The food is decent, but the people that own/run this place are rude as hell they need to improve social skills and to be more honest with their customer read more

Great place to pick up some wings before a football game easy and convenient for Hampton residence.

Love the food here! Fries are crispy, the food is fresh, and the service is amazing! All I ordered were chili cheese fries more recently, but they were nice and loaded up for me!! read more

Wing Ranch-Hampton - Nasty - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hampton, Georgia

I was not going to review this location. My father and mother frequents them. We come on occasion to eat with them. This day my sister was leaving town. So My finance and I came by. We sat with our family and friends. When we sat the young lady waitressing approached us. I told her we may be a minute as we were engaged in a passionate discussion. 2 more times she interrupted to obtain our order. As I understand the importance of urgency, the establishment is small enough so that even the kitchen could hear our conversation. That seemed to upset the waitress as she wanted to get on with the process and I wanted to speak. On the third time I ordered quickly and went back to conversing. My fiancé started ordering. Being a server for IHOP, in Fisherman's Warf SF, and also for Bridgetender, Tahoe City Ca, she has compassion for waitress. She is very accustom to high energy fast pasted restaurants. She also understands human nature. Every server we have ever had to not write down our order has failed. So when this young lady did not, my fiancé questioned her about the order. She stumbled with in my perspective means she may get it wrong. The young lady mis spoke about what type of cheese. She was corrected once she asked the owner. When the food came out, I knew we had problems. The underneath of my strips were littered with grill grit and were very hard. My fiancé's meal came out 5 minutes after looking pitiful. Her strips had more grill gunk and the lettuce looked bad. Yes when a person is hungry and then gets something inedible, they will be hangry afterwards. There was no apology given and she has to ask to have it removed. read more

We ordered carry out last night. Wings, fries and a burger. Asked that wings and fries be well done. No restaurant ever gets this right. We picked up our food, brought it home, opened it and everything was PERFECT! Thank you SO much for an excellent meal! read more

This is one of the crappiest places I've been lately. Their menu is simple and small. I ordered a chicken strip sandwich. Comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. I asked if they had cheddar cheese and I was told no, only american. Which is odd because they have a provolone burger and cheddar wraps. I added the cheddar to my sandwich once the clueless server confirmed they had it. I asked for no tomato and no pickle. She did not write my order down which is so unprofessional and which coincides with her lack of compassion and hospitality, which is paramount in the service industry. The 3 tiny, over-cooked, blackened (and not cause I asked for it) strips were laying on an orange bun ( that was my cheese! Yay!) Dry- no mayo or any offered. The lettuce was yellow and small. No onion either. After I scraped the charcoal black sh!t off my leathery strips I still attempted to eat it. Nope couldn't. It was so tough I could barley bite it. I returned it and asked to take it off the bill. The owner lady who was cooking did not come out and try to make it right. No sorry from the server, no nothing. And that is A-OK. Restaurant karma will return the favor. Oh yea, and I've seen that lady smoking back there, not this time around but I have. read more

Wing ranch is amazing !! Please understand it's a family business. I really don't understand how people can be negative when you eat at Waffle House and the service is not always up to standard they give a lot of young people a chance to have a Job and I love them also the owners are also great people. Also and another things the price is freaking fair you know how much wings are right now I'm lucky to still get wings for this low and it still good :) I'm part of the wing ranch family and forever will be :) read more

Posted store hours are 12 to 6 on sundays. I called a couple times to try to place an order. No answer. Went up to the place and it was closed this was at 1:56 PM. read more

Fries are nasty. Service was good, but the wings were small and the sauce was cheap and not good flavor. Onion rings were mostly batter.

