the worse customer service I ever had in my life. The driver forgot my food....I call back and the front desk girl of course didn't apologize. I then ask for the manager....the person who answered the phone said the manager is busy. She was VERY RUDE which prompt me to ask for a refund instead of waiting another hour for my food. Two hours later JOE the driver comes back with my refund and says "what?!?" "It's a mistake I'm not apologizing." Blech, Blech, Blech. We had a yen for wings so why not try a place called Wing King for delivery on a rainy Wednesday night. We ate 4 wings out of the ten we ordered and threw the rest out. Had a bad experience where an item was missing from my lunch order...instead of the "manager" trying to accommodate the situation or even compromise, he argued me down that I didn't order the item. The negative reviews for this wonderful establishment disappoint me. Wing King has THE BEST pizza in the area. Their wings and sauces are top notch. The hoagies and steak sandwiches come on fresh Amaroso rolls - can't get any better! The salads are great, and the quesadillas are a welcomed change to most pizza places around here. The appetizer selection is humungous. They started selling ice cream and water ice too, though I haven't tried it. If you eat in you can BYOB. Clearly, I have enjoyed Wing King food many times. In addition to the great food, the owners do a lot for the township. They are involved in many parades and donate to many sports teams. I do not LOVE their wings but I LIKE them. However, their Sicilian pizza is EXCELLENT! It has just the right crisp, the dough has flavor, the sauce is perfect and the cheese is delicious. My friends and I often order their Sicilian pizza. Sometimes for a party I will order it "cut into smaller slices" so that my guests can pick at it as an appetizer alongside other foods. Don't order for delivery from this place. Each time I ordered my food to be delivered, the food arrived cold. Last night I finally called to complain about my pizza arriving cold. First, I was told that it was impossible for my food to have arrived cold (even though it took them over an hour to deliver), then I was told that I will be given a credit for a free pizza and to call back when I was ready to reorder my pizza. Let me start by saying, wing kings food is pretty awesome. They have the best cheese quesadillas EVER.they serve with it this ranch salsa stuff..delicious!! The garlic bread they give you is so good, and I don't eat bread. I've never ordered a full salad, but the side salad they gave was the best side salad I've ever had. Tons of green leafy lettuce,croutons were fresh. My husband loves the eggplant parm sandwich. Never had a bad experience until tonight. I got spaghetti. At least, it was supposed to be. I got wet noodles in orange water. No joke. I can't even call it sauce. It was the grossest spaghetti I've ever had. My husband has a side of spaghetti, same thing. I'm so so disappointed. I'm not trying to give a bad review, on the contrary, I'm hoping the owner reads these reviews to get some feedback. We will definitely order again, just never ever the spaghetti. This place does not even deserve 1 star! My office would order from this place at least once a week and today I ordered with a friend, we ordered 2 baked ziti lunch specials at $4.99 each (so we thought) I asked for my total and the lady on the phone quoted me $10.14 and told me it would be 30-45 minutes. Over and hour goes by and after calling the store to follow up the delivery guy finally shows up and I hand him the money. I start to walk away and he calls me back to tell me the price is $14.45! Slightly confused on the raised price (i knew it took long for them to deliver but I didn't think it was so long that the prices went up) he calls the manager. He didn't answer his phone. I then gave him the store's # to call, he does and the manager Mike Smallcock gets on the phone and tells him "that's the price to bad". The delivery guy then hands me the phone and he proceeds to give me attitude telling me "if I don't like it then send it back". I informed him the lady on the phone gave me the price and he said, "she was wrong and didn't have time to call me back and to just send the food back, I asked if this is really how he runs a business and he hung up on me! As my entire lunch hour is now over I decided to send the food back rather then give them another cent. The friend I ordered with tried to call back and the manager, Mr. Smallcock refused to get on the phone. They lost an entire companies business today over $4.00. Word to the wise, if you want good food and good service call another local business and stay away from Wing King! Ps. I went here for lunch and I got one of the specials for the day. It was a chicken cheesesteak plus fries and a soft drink for around $9 or $10. It was alright. I expected better because my friend said he heard really good things about this place. I asked for ketchup and I honestly didn't know what I was eating. It was like a cross between ketchup and bbq but tasted like neither. But all in all, the chicken cheesesteak was alright. It was a little bland though. Not much on it. It could use a little more cheese and maybe some sort of seasoning. The bread they put it on is great though. If I ever come back, I'll try their wings since that's what they're about. I'll judge the place upon that. But aside from that, I don't think I'll come back. There wasn't anything