Full scoop of each the signature factory tasted like an average chicken salad nothing special while the creamy cilantro avocado had more avocado and bland chicken taste to it than anything i couldn't taste any cilantro and it needs to be seasoned my wife ordered a famous Waldorf chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread but I don't know how that ended up for her as we picked up and I brought mine home and she had hers at work. However, in the Houston area, I don't seem to land on places that offer both brisket and boneless chicken. So, in Houston, I get brisket and turkey ... and I'm still a happy camper. At this Cowboy Chicken, I asked if I could get chicken as one of the 2 meats and if it could be (a) boneless piece(s). The young lady helping me said that I could and was very helpful.
