Prices are reasonable, and the facility is both spacious and clean. The biggest limitation of this business is the quality and consistency of their customer service. Some days you can have good service, while other days it's disappointing. I have been a patron of this establishment for a couple of years now, and have preferentially shopped here despite it being farther away from other liquor stores and our home. Tonight we came in to buy a few gifts for our friends. We provided our IDs as requested, however, mine was not accepted because it was a few weeks expired. I informed the lady that due to this global pandemic, Massachusetts extended the validity of drivers licenses and ID cards until September 2020, and even longer for those expiring later in the summer (extended to December 2020). The RMV is also "not providing updated credentials to reflect the extended date". This information is also readily available on the Massachusetts.gov website. Despite both of us being in our 30s, I asked if my significant other could purchase instead and I could wait outside, but we were still denied. We had to leave, run an errand, and then drive back just so that my significant other could re-enter the store, re-pick out the liquors again, and then purchase again. Overall, I think the store itself has a great selection, but the customer service really needs work-- very unfortunate for a promising business. Update: A manager reached out to discuss my experience at the store and I greatly appreciated this. I felt that my concerns were addressed appropriately, and that this will help prevent future incidences from happening to other guests. Thank you!

Anyways while I didnt check liquor or wine pricing I did make a bee line to the craft beer section. They have a few things I like but are not stocking anything but the strong basic big brand sellers. Nothing craft creative here and they dont come anywhere close to Pops for selection. I really have no need to come back here unless its for my Delicious. It is next to the Big Y and near Target so they will get traffic maybe they would be open to some suggestions.

When I walked into Liquor World, the aisles are very organized. Throughout the store, there are wine, spirits, beer, cider, mixers, and so much more. All the aisles are labelled. I came in looking for a particular Prosecco and I had checked on their website prior to make sure it was in the store. A staff member came up to me asking if I needed assistance. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he said it is not available in store. When I told him it was available on the website, he informed me that the website has been making items available even though it is not. I felt disappointed, but still walked around anyways to see their selection.