too great about the place. Also, the seating was a bit awkward. I just left this establishment with several meals for my family. One of the items was an order of Jalapeno fries. As my wife picked through the Jalapenos we found a rock in the fries. The rock was the same color and size of a Jalapeno. I went back to the establishment trying to understand how something like that could happen. Their response was to offer to make another order of fries, essentially dismissing my claim and making a liar out of me. I wish they would have called me a liar directly, that way I would have had a reason for kicking someone's ass right on the spot. Now, I regret not asking for my money back. However, reporting the incident to the Health department will hopefully bring some closure. Otherwise, this incident is true. It is not made up. I have no motivation for going to this length of trouble in writing this review, since I have never written a review before. The point is to inform enough people that someone working in this establishment must of thought this as some sort of prank but didn't have the balls to step up when asked. Recently on a road trip we stopped for the night in moorestown, nj. Very tired and hungry we called wing king and ordered buffalo chicken pizza and mild (sissy) wings. When the pizza arrived it was so hot (flavor not temp.)no one could eat it. We do like hot food but this was ridiculous. I promptly called and explained the rude woman said sorry it comes hot unless you order mild. I told her we ordered the wings mild why didn't you advise us yhen? She said sorry "click" I called right back and asked what are you going to do about this she said "nothing you should have ordered mild" I sent an email to the owner to no respone. I spent $45 on a dinner no one ate (the wings are sopping in marinara goop. Horrible) and then had to go buy another meal so my family could eat. My associates and I ordered from this establishment for lunch on 12/20/16. Once the ordered arrived, we saw that they screwed up, and my co-worker was given a sandwich not even remotely close to what she ordered. Of course, mistakes happen but the owner, Mike Babcock, couldn't be bothered to make the customer happy and rectify the situation. In fact, he wanted us to drop what we were doing, at work, and drive more than 20 mins to swap out the food that he screwed up. Mind you, this was advised through his associates because he was, in my opinion, too much of a pussy to come to the phone and speak with his upset customer(s). On top of all that, he advised the order taker to hang up on me, as well as blamed my co-worker for not giving the correct order in the first place. When I shut that lie down, by advising 3 different people could attest that the correct order was advised, she then blamed my coworker for not listening when she read it back -which she never did. Keep in mind, Mike's excuse was his drivers were too busy and he didn't have any available. However, when I called back after little miss order taker hung up on me, I spoke with a driver, for more than 5 minutes. Obviously, his drivers aren't too busy if one can carry on a conversation for certain duration of time. Mr Babcock needs to keep in mind that this establishment, of over 200 hundred employees, orders lunch on a daily basis, not to mention several catered lunches monthly. We have access to drug reps that spend hundreds of dollars on lunches to keep us happy and plethora of current and potential customers. This abhorrent customer service has been noted and the word has been spread. No business will ever be done with this establishment again, not by us or the people we work with. Great job, Mike. I hope the $6 mistake was worth the thousands that you'll lose in business. There's far too may other restaurants around, that provide great customer service and food that actually tastes good, to return to this sub-par grease pit. read more

Alright. Only reason I know about this place was because they dropped of menus to two different places that I have worked at. However....where I work now they order from them RELIGIOUSLY. I'm talking 3-4 times a week. We always joke with the drivers on how we keep this place in business. So today a few of my coworkers & I decided to order out. I got a large plain pie (which I was splitting with 2 other people) that came to $19 with the tip. My other coworker ordered a tomato & cheese grilled cheese that came to $12 with the tip. I asked the lady that was taking the order if I can pay the pie on the card & the rest in cash. She said okay she would just have to put it on 2 different tickets. I said okay & didn't think anything of it. She asked if I wanted to tip the driver I said yes $6 & hung up. When she told me the price I thought it sounded weird but just shrugged it off. When we the food got to us we decided to take a look at the receipt. This broad charged us 2 delivery fees....when the food came at the same time...to the same place....by the same driver. Her first screw up. My coworker opened her grilled cheese to find it was just bread, tomato & butter. Horrible! You charged us 2 delivery fees & I tipped the guy a total of $8. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! When we called back to complain the lady could give any shits. She really sat on the phone & argued back & forth with us like we aren't regular customers that spend over $50 a week at this damn place. We all agreed they won't have our business anymore.
