Post -Lions victory Sunday afternoon, a good time for wings. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality. First off, we ordered carry out and waited. Food was made fresh to order - hot fries, pillowy soft on the inside, crispy crunchy on the outside! Piping hot! The lemon pepper quality is so snob level, it had lemon zest! Just got off the road and this place was 5 min from our Air BnB. You can tell this place is always busy on Friday nights. As soon as we ordered a gang full of other people followed right behind us! I ordered the traditional wing meal with jerk sauce. My girl ordered the cauliflower wings with awesome sauce. They forgot to put the awesome sauce on her wings so she was upset immediately! They fixed it right away though. My wings were ok, I like my wings on the crispy side so I would've had them leave my mines in the oven a lil bit more if I had the option. Fries were just fries but you can elect to get some sauce on your fries, I'm just not that type of person to eat soggy fries. read more

LOL where do I begin? Strap in because this is gonna be a long one. TLDR: save yourself the stress and go to literally ANY other wingsnob location because the people who work here are rude and they will give you the wrong food, argue with you that it's actually the correct food and treat you like garbage in a lobby full of people. Today, I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered (2) Ten piece wings, both garlic parm and sweet chilli and large fry with 2 sides of ranch. When I grabbed my food and took it to the car, I saw there was only one ranch. Okay, fine it happens. I brought it back inside and ask for my other one. The cashier looks at my receipt and says "You were only charged for one." I say "I ordered 2 of the same meal, so there should be 2 ranches". She gives it to me, I leave. I get home and both of my meals are made incorrectly. Instead of sweet chili, we were given BRIGHT RED buffalo wings that were then dipped in sweet chili, as to not have to remake them. I know that they were wrong because my boyfriend and I both tasted one from each meal. I call up there and explain the situation, I'm told to bring all the food back with the receipt. I then have to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant, when I get there I'm greeted by the same cashier from earlier who takes a look at my wings, laughs in my face and proudly states "These are sweet chili wings honey." Besides being dumbfounded I definitely felt insulted. I told her that they were not what I ordered because I tasted them. I also come here every Tuesday and order the same thing. She goes to get the manager. Manager Sam comes out, and was quick to agree with the cashier that I was wrong. I said to him, taste the wings. I have no reason to lie. And he was talking over me, arguing me down and had the worst attitude about the situation. He didn't want to remake my food and suggested he just give me a refund. He's like "Do you not know sweet chili is spicy?" "What do you want me to do?" He asks me "What am I supposed to do with the food now, throw it away?" I'm like, at this point it matters very little to me what you do with the food. Why do I have to suffer because you made my food wrong. I tell him give me my refund because he's playing in my face, being rude and the man ignores me and walks away to the back. I was very kind in the beginning. I understand people make mistakes. But for him to argue with me in a lobby full of people and act like I'm trying to pull something shady is beyond me. I would bet a lot of money he wouldn't have had the same energy if I was a man. It wasn't until I shared with him that I don't just live down the street, and had drive 20 minutes he decided to change his tune and say he will remake the food. So I tried Wing Snob for the first time today, got 20 boneless. 10 Hot AF 10 plain. The wings were decent, better than BWW, not has good as DWC. Now that's not a bad thing as I feel that nothing beats DWC, but you get what you pay for. The sauce on my Hot AF was good, not unbearably hot or anything but it had a good kick, the plain ones had a nice crunch to them. Wings were a good size although some were a little dry. I am ecstatic to have a wing spot within walking distance! Although a take out spot, the aesthetic is warm and inviting. The employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful. Aside from the location, the wings are great. I've had the lemon pepper every time I've ordered, and varied other flavors in my orders. My husband likes the spicy chili, but they were a bit too spicy for me. The traditional buffalo and honey bbq were tasty, but I can't seem to stop ordering the lemon pepper. The option to add a side and drink is convenient when we both want something different with our individual orders. Seasoned fries are spot on, and their ranch isn't too thick or too watery. Food is decent, but overpriced. Didn't get one of the sauces we ordered which wouldn't be a big deal if the sauces weren't a dollar each. The amount of fries for the price was pathetic, also mine were beyond smothered in garlic Parmesan which I normally wouldn't complain but it was just an overkill. wings were really good but the service was quite bad. i ordered 20 min before coming and waiting 20 minutes when i got there. i also tried to use my Yelp 2 free chicken sliders coupon and they were confused when i tried to use it. the guy told me "okay we can give you the 2 free sliders but you can pay 5 dollars and I'll give you 4". Dude... What??? I only ordered it because it was free and now you want me to pay to get them? In the end I told him i wasn't paying for something that was advertized as free and they took it off the bill. Like I said though the wings were good but they seem super disorganized. Not too bad. I've been twice and tried lemon pepper, Asian chili (I think), and Cajun. All of which were better than decent, but not great. The fries are great when they're fresh too. Second time eating here and the wings are so dry. I like a crispy wing but these are beyond crispy. Also the seasoned fries are not good, taste like old grease. Ironically I like to consider myself a wing snob and these don't make the cut. I like the sauce options and the size of the wings but they fry them to the point of dryness. Came in for lunch order boneless with sauce on the side ... when I got my food noticed there was no sauce so went back in mind you I'm on break and the older guy that's bald says I have to pay for the sauce I did not want on my wings I'd rather have it on the side I said okay well never heard of that... it's super slow he keeps yelling at the poor girl in the front trying her hardest to deal with the lobby and phones as the manager proceeds to be rude to her in front of all is us! i was picking up paint from sherwin williams across the street --wings are some of my favs....tht said, they were expensive. had way too much salt. i got boneless and there was pretty big pieces but they had so much salt i could barely eat them. i will go back again and try something else---i dont like wet wings so the selection will be limited. the employee was great! read more
