The company shrugged the shoulders and told us there was nothing they could do, and that it was an "upgrade". One motion-sick trip later, we called up, nothing was offered, but they swore that the return trip a few days later would be the 33-person passenger bus that we paid for. What came was a 24 person passenger bus. Luckily there were some people who could carpool with others, otherwise we would have run out of space. They refunded $100, and never apologized. Do not use.

When they started asking me for the details of what I needed it for, I mentioned it was for my wedding. This prompted an immediate transfer to their "weddings" department. At their "weddings" department, I had to start over and explain what I needed. They must not have realized that I had already received a full quote from their "non-weddings" department because they quoted me $1,900. When I asked them why it was going to cost an extra $800 for my wedding (same number of hours, same location), they said they offer a "premium" service for weddings. So naturally I asked what that entailed. Their answer? The drive wears a tuxedo. I asked if they could just let the drivers wear their normal outfit and save me $800 and they said no. They rudely followed this up with "If you're looking to save $800 maybe we're not the company for you". So they're not the company for me. Fine. They also shouldn't be the company for you. Who wants to pay $800 for their limo driver to wear a tuxedo? $800? Am I buying him or her a tuxedo? TL;DR? They are rude on the phone and seem to think that a wedding justifies a massive price increase with negligible benefit (you be the judge) for the same service. I think that's bad service.

On Labor Day Monday, I took the Hampton Luxury Liner from Manhattan to Montauk. I thought the bus…read morewas going to be full since it was a holiday. It was empty. Excluding me and the driver, there were about 10 passengers. I had two seats to myself. And speaking of seats, they were very comfortable. There was decent legroom (I'm 6'1"). Initially, I couldn't find the outlet. I eventually discovered that it' was hidden under the seat. And unlike the Hampton Jitney, the bus wasn't covered with a tacky looking wrapping. The bus left Manhattan at 1 PM. It was scheduled to arrive at Montauk at 4:15 PM. It arrived at 3:28. And with that said, the ride was far from perfect. The bus was as bumpy as a school bus. It was pure torture. The driver seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He wasn't mean, just apathetic. Other than checking in people and announcing the stops in a soft voice, he said nothing. I paid $34 which is reasonable. The Luxury Liner doesn't run nearly as frequently as the Jitney or LIRR Montauk branch. Furthermore, you don't get the VIP treatment like on the Hampton Ambassador. If you're looking for a no frills experience and you don't care about comfort then the Luxury Liner is ideal.

Phone number linked on their website (which is still up) goes to a new owner that doesn't operate any limo or party bus. I spoke to the manager we dealt with, Necole, and apparently she got scammed too by the owner. She's owed at least 10 weeks pay and the owner, FADY ISAK, screwed over all his employees. He allowed them to take reservations knowing that he couldn't fulfill them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Who knew yoga and goats are the perfect combination. This was my first yoga class and the goats…read morehelped make it an enjoyable experience. Our instructor was terrific and was able to focus on the class with the added distraction of goats running around and some Yogi's only there for the libations. Thanks to our instructor I was able to follow her instructions and keep up with the class, not bad for a newbie. The goats were cool and did not get in our way most of the time. The goat handlers did a great job preparing the goats and handing out food to us to feed the goats. There were a couple of accidents but the poop easily rolls off the yoga mats. Thanks to Drew for setting up this complicated event. This event had the added bonus of proceeds going to charity.

Nothing like a bunch of cuties running towards you. They were so friendly and adorable, and very chill about being pet. As much as I'm not a yogi, the class from Cocomotion was fairly easy to follow, and the instructor was extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient. I liked that she brought an upbeat playlist that included some pop music. Made it much more fun to follow. The biscuits from Main Road Biscuit Co. were incredible, as is everything they make. The honey butter and peach jam took them above and beyond. The LIV distillery was a bit of a let down for me today. They didn't seem too thrilled to have us there- the bartenders were extremely unfriendly. I've had pleasant experiences here before, so was really shocked at the shift in hospitality. Additionally, the Bloody Marys were eh. Long Island Spirits makes an amazing Bourbon, so I'd been hoping for a drink option involving that. Overall, super cool event. I laughed all morning, which was much needed. I pet lots of goats. And I got a sweet Yelp swag bag. What more could you ask for?
