Big Doon's has a friendly, down-home vibe that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in…read more The staff are genuinely hospitable and bring a nice personal touch to the experience. As for the food, the ribs though advertised as incredibly tender were good but didn't quite live up to the hype. They weren't tough, but they also weren't that "falling-off-the-bone" kind of tender many rib I look for. The baked beans were solid and flavorful enough to complement the meal. The fried okra had a great crisp texture, clearly fried with care, but it was missing any noticeable seasoning, which made it feel a bit flat flavor-wise. Overall, Big Doon's offers a friendly atmosphere and satisfying comfort food, though the kitchen could take the flavor up a notch to match the warmth of the service.

Instead of them letting me know they ran out, they just sent me 40 wings. You can't just send people the wrong food without an explanation. I'm south Asian and needed some rice yesterday. But if you want to eat whatever they want to give you, this is the place for you lol. The lemon pepper wings were really good though. These wings are mini sized. Each wing has two bites in them. I liked it because it was easy to finish 10 of them. If that's not your thing, skip this place.

You can tell they don't just toss on sauce and call it a day. Every wing is juicy, well-seasoned, and completely satisfying. The burgers are also excellent. Big, flavorful, and done right. Unlike a burger I had here before (a long time ago lol), the ones I've had since aren't messy or falling apart halfway through eating. They're cooked well, hold together nicely, and actually let you enjoy the flavors without wearing half of it home. The sides and drinks take things to another level. The peach tea is smooth, refreshing, and sweet, sweet, sweeeeeeet. It pairs perfectly with the food. And the Cajun ranch cheese fries are incredible. Delicious fries, bold seasoning, creamy ranch, and just the right amount of cheese. They're SO addictive in the best way. On top of the great food, the people here truly make the experience better. Everyone is kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You don't feel rushed or ignored. They take the time to make sure your order is right and that you're enjoying everything. Overall, this spot checks every box. Amazing wings, solid burgers, standout sides, great drinks, and friendly service. It's the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit

My salad was fresh and my one piece of toast that was cut in half was warm when I got home. The two small bags of Ranch salad dressing was insufficient for the size of salad received. Unfortunately I didn't have any other dressing at home so I tried making something with items in my kitchen. That was a fail! Next time I will either stop at Aldi to buy a bottle of salad dressing or pay for extra at the restaurant. Had I parked and went inside, I would have discovered this issue at the restaurant. Lesson learned. The outside of this location was free of trash and clean. There were several people at the window getting orders together. Unfortunately I lost sight of my credit card and it looked like it was laid down on the counter next to the monitor. I saw when one of them picked my card up and gave me it and my receipt.
