This place looks like a regular wing restaurant, but it's more of a slow fast food joint with you having to order at the counter. They have appetizers, but orders here all come out one ticket at a time. You will get ALL of your food together at the same time. The day we came here, there were two very slow cooks in the kitchen. They seem to only have one cashier that doubles as a waitress, hostess, and busser! There was a manager not doing much until they seemed to get a rush. The food (1 burger combo and loaded fries with 3 different boneless wings) took 20 minutes to arrive and we were pretty much the only ticket the kitchen had. The food itself was pretty darn good and presented well though. I do like that they have daily specials. The $0.50 daily boneless wings with purchase of fries or the carrots is a great deal. Looking forward to trying their regular wings, but I might take them to go since they take a while when you dine in. The garlic Parm wings tasted bland. I told her that Tabasco is old and probably spoiled. The date on the bottle was May 2022! It was way passed the expiration date ! 1 year and 5 months old. Pleasantly surprised by these wings. We are from Buffalo and while they don't taste like home, they were the only ones we've tried down here that come close. Poor customer service. Recieved a tray of fries withover half of it being the burnt ends....heavily salted. Been here before and have never had such crappy food. Besides the fries being room temperature or less than warm they were heavily seasoned or salted as if they were fromyhe bottom of the fry warmer. When brought to the assistant manager, his reaction was a "ok" and turned around and continued laffing with cowrker. Lack of training????? Or just didnt care??? Don't get takeout here during the lock down. Food was terrible. The chicken strips smelled and tasted like fish. The bread was old. The fries were soggy. I don't know if they are trying to get rid of their old food before it spoils and they close, but please save your money and go elsewhere. My son and I stopped in to this chicken wing restaurant yesterday because it was next to Lowes home improvement store. I ordered a 5 wing combo meal and my son ordered a chicken strip meal. For my 5 wing combo meal, I ordered two sauces instead of the one choice that would have come with the order (blue cheese sauce and Thai sesame sauce). I received ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese. The chicken wings were undercooked and the fries, that came with the order, were glistening with oil and limp. Obviously they were fried in oil that was not hot enough. It was disgusting! $8.49 for this. 2.) My son's chicken strips were miniscule in size and tasteless. $7.99 for this. 3.) The fried mushrooms that my son and I shared were equally tasteless. $6.99 charged for 9 mushrooms. You would expect the combo meals to include soft drinks from the self serve soda dispenser...not here. They were $2.29 each for a medium size cup. I told my son as we were leaving there that ordinarily I would describe a restaurant meal that I did not like as "disappointing". But this one was "insulting".
