Wines & More has 3 locations - Mansfield, MA; Walpole, MA; and Wareham, MA. This was my first time going to a Wines & More and I went to the Walpole, MA location. The store is located in The Walpole Mall with Old Navy, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble, Aspen Dental, and so many other stores. There are plenty of parking spaces. When I walked into Wines & More, I was surprised by how big the store was. It was very organized. On the left is The Gourmet Shoppe with dips and spreads, snacks, and other items. On the right and throughout the store, you'll find wine, spirits, beer, cider, mixers, and so much more. All the aisles are labelled. I came in looking for a particular Prosecco and I had checked on their website prior to make sure it was in the store. A staff member came up to me asking if I needed assistance. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he seamlessly bought me to it. I was so happy because I've been looking for it for a while. I will definitely be coming back to Wines & More in the future. The prices are reasonable. read more

Terrible customer service, casual racism joking in the store as people are shopping. Lazy employees I had to ask one of the 4 employees in the office to help. Asked Ted for a recommendation, spoke condescendingly the whole time and was not even a good suggestion in the end. Don't waste your time go to palumbos or even Yankees probably a better experience and way cheaper- just 5 mins up the road. read more

The Wines & More loyalty program issues vouchers that state $XX off your next purchase. When I tried to use the voucher to buy alcohol I was told it did not apply to any alcohol purchases. The cashier agreed the voucher should clearly state what it can be used for but she did not offer me any recourse about the error on their own voucher. Needless to say there are too many competitors within a short distance for me to shop. They lost a customer. read more

Horrible attitude from the woman working when my 65 year old grandmother simply needed help carrying a box to the counter. The woman at the register proceeded to kick both of us out, and rudely stated that we were "caught on camera", as if we had done something illegal. My grandmother then asked if she could simply come in alone (since what she needed was already at the counter) and the cashier refused. The next store we went to was much more understanding and thankfully, a lot less tacky and trashy. Will not be returning here again. read more

This place is awesome! They have a huge selection of wine, beer, and liquor at drastically different price points. They also have great novelty items such as gift baskets, bar snacks, and wine ice cream. The staff are also super friendly and willing to help you find whatever you need. They building is HUGE and the aisles have plenty of space for browsing. They always have everything I want and things I didn't even know I wanted! I hope wines and more is around for years to come because they absolutely are my new go to spot! read more

Booze for days!!! Aisle after aisle of any and all things to get you inebriated in no time. Specialty wines, craft beers, cheese and gift basket area, and even a wine and cheese tasting classroom. They even have a redemption center. Quite impressive. Plenty of helpful staff to help with your selections. There is always something on sale so be sure to check their circular. Cool kiosks/pop-up stands during weekends with vendors promoting their products with samples. read more

I come here purely for convenience, but not any more. I don't find the prices or selection of wine to beat Yankee Spirits down the road. The last 2 out of 3 times I have been in there , there was a very disruptive staff member. She never wears a mask; she's constantly yelling or talking very loudly, half the time about quitting, she's just a person I don't want to be around. The final straw was when she was there last week, screaming in the aisles, not wearing her mask, getting the other girl agitated, who was also completely not wearing her mask. Management appeared absent. I didn't feel safe in there frankly. I get everyone needs mask breaks, but the time and place is not inside the store within 6 feet of a customer. Nor is that the place to be screaming about something or other. Take the drama elsewhere ladies. read more

Buyer beware! My husband purchased a 375ml bottle of Grey Goose last night. When I saw the price, I checked the price against Total Wine in Natick where we live as I figured the "big box" stores should be similar give or take a couple of bucks. $10.00 less at Total Wine ($15.99). I told him they must have made a mistake, please call the store. We were charged $25.99 for the 1/2 bottle. Understanding that the selling prices are keyed in manually, I gave the store the benefit of the doubt. My husband called and was total the price was correct. By the way, Wegman's in Natick charges $16.99 for the same bottle. I hope the $10 rip off is worth the lousy review! read more

We went to pick up an order we placed 30 minutes earlier for curbside pickup. They took no precautions for covid-19. We waited ten minutes for our order and then rather than just looking at my license the man took it in his ungloved hands and returned it to me. The order was mixed up and had to come back two more times to correct it. Each time there was not 6 ft social distancing as required these days . I truly did not feel this store took the necessary precautions for the corona virus. We were expecting the order to be placed in the back seat with out close interaction as other establishments have done . Very disappointed. read more

This store has an amazing selection. I was looking for 2 very specific beers that arent easy to get a hold of. One of the managers there was able to help me find one of the beers in the store and was able to do a special order for the other beer that they didn't carry. Once it was in, they called me right away to let me know and put it aside. Great customer service and the prices are awesome! I wont go anywhere else! read more

Was excited when it opened. Big variety. As someone mentioned below, many beers past 'best buy' date. I've been bamboozled a few times. Prices are reasonable. They always seem to accumulate a long line when I'm there with credit card machines not working properly. I've given up going there, its nothing special and I don't like old beer. I just left for the absolute last time. I wouldn't recommend this location: 90 Providence Hwy East Walpole, MA to the local squirrel. This location has horrible customer service, they constantly card you but it's inconsistent across the board. There are some customers who don't get carded at all even if they're right behind me or in front. If you want nice employees who aren't on a power trip go to Bay State Wine and Spirits or Yankee Spirits. read more

I have been a customer first at the Mansfield store and then at the Walpole store. Had my 3rd bad experience in a row and will no longer shop there. Seems to be a problem with truth in advertising. They advertise 20% off when you purchase 6 bottles of wine. In fact, I did not receive 20 % off on each bottle and the manager could not explain why. Gave a BS answer and when I called him out on it he had no response. Then said they were unable to supply me with an itemized receipt. Their prices are not any better than other shops around and I will now go where customer service is a priority. read more

My favorite liquor store of all time. It is the size of a warehouse and has pretty much every type of wine, beer, or liquor you could ask for. The staff and customer service is good. But the selections is by far the best out of any liquor store I have ever seen. The prices are also very good too as I bought a 30 pack of coors for only $23 compared to an 18 pack for $19. Would highly recommend everyone at least visit this store once. read more

Went to this store the other day for the first time. Beyond amazing layout of the store, very spacious. However, what was more impressive was their knowledgeable staff members! I was looking for some information on beer for my friends (I know little about beer) I was directed to speak with a young man, Matt. He was so knowledgeable and I got so much information.
