. Totally an angel. All of the old guys at the bar were flirting with her. The breaded wings were not on par. I ordered all flats and didn't get that. Love the taste of their lemon pepper dry rub though. Had a great time here watching the PGA Championship after dialing in on the links! read more

I ordered a salad and my husband ordered boneless wings. She came back and said they could not serve me a salad because they were out of bowls?!?!?! They only have 2 or 3 bowls?!?!?! I said out on a plate. She came back and said she asked the manager and he said no. That's stupid. read more

Our friends were here for lunch today. They all said bad food and bad service. We came here tonight. They were correct. We ordered fried pickles for an app. They were ok but when we got to the bottom of the basket it was a pool of oil. The wings and sliders were ok but took a lifetime to get. Our waitress was more interested in playing on her phone than taking care of us. The GM stopped by our table, in his t-shirt, sweat pants and a hat on backwards, to let us know that if we needed anything to just let him know. Never saw him again. Not coming back. Bye bye read more

I usually don't write complaints but I'd had enough of this location. First and foremost the back kitchen was having an altercation about leaving, and the result of that caused my food being undercooked. This is a great location it's sadden me to know people don't care. read more

I ordered a to go order. The restaurant was dark and dingy. The wings were small and could have been cooked a little longer as the skins was really soggy after the wing sauce was applied. Wouldn't recommend them read more

This is supposed to be 5 garlic parm wings and 5 medium wings with a side of fries. What I got...LOL....is some random stuff....i think it's a hybrid of the two wings...not sure....what I do like....is the gamble...keeps you on your toes ....just call it the bartender surprise since that's what I keep getting...next time I sit down I'm gonna say "surprise me" since that is what happens anyway. BUT!!!!! I bet...whoever she's been texting while my order is being jacked up...has GOT the right text.....bet...on...that....idk how this place is still open as a restaurant...other then the butts....which is why I go....BUTT...if you want what you're paying for....as far as food goes....not gonna happen. So you get one star since the scale doesn't go the other way....5 for butts...negative 3 for food. Food bad. Butts good. I can't stop going...maybe 11 times... good butts...random food..... read more

Corporate greed at its best Price is extremely too high compared to other places. Example restaurant H sells a piece of chocolate cake for $5.99 WH $10.99 (for a slice of Betty Crocker) H sells Buffalo chicken salad for $10.99 WH $16.99 (ect ect) The last two weekends, my local WH was out of bottled Bud also when you're in the business of serving sticky finger food and you no longer provide wet naps. It says a lot. Speaking of a lot suggesting on the bill that you recommend 20%, 25% and 30% for a tip Restaurant H recommends 15%, 18% and 20% (and their staff are well trained) ARC group inc, get your act together!!! read more

worst food ever! We ordered cauliflower & onions straws. Could not even eat the onion straws to hard cold and dry, the cauliflower was a mushy mess couldn't even tell what it was. we do not recommend this place, time and temperature abuse on the products we ordered. I would Be very afraid to order for worry of possible food born illness. read more

Just a so-so wing-type place. Went there to watch a game cause we had concert tix for that night right across the street. Got there 90 minutes early because that's what we Bills fans are used to having to do. Could have gotten there right at game-time as it turns out. Girls who work there are cute, wearing the tight little bikini bottoms. But I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again. On the plus side, after we finished eating, they left us alone to watch the game, coming by occasionally to fill my soda glass. Sort of a "poor man's Hooters." read more

The original wings were good, the price outrageous though. Ordered pretzel bites, the "cheese sauce" served with them is disgusting. Stop watering down the sauce. It is as thin as water and no taste. Stick to Hooters if you enjoy pretzels and cheese. read more

Came for lunch at the bar today. Simple order, 10 traditional buffalo wings medium. Broke the bartender's brain with that because she repeated back to me completely different order. Got my wings and definitely not buffalo sauce, something sweet and brown on them. They also don't give you celery btw. Don't even tell you or ask if you want to pay for celery. Never able to get her attention again after that. Limited time on lunch break so just took them in a box and will add sauce later tonight to make them bare able. Btw, toilets don't flush and no paper towels in restroom. Epic fail and won't return. read more

