09/12/23 Like any other day on my lunch break I stopped at Chick-fil-A in Trenton to buy a combo sandwich and 1/2 unsweet tea & lemonade, drinking the drink I felt something on the straw and then on my tongue and it was part of a fingernail in my drink. Terrible service. Went to pick up a curbside order and they never came out. It was two orders, mine and my friends. We waited for over 40 min figuring that maybe they were just that busy since it was lunch hour and there was a lot of people. Finally we call. They give us run around so we got off. They didn't even have her order on the system until she gave them the order number then they found it. My order had been sitting in the curbside area. I got upset and asked to speak to a manager. I told them my food had been sitting there and it was cold. They literally took the old order off my hands and gave me a new one. Last time! lol read more

I've been to this chickfila many times without a problem. Most times I go to the drive through with no issues. However, today we decided to order dine-in. Everything was fine until our food arrived. I ordered my spicy sandwich with the bun extra burnt. When it arrived, it was not burnt at all. When I asked an employee if they could fix it, she gave me a snarly look and rolled her eyes. As if me asking her to do her job was too much of a hassle! Not only that, she looked at her coworker while I was still standing there and made a mocking face. This Chik Fila used to be spot on perfect! All of a sudden in the last month things have gone to shit. The food is gross, and the last 3 times I've picked up curbside my order has been wrong or incomplete. First they gave me a salad with no dressing when I requested 2 of the same dressings, twice! Then they forgot my fries, when I upgraded to a large fry, then my chicken sandwich tasted nasty so I couldn't even eat it. Half the time my chicken nuggets are all fat and inedible. Flirts time ordering curbside today at 11:25, parked and told them I was there at 11:33 and had to get down at 11:40 because they never brought my food. I put my order in early to not have to wait in line as I'm limited on my lunch time. Disappointed as I assumed this was suppose to be a faster route but wasn't. And lastly, when I began to eat I didn't have any of the condiments I requested not a fork for my salad. They were not rude, but disorganized! Worst of all The Mac was absolutely horrific ! It looked like someone had leftovers and they threw it in a bowl and served it up! Terrible Mac n cheese! Good food, cheap price and friendly staffs. The table and chair decorated with fresh flowers, clean restroom. The restaurant open few hours til 11:30am during flash flood 6-21st-2018. They are so nice during this difficult time for customers and staffs, the boss worries that some employees couldn't make t home if the road is flooded.So they closed early today. This is one of my favorite Chick-Fil-A's in the valley. The owner Rudy is Really attentive and driven to make sure your order is correct. I remember going through the drive thru and my card was charged $5 out of my $7 order and he kindly covered the rest of the fee... I cried in my chicken wrap, and my daughter was happy. I used the app to order food for take-out, while I was on the north side of campus. The food was ready and handed to me as soon as I walked in the door. It literally took them less than 5min (the time it took me to drive here) to make. The last location I ordered from had me waiting an extra 15min after I got there. So, I'm extremely impressed and pleased with the service at this location. read more

Instead of giving useless information not related to the service or food, I'll review the business. I have eaten at this Chick-Fil-A on and off for the past six years or so. Rarely do I get bad food or bad service. I can't recall when I received cold fries or a bad bird. I'd recommend it in lieu of McDonalds if you're in the area. Especially if you want a milkshake. It seems McDonalds' shake machine is always broken. read more