Love it, great service, happy to support it. Definitely get the tenders, can't beat it. read more

I eat here a good bit, but after picking some up on Wednesday i got the worst case of food poisoning. Wound up in the hospital getting fluids. I dont care if its a one off experience, this kind of thing shouldnt happen even once. You couldn't even pay me to eat here ever again. Please stay away and dont let your friends go either. read more

Chances are I will NEVER eat here again my family and I have been eating at this place for years literally years and I'm not talking about just once or twice a month literally once and twice a week the first time I have a problem with The wings that I ordered the people in the restaurant gave me attitude then the owner called me and yelled at me. Not to apologize or to actually hear what happened but to yell absolutely ridiculous Such a shame!! I mean how much customer service can you from a chicken spot.... so happy that taco Mac is open!!!! read more

So we go to the Wing Ranch in Hampton and we order a pitcher of Jailhouse Slammer Wheat. The only pitcher price on the menu is $8.00 for another brand. When we pay our bill the waitress informs us that she isn't sure what to charge for a pitcher of beer. She ask the cook, who also doesn't know. So he calls the owner on the phone and says a pitcher of beer is $15.00. So needless to say, we won't go back there. One waitress and one cook and ridiculous beer prices. No wonder they had a 2 1/2 star rating on Yelp! read more

This place was awesome. Very friendly staff, everyone smiled when I spoke to them. This was my first time trying this place out, while I was in the area I decided to stop by and the food was awesome. I got 50 wings and fries for the family and they killed it, give this place a try. read more

The wings aren't bad but they are SMALL !!! I'm used to H J Wings and Things in Peachtree City and those wings are H-U-G-E !!! I would hope that Wing Ranch will source a new supplier and get away from 'dwarf' wings because they are actually pretty tasty! Just too darn small !!! read more

I don't know why someone would hate a place that serves fried food and actually gives you fried food lol. Weird. Anyways I moved to Hampton about 7 months we order wings from here at least one time every week. They tell us the time we show up and it's never really long. The only thing that happened one time was we ordered like 8 different orders of wings and 2 of the flavors were switched with the honey. Other than that if you want good wings only place in the area for that! read more

Food is terrible and the service is worse, Kelly the girl who helped us was the rudest person I've ever dealt with! This place is a waste of store space!!!! Don't waste your time or money on this place. read more

Wings are always good, tenders tossed in garlic Parmesan are the best. Staff is always friendly, really good food. Will always give them my business read more

Wing ranch and I have a kind of a love hate relationship. Sometimes I love the food and other times I'm incredibly disappointed with it. The wings tend to only be good when Big Al is working the grill. When anyone else is they are very subpar and disappointing. The burgers have always been good to me -- though last time I ate there as well as three of my friends our stomachs were a bit upset for a while not sure if it was the food or not though. It's a pretty good place, the wait staff is friendly, they could do a bit better. They an alright beer selection. They also have a huge television in there which is nice for games. read more

Just a little heads up to anyone who eats at the Wing Ranch. They WILL serve food that has fallen on the floor. I have seen it many many times. They don't care and its disgusting. I would always check your food. read more

went after dropping the grandkids off at home-decided to give this place a try, as had a taste for wings thought they were very good, bit on the small size but cooked nicely, had good flavor and they went down quickly found the staff friendly, only took about 10 minutes for order to be ready. will go again. read more

Horrible service, the food takes forever and did I mention horrible service? Will never go here again!

Decided to give this place another try since the last time wasn't great either. That was about a year ago. Ordered a chicken philly and the entire sandwich was burnt. Not just a little but to the point of one side of the chicken, onions and peppers where completely black. Also the amount on the sandwich was very little. Way more bun than chicken, pepper, and onions. Kids chicken fingers where burnt as well. Like the grease was entirely too hot...chicken wings where very small and the taste wasn't great. Wish it was better since it is so convenient. When we first moved to Hampton in 2006 we used to eat there all of the time. The food has gone downhill since then. I will say the two young ladies at the front were very pleasant. read more

These are the smallest wings I've ever had. Maybe if they were organic smoked wings that took some time to make it would be worth the price. We also ordered Mozzerella sticks and they were cold, but who's counting those? The wings were miserable and it's called Wing Ranch, good luck. read more

After returning home with a call-in order my son had to return food that was not right. The food was taken to the back and hot sauce was poured on the food and returned to him. After he returned home I called Wing ranch to talk to the manager (Kelly) about the food. She (kelly) cursed at me and told me if I did not like the food don't come back, it seemed as if I was the only one Bitching about the food. WOW!!! what service its ashame they were great at one time. We will not be back. We will also tell everyone we know about this. facebook is a wonderful tool, the word will spread fast. read more