I mean... Really? Have you ever felt a whiff that made your stomach turn and purge? Take new pictures of the mac and cheese or stop running the scam wherein you decide to waste people's times. My partner and I have not eaten since noon; it is now 10:30pm and we haven't had dinner. You might put the blame on us, but life gets busy and we like to have dinner together. Delivery was 1 hour and we wanted mac and cheese, and, so we waited. Delivery driver was very kind and courteous; to make up for the fact that this establishment is a lie. I'm hoping that a box of your bags got stolen and someone is running an underground "WingHouse at WingHouse.com" because there is noOoOooOooO way whatsoever you decided to pack the craft mac and cheese, and send it. I mean, if you cooked it in milk we would'ce eaten it but there was barely any butter on it. If the nacho's cheese wasn't packaged in a separate container; no chili; no jalapeños; no onions; no tomatoes; no lettuce. Come on. Be forreal now. The amount of money that the order amounted the doesn't compare to the amount of disrespect you have given food today. Shame on you. read more

The food was ok, the service was just ok. The ambiance was a very rude woman tending bar, swearing very loud while the manager allowed it. We will never go back as this is a very low class bar and grill. read more

Food bad even for bar food and overpriced. Service is fine. Ambiance is not good. Mostly old men or workers with many drinking too much and being loud and obnoxious. Has gone downhill over the past year. read more

I remembered having fond memories of WingHouse when I visited my brother in the past. I am not sure if it was this location, or the chain itself, but it has definitely gone downhill. My friend and I ordered s pitcher of sangria (even calling that is generous). It was a pitcher of watered down wine with a ton of ice. It was liking drinking water. We ordered a ton of food. The wings were pretty dry. They could have used more sauce. The nachos were also dry. They had very few toppings and were overall pretty bland. The only think that was pretty good were the chili cheese fries. read more

Wow this place has gone downhill quicker than a than a Prius with no brakes. I've been here in the past and it was closer to a 3 star restaurant but most recently it has done nothing but get worse. The service wasn't good as it took longer to get a beer than it does to make 15 wings. The food isn't horrible at this place but i definitely have had better wings, like a lot better wings. I've eaten at approximately 67 different wing restaurants and this ranks around 58th so nothing special. The ambiance was awful too , for starters the mens bathroom was disgusting and the ONLY toilet was clogged for at least 2 1/2 hours while I was there, multiple people told staff but yet nothing was done , guess they must like a toilet packed down with crap. The floors were sticky and to be honest the girls aren't it so save your self the time and money and go to McDonald's before you come here. read more

Originally from Philadelphia PA. Didn't realize this place was like a hooters. Went with my gf. We were greeted kindly. Good service. Food needs attention. Wings were average. We also got an appetizer spinach and artichoke dip. Looks like it was reheated in microwave. Also came in a paper cup with another restaurants name on it. Wing Sauces were good. The blue cheese came in a personal cup you open. Not such a bad thing. But not great either. We also got celery and carrots. They were not good brown and wilted. They charged $2 for it. In my opinion if you are going to charge someone. They should be fresh. Overall more quality control should be in here and it could be a decent place ! read more

When I'm looking for something fried and greasy, this is my go to. Their potato skins and pretzel bites single-handedly got me through junior year of college. read more

We did a togo order of 20 wings 10 mild 10 hot. We were told 30 minutes. An hour later, we still don't have our order of 20 wings. We wait another 10 minutes outside the establishment, we go in to cancel and get our money back and that's when they had our wings. So we get home open up the wings. My wings were bare, no sauce. No sauce on the side. The wings were double fried. Meaning they where fried and cooled down and then fried again to reheat making there crispy skin burnt. So not only we're my wings not hot, they were old, and unsauced. Extremely disappointed with the pinellas park us19 wing house and will not be back. We will stick with hooters and fergs wings. read more

The hostess, waitresses and bartender wear midriffs and thongs--so dehumanizing! We walked in and turned right around and left.

Okay so my initial reaction when I walked in the door it's fine everything's great I'm sitting at the bar it smells so sour it's nasty now I am a wing Burger fan but the smell of the sourness in this bar is gagging don't think I can eat here and I'll confidence because I'm ready to throw up in my mouth sis because I hate to not come back because I do like WingHouse but at these standards is very bad I'm sitting right inside the front door and it's so sour it's beyond I can't tell you enough how sour it is please fix it because I am a huge fan but it's bad no read more

Great food today. Huge buffalo chicken sandwich! Lunch service staff were friendly, great service. Will go back.

Crap. Service is grotesque. the food is grotesque. Called to express my displeasure but they were not concerneb=ned so here I am. Garbage,

Meh. Ordered two orders of wings. One traditional in Jamaican jerk sauce and one Buffalo (they are their non breaded with skin on wings) in garlic Parmesan sauce. I asked for them to be "extra extra crispy". They were not crispy what so ever. There was no garlic Parmesan taste at all- barely covered in any. Very bland. One star for the Jamaican Jerk sauce and an extra star for the good customer service the girls provided during pick up. That's about it. read more
