To be honest, the location is gorgeous with large wooden benches indoors and opening up to a large field and stage area with seating for live music outside, all along a water front. But again, the pizza. With ingredients including house-made mozzarella, hot soppressata and Mikes Hot Honey, the oven fired pizzas made fresh to order are the star of the show. The unique brews on draft vary constantly and are sure to please whatever you palate is in the mood for. If you are on line for the bar, you can see the drink selections on the floor mounted menus while waiting to speed up your choices. Bar tenders are friendly and can help make selections according to your preferences. There is also plenty of parking. Side note, a wedding party was heading down from the second floor of the building when we visited, so if you are looking to host a party you may also want to inquire about options here taking into account the available views.

It was fairly warm outside, so we chose to sit on the patio, which was beautiful, enclosed, and had heaters. We each enjoyed a tasting and each glass was more enjoyable than the last. We also ordered some chocolates to go with our wine on the recommendation of our server ( and it was an excellent choice). Our server was friendly and engaging and very knowledgeable about the wines ( and chocolate) ). There is inside seating along with a beautiful tasting room set in a very modern decor. They have a really nice outdoor wooden deck and I bought a few bottles to go. But did I mention the goats. Give me all the cute goats! Me and my friends were obsessed! The vineyard has grown over the years with a new tasting room having been built including a patio and outdoor seating area. There is a good selection of wine with most having won awards for taste and quality. This is a family run business and one of the family is usually present for any questions. Joining the Wine Club is also an option for receiving a regular selection of wines throughout the year and the potential for discounts on purchases. The pictures that may be attached to this review are many years old from a previous post/review and are of the old building/tasting room. I choose not to remove them for nostalgia purposes. You will be able to see how the vineyard has grown over the years.

My husband got the Red Flight. So you are constantly shuffling with people waiting to be seated and leaving. Also with these stairs, it is not wheelchair friendly. This also makes it difficult for families with a stroller as this vineyard is kid friendly. Now the wine. We each got a "mystery flight." We were given 4 different wines and we had to figure out what it was. If we got them all correct, the flight is free. We didn't them all correct at all. This concept itself is fun and definitely creates for good conversation as everyone puts their input into their guesses. We weren't a fan of the wines either. We just didn't think they tasted good. There is some food offerings here, but we didn't get any. We agreed that we wouldn't return here. One and done.
